FoxFingers Posted February 8, 2016 Author Posted February 8, 2016 I never thought I'd fall in love with a man, but the (2016/02/07) on the front page changed me. How's dinner tonight at 7 sound, FF? Only if it comes with a moonlight walk on the beach. Seriously though, three months ago the way everyone was talking was Skyrim was dead and Fallout 4 was all the rage. Glad to see people will still appreciate an update here from time to time. Thanks!
Roachboy Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 Thank you for the updates, yeah ... I appreciate it as Fallout 4 is "resting" now until the modding community has solidified ... but even then, I will come back to Skyrim again and again as long as there are new mods to discover or new updates.

Glad to see people will still appreciate an update here from time to time. Thanks! Everyone except, uhm, us, who was trying to convince you otherwise all along. People in general don't adore Bethesda's games, they adore Bethesda's modded games and it will take a long while for Fallout 4 to reach an equivalent point where it might take over from Skyrim as many people's main occupation. Until then people will play it fairly sparsely.
Bad Dog Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 ...People in general don't adore Bethesda's games, they adore Bethesda's modded games ... Snap. This.
AnubiSs2167 Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 You made one of the best mod in skyrim Foxfingers. Even if all players would left skyrim for fallout one day it would still be hold as a golden example of perfection. Level that i bet will never be reached in fallout as far as immersive romance quest goes.
Avatares Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 Serana crash. It happens just after looking for help as instructed by Isran and return to Dawnguard to find Serana waiting. Technically, this is the 2nd time that she will follow player. Conversation happens. Something to do about things being awkward. Serana apologizes and admits fault. Then rolls the kissing. And crash. Repeated it about 5 times and got the same result. Using 2.04.
Tumai Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 Back after a hiatus playing FO4 and some other games and you've been busy! 2.09 already (last I played was 2.05) and it seems the D/L stats' gone up by almost 100K. Congrats! (The mxr review is probably a good boost, the dude has more than 1 million subscribers). Q: I assume that upgrading has no effect on old saves where lovers have already been unlocked even if their respective quests have changed (e.g. Lydia, Irileth etc)? What are these storyboards exactly? It is the story text that gets presented to a player using the Nexus Clean version of Amorous Adventures in lieu of sex. Some people like them, so they are provided as an optional patch here for the Sexy version. Thanks! Interesting. I'd like to read them but fear that fade-to-black and fade-back-to-sex-again may be a bit jarring after a while. Since the f-t-b (w or w/o text) must surely occur every time for the clean version, am I correct to assume however, that for the patch this only occurs the first time per lover and not for any subsequent tryst? (If you could make it appear as transparent txt on the hud or as text 'narration' in the dialogue box during the act w/o a f-t-b at all that'd be even better, heh.) Cheers, as always thanks for making such a great mod.

My recommendation would be to update to v2.09 and the latest SexLab version (1.61b I believe). That aside, a snippet of your Papyrus Log at the crash point would have been helpful. And the version of SexLab you are running. I mean, I'm not going to debug v2.04 but it would have helped a lot to have the relevant info. Anyways... It sounds to me like you have a Kissing problem. In a version that old you would probably be using SexLab 1.59c and that would mean you would need an old version of the Non-SexLab Animation Pack with Leito86 Kiss. Lieto86 Kiss is included standard in the new SexLab versions so I'd reccomend that update of both Amorous Adventures and SexLab. Thanks!

Cheers, as always thanks for making such a great mod. Upgrading generally has no effect on old saves. That is I, myself, have never had an issue and most people don't. But, Skyrim being Skyrim, your mileage may vary. There have been a couple of people who felt upgrading caused them an issue. But since I do not know the specifics of their set-up or what, exactly, they did or how they run their game I can't comment on it. My view is that this Mod is generally safe to upgrade. You could always branch your current Mod Organizer profile and saves to a new one and upgrade there and play on. That saves the previous one in the event of an issue. The Fade To Black Storyboards - some people have said they like them, however most people don't when using the Sexy version. Use the patch if desired and go back to the original files if it's not your cup of tea. Thanks!

rubenibanez Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Hello Foxy, I have a question for ya. I'm playing Skyrim again with an alternate start mod (Skyrim Unbound). So far so good with AA. The thing is, I'm a common non-dragonblood peasant, dragons only stay in their lairs (word of walls). I will never get to kill the one in the watchtower near Whiterun. I'm using Bijin npcs and Irileth is damn fine now. I seeked to bypass my peasantry through her quest setting stages from 0 to 300 with no avail. I know the fault is at my end but is there a way to cheat so I can have some sexy time with Irileth? Thanks a lot.

