You might even end up having to make a 'clean' version of the mod. Currently I'm using Follower Commentary Overhaul which adds random bits of dialogue to followers based on what voice they are using, only reson I ended up not using Anekke as much as I wanted to was because I'd used Lydia tons and they have the same voices hence get the same random commentaries. Making them actually reactive like followers like Arissa is would probably blow the Nexus community away I'm just telling you, considering how popular the hideously primitive FCO is. The Orc, Kajiit and Argonian thing is a good point actually, at least some orcs I wouldn't mind at all, Kajiit and Argonian just look a bit too alien for my tastes (yeah I tried them with as many beautification mods as possible, looks weird mid thryst as well, YMMW), but Inhabitants of Skyrim makes some of the Orc girls genuinely intriguing if you don't mind them a bit toothy... Also I found a girl in Windhelm finally that migth fit well for this mod; Adelaisa Vendicci, I have never ever had this companion in my party, I don't think I've even met her after hundreds of hours in Skyrim, only reason I'm wanting to look her up now is she's one of the Warmaidens. Want to give me another reason to go look for her, pretty please? Also by the way, while looking her up I ended up looking up Illia, just to entice those of you who haven't tried it yet, use Bijin Warmaidens, this is what Illia (involved in this mod as part of Love and Death in Riften and recruitable companion after) looks like in original Skyrim; This is what she looks like in my game with Warmaidens installed; Kinda makes her a bit more worth pursuing doesn't it? Yeah FCO is exactly what I was thinking about. Nothing against it at all, it's just that I found the Follower Commentary with Lydia and others a bit less than I felt was advertised. It's very repetitive. Over and over about "The men are just the same from Skyrim to Hammerfell..." Besides the obvious uses applicable to this Mod (e.g. having Lydia comment on Aela's beauty or something) I really wanted my main lovely followers to show a bit more unique commentary and personality than I got out of the FCO experience. And I'm sitting here looking at all the voice files I can edit for that - seems like a good add to this Mod.
Sacremas Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 Yeah I pretty much had the exact same reaction, there were some nice things like Lydia's endearing "apple cabbage stew" comment, and when I used console commands to add Olfina Gray-Mane as a companion (simply because she's gorgeous even in the base game) she had some cool comments I hadn't heard yet as well because I'd never used a companion with her voice (simply goes to tell what I think of most vanilla companions without quests and impact on the world; they're just there to get in my way), but overall that mod was a huge let-down. I mean Gopher did a video on it on how much personality it added to Kharjo in his view and how fascinated he was with the mod... no it didn't, it just added smatterings of the personalities of every other male kajiit in the game, in the process taking away a lot of what was him. Lydia was never a feminist like Olfina before FCO, that and needing to bathe to get the stench off my home off her was what FCO left me with. Only reason I'm still using it really is because of those voices I haven't heard yet and because... well shit it's better than the alternative, which is nothing at all. So yeah, considering what you've already done, if you're going over the followers... yeah I'm just going to sit back and wait for legions of Nexus people and Gopher to show up on Lover's Lab.

srayesmanll Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 1 (simple, maybe) suggestion: when you become the lover of the various NPCs (Ysolda, Gerdur, etc) , you could get a key to their home. AP had functionality similar to that (when I used AP eons ago). Not a major feature, but say you wanted a little nookie from Ysolda late at night (booty call), you could walk in without have to pick the lock. Not a major thing, just a nice feature.

And/or that after you romance one or the other lets you set up a MMF 3-way?

The usual problem with getting more lovers then after the questline, they're basically the same old NPC just with a sex option. Interactions with the other lovers in the mod would be awesome.

If I understand correctly, you going to add more unique commentary, like Lydia, expanding on the personalities you've allready expaned upon, that would be awsome. After I'd used this mod, a mod follower called Nadina said when she saw Lydia "A plank has more personality than Lydia", and I immediately smacked the bitch for bad-talking my dear sweet Lydia... Somehow I don't think that would have happened if I'd played with Nadina before Amorous.