Hey Ruben, good to see you You can try... setstage sexlabamorousadventuresirileth 10 And then talk to her. Not sure if it will work though. Her early conversation has a hard requirement that MQ04 is complete. Otherwise, just add her to the Lovers Faction like this: You just need to get them into the Amorous Adventures Lovers Faction if you just want them to have Lovers Options from this mod. Just that faction. The Mod has several factions. Only that one or you'll mess something up. Use the console: help faction Then scroll up using the "page up" key and find: Amorous Adventures Lover Faction (AmorAdvLoverFaction) in the list. It will be like xx011AEC target an NPC by opening the console and clicking on them so they become the target. Then add them to the faction. Use the ID that was shown to you earlier. Example: addfac xx011AEC 1 Thanks!
rubenibanez Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Thanks a lot mate, you are the boss. I got to add her to my lover faction. This is my first char with the last AA version, so I'm eager to try the new Lydia and Adrienne quest + the other changes. Sadly I wont get to play through Irileth quest but thanks to you, the modders, the replayability factor of Skyrim is almost infinite. I guess I will be returning later as another dragonborn. Thanks again for this masterpiece.
Silvermetal Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Glad to see there's a new update! However, I have a question regarding " The Riften girls will now congregate together at Mara's Temple at the end, before going to house." Will this have incompatibilities with mods that alter NPCs habits like in Immersive Citizens?
FoxFingers Posted February 10, 2016 Author Posted February 10, 2016 Glad to see there's a new update! However, I have a question regarding " The Riften girls will now congregate together at Mara's Temple at the end, before going to house." Will this have incompatibilities with mods that alter NPCs habits like in Immersive Citizens? No, not at all. It only applies to Mjoll, Ingun and Sapphire. Previously the congregated together outside the Bee and Barb. Thanks!
Gameplayer Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 Ya Fallout 4 was surprising that it was fun to play....ermmm mechanics wise with the gameplay, But The modding is.... Well its... Lame, lolz No CK means no really cool stuff, I came back to Skyrim and even did some updates of my mods. Good to see that your still making stuff Fox.
primalsplit Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 In my plugins list, this mod is priority number 43 out of 140, as sorted by LOOT. Should I drag it down or trust LOOT's judgement? How far bottom should it be in my list?
worik Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 In my plugins list, this mod is priority number 43 out of 140, as sorted by LOOT. Should I drag it down or trust LOOT's judgement? How far bottom should it be in my list? I read once a recommendation for load orders (not sure where, maybe somewhere in the ETaC postings or a similar mod) I cut&paste it from my notes: 01: Your ESM Files; 02: Bug-Fix type Mods; 03: Game Structure and/or UI Mods: 04: Character Appearance Mods (For NPCs and Self); 05: Mods that Add and/or Change Locations; * 06: Mods that Add and/or Change Items; 07: Mods that Add NPCs; 08: Texture Mods; 09: Environmental Mods (things like Climates of Tamriel, Sounds of Skyrim, etc.); 10: Mods with Gameplay Changes; Then, 11: Reproccers, AV, and Bashed Patches. Following this guidance, I have this mod in slot 90 of 132 just before other mods add NPCs. I felt that changing their context and involvement in quests could count .. I have other mods nearby that alter or add quest without changing anything else. It would probably be also fine, if I would move it further down. Choosing your own slot will depend on what exactly is in the mods after your slot 43. E.g. if your are using literally dozens of texture mods, CoT and a Reproccer, 43 maybe 100% fine... The actual number doesn't say anything.

Lame, lolz No CK means no really cool stuff, I came back to Skyrim and even did some updates of my mods. Good to see that your still making stuff Fox. I really just put out some bug fixes more than anything. I figured I wanted to leave it in the best and most error free condition for people. Loose ends: tied. But, then again, I didn't expect people to drift back to Skyrim so quickly, if ever, from Fallout 4. And, we don't actually know what Bethesda has in mind, I guess. Are they going to wait and release some DLC to try and milk it before the Modders are allowed to make their typically superior content? Do they have it in their heads to try another stab at user created Pay Mods they can monetize? Who knows. Guess we'll find out.
iacex111 Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 WIth all the games, including FO4, that are out there this is really great to see that modders are still willing to support us players. Thank you, FoxFingers for the update, even if it's, as you said yourself, just some bug fixes. I've been wondering if you could give some tips about voicing some custom companions/followers added to the AA lover faction via console. I mean, the popular ones, like Vilja or Sofia, have their romance quests, but they're not using SL framework. So, what I would like to have is when I made them my lovers through their normal quests, to add them to the AA faction and have their dialogues voiced using their voice resources. Would such a thing be possible at all?

So, what I would like to have is when I made them my lovers through their normal quests, to add them to the AA faction and have their dialogues voiced using their voice resources. Would such a thing be possible at all? Yes, that seems totally doable. Keep in mind, I have not done this myself with a Custom Follower. But this should work. OK, first thing is you need to put the Custom Follower into the Amorous Adventures Lover Faction, and here's how at the console: You just need to get them into the Amorous Adventures Lovers Faction if you just want them to have Lovers Options from this mod. Example: addfac xx011AEC 1 You've probably discovered that you can add a Custom Follower to this Faction and they will get the Amorous Adventures lovers options. However they are not Voiced. That's the next step. Now, you need some short WAV files with the custom followers voice responding to the player. How you manage to create those WAV files of the follower's custom voice and what they are saying is up to you. Below are the File Names you will need and what the player is saying. The WAV file would be the voiced response of the custom follower. SexLabAmor_SexLabAmorousAd_000A75CA_1.wav - My Lover... (the opener) SexLabAmor_SexLabAmorousAd_000A75CD_1.wav - I need your touch dear SexLabAmor_SexLabAmorousAd_0020E78C_1.wav - Kiss Me SexLabAmor_SexLabAmorousAd_000A75D0_1.wav - Make love to me (vaginal option) SexLabAmor_SexLabAmorousAd_000A75CF_1.wav - A talented tongue would be divine (oral option) SexLabAmor_SexLabAmorousAd_000A75CE_1.wav - I need something dirty and sensuous (anal option) SexLabAmor_SexLabAmorousAd_000A75D3_1.wav - Come, let us all share our pleasure together (Threesome) SexLabAmor_SexLabAmorousAd_000A75D4_1.wav - Come, let us all share our pleasure together (Threesome - yes there are two ways to get there) SexLabAmor_SexLabAmorousAd_000A75CB_1.wav - Follow me somewhere private SexLabAmor_SexLabAmorousAd_000A75CC_1.wav - End follow - this is the spot for love OK, now you have that. Next you need to drop those wave files into a new directory for the Amorous Adventures Mod. The new directory goes under: <wherever on your PC>\Skyrim\Data\Sound\Voice\SexLab-AmorousAdventures.esp\ If you look there you will see several folders. Those are Voice Types. For example, Serana's Voice Type is <wherever on your PC>\Skyrim\Data\Sound\Voice\SexLab-AmorousAdventures.esp\DLC1SeranaVoice\ You must find out what the Custom Follower's Voice Type is! Look under the mod folders of the Custom Follower's Mod, like you did above, and find the name of the directory that Mod is clearly using for the NPC's Voice Type. As an example, let's say it is "MyHotFollowersVoice" Create a directory under <wherever on your PC>\Skyrim\Data\Sound\Voice\SexLab-AmorousAdventures.esp\MyHotFollowersVoice\ Drop in your WAV files there and... Yahtzee! Now the Custom Follower responds. However... the unless you generate a custom .LIP file for the WAV their mouths will not be in sync when they talk. Fuz Rah Doh should do a credible job of faking it though. Good Luck! Oh... one more important piece of info... WAV files must be in format: 44100 Hz, 16 Bits, Mono If you just re-use some WAV from the custom follower in its entirety (simply rename the file) it should already be in the correct format. If the files the Custom Follower uses are in FUZ format you MUST un-fuz them to get a WAV. Get the UNFUZZER TOOL. And, also, try with just One wav file to start out to verify it works before you go creating all of them.
Leeyds4LLTS Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 I am not sure what a F2B Storyboard is? What exactly does that addition change? Thx =)
FoxFingers Posted February 11, 2016 Author Posted February 11, 2016 I am not sure what a F2B Storyboard is? What exactly does that addition change? Thx =) That adds the Fade To Black Story Boxes that are in the Nexus CLEAN version of this Mod. Basically, you'll get some story about the romance before sex. In the CLEAN version there is no sex, just the story box.