If that's something you would want to really see and it would add to your game, PM me the line-by-line dialogue between the player and Ulthberth(sp?). If it's fairly short and easy I'll see what I can do with it. (No longer than what Adrianne's got for dialogue, anyways, which is pretty short).
bob112 Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Is it possible to have one of the lovers join you while you're having sex for example, your at wherever it is that you've stored your lovers (e.g. bathhouse) and are having sex with Lydia ( or another lover) and then ysolda approaches you and asks if there's room for one more would it be possible to reply without interrupting the sex animation apart from if you say yes when it would then change animation to a threesome animation?

I love the idea of beefing up (and sexing up) the follower commentary. The big downside of Skyrim over other RPGs is how bleah the personalities are. More color there would be great.

That's exactly what I've been saying! Any LL mod which provides instant sex with a male is essentially the Male Romance quest. I had to go out of my way to try and give Vilkas and Farkas hang-ups to get past. Edit: but hey, I'm certainly open to seeing what you come up with

If my memory serve me correctly, there is an even more non-lore friendly female NPC beauty overhaul mod that makes org more beautiful. But yeah, I use BJ warmaiden too and I love it. The up side of that mod is that you can assign different body (I use variations from unified UNP)and skin texture for each of them, the down side is that each of them are practically a stand-alone follower and will be a huge drop in frame rate if you have too many of them in your team......... For follower group barter, I would say ANNA NPC is doing not bad if it has more variations in voice actor....... Otherwise, Sofia, Arissa, valija are all good. On the other hand, I would say sexlab really should make a "custom sex dialog/moning" for those vanilla voices........ By the way, if someone really after a female PC romance, someone has done a skyrim romance mode for just that. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61153/? - No offance, but sexlab has too many sex mod that is for female character already, I am delight to see this mod not becoming another "slutty whore" similator.......

I am surprised, actually. I was actually just doing that portion of the main quest when you dropped the update so it wasn't a problem. That said, how the hell does Taerie even know about Crimson Nirnroot?

That said, how the hell does Taerie even know about Crimson Nirnroot? The stuff was making it to the surface from Blackreach. The actual game Crimson Nirnroot quest revolves around an Apothecary who bought some off of a traveling adventurer. So, it's around if extremely rare, I guess. As a rare component used in a specific tailoring pattern - and she's the best tailor in Skyrim, I guess. And because Blackreach.

You do, you have to join the Circle to continue with Njada, then that finishes at a time you've probably finished the Companions line, and Aela's quest only finishes once you've finisehd her questline she gives you after joining the Circle. I haven't tried Vilkas and Farkas yet (not really interested in man on man sex) but I'm guessing they're the same. Oh and try Ayh-Lah.
MartinLL Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 I've got a problem and I'm not sure if it's related to this mod or to something else... On my umpteenths playthrough I wanted to go the Companion route, especially to experience the quest lines added by FoxFingers. I think I know how these quests work, but this time it seems I hit a plot stopper... After completing the "Proving Honor" quest and returning to Jorrvaskr Farkas vouches for me ... and that's it. I'm asked to talk to one of the leaders and ask for a job, but noone is giving me any job - and Skjor doesn't give me the Silver Hand quest either. I thought that I have to go along with all the Amorous Adventures as there progress might be necessary to continue the Companion quest line. But I've done everything I can, the quests don't continue either as long as I'm not progressing with the Companion quest line. Might me being a vampire this time be something causing that problem? But I always thought this shouldn't be a problem? Has anyone heard of this problem?
Sacremas Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Yeah I usually have that, the best way for me to start it is to talk ot Njada Stonearm and use the new line (a compliment), at that point you get all four Companions related quests at once. I once got it when I talked to Aela way down with killing the giant outside Whiterun that introduces the companions, at which point one of the stages was that you had to join the companions to make Aela interested in me, but that's a long time ago and haven't been able to reproduce it by talking to anyone, it only triggers once you're a member of the companions and able to get work from the leaders for me.
