Reloading from main menu helps but if i save the game after this bug i will be still in this state. Is it knowing issue or i need to check files on my side?

Your character turns blue because you don't have the overlays installed or the game can't find them for some reason, so maybe check if you have the overlay pack installed and working properly. When you doing this quest where you need to go through the gates - maybe trainer should give you some "reward" for making it correctly since the purpuse of it is to "bear the hornyness". Cause for now it only punish you for making mistakes I am currently finishing things up and noticed a couple places like that where there should be a little vibe/shock when you do something right/wrong or you pull on the leash/take too long to do something. I can probably add a little vibe there. Bigger rewards are going to have their own separate thing that I still need to implement. Thats not gonna make it into the next version though. 1

Nothing majorly gamebreaking though. New content includes a new task as well as freeroam tasks along with a lot of minor changes as well as some bugfixes here and there. I also refactored a lot of the scripts but everything should work pretty much the same as before. There's a couple things I have worked on that aren't included and probably won't be until 0.3.1 or 0.3.2 I gave it a couple runthroughs and it seems stable enough, but I need to do a couple more to be sure but don't have the time for it right now, so I figure anyone brave enough can give it a try and see if they find anything. I'm curious how the cart physics are going to work for other people, They work pretty well for me but I know a lot of people have issues with them when they use SLUTS. I remade the cart from scratch and fixed a couple issues with it so hopefully that helps them behave a bit better. There is also a button in the MCM to reset it if things get weird. I wanted to edit the cart a bit to make it look like an actual plow but don't want to do that yet if the cart physics ends up sucking. 100% needs a new save, not compatible with any older versions. If you downloaded it before this post went up then you will want to redownload and reinstall it. You won't need a new save if you do that. 3
lurker9001 Posted June 7 Posted June 7 It looks like the plow job does not transition into the free roam correctly, you are stuck in the leash radius at the end. Also, the 2 days delivery tasks do no transition to free roamwell either, none of the NPC give you the usual dialogue for free roam after completing the delivery.

Where are you getting stuck for these? Does the draft quest + freeroam start correctly but its just the leash gets stuck? Or is it before then? EDIT: Somehow the script that ends that task ended up in my bodyslide output folder instead of the normal place so it didn't get included in the archive. I mean the over-world delivery job, I arrived in the morning the next day after finishing the 3 deliveries, then I get the free-roam quest, except none of the characters have the usual free roam dialogues (not even the normal dismissal/refusal) appear, my only option is to report back and end the day.

Did you turn in the task? When you get back you still need to turn it in before you can do anything else like freeroam. If you did can you do "sqv zzranchcontrollerquest" in the console and tell me what value dayphase has?

Sometimes I miss the flags on the lines to force the subtitles and disable interaction dialogue then if something is actually not working properly and dialogue is not being hit I can fix that.

MySoulItWanders Posted June 7 Posted June 7 the very first pony training, right after getting outfitted. half the instructions just never got said, i was able to figure out the high trot because Renna repeats it if you dont do it, the poses worked fine, but then after the shock and tease section she just said nothing, and i couldnt find a combination of actions to get her to do anything from that point. hence, why i feel some kind of manually prompt to get instructions would be useful.

The new yoke looks amazing as well, really makes me wish that DD had more "lore accurate"or at least less modern looking pony gear. Here's some bugs I encountered and suggestions I have: Intro Had no issues with the intro for the most part, only right at the end of the "First Steps" quest. After Renna rewarded my DB with some DD vibrations after the tour of the ranch, I got teleported in front of the "Lesser Stables" building instead of inside the little cell like in the previous versions. I had to enter the building manually and TCL into the cell the get where I was supposed to be. Also the DD vibrations went on for way longer than they're probably supposed to, like for a solid few minutes after the scene with Renna had already ended. Daily Tasks Everytime the hotwalker task starts, there's a popup that just says "Wooops!". Other than that all of the existing tasks work the exact same and had no issues as far as I could tell. I tried the new plowing task as well. The only thing that didn't work properly was getting the cart to attach correctly. I had to use the "Fix Broken Cart" option in the MCM like 5 times back to back until it eventually worked. Once it was correctly attached it looked pretty good though, no crazy cart physics or anything. There was also the issue with not getting the leash removed but I saw that you fixed that already. Overall the biggest issue I noticed is that I didn't successfully transition into free roam duty after finishing my daily task. I only ever got to do free roam stuff once, and that was on the very first real day right after finishing the first hotwalker training. On every day afterwards I never got the dialogue options / got called over by the NPCs to do free roam tasks again. My questlog just always says "Complete tasks for the estate's residents. (2/???)". It says "2/???" because I did 2 tasks on the very first day I guess. Free Roam Had 0 issues with the Bardur gear testing task. Had 0 issues with the Jeor skeleton task. Some skeletons were a bitch to find though. The task where you have to help Telvard by escaping the pillory had a weird bug. After escaping the pillory I was stuck in a weird state where I had full control over my character again, but moving around with WASD would still trigger the DD contrapion hints (red, green, purple vfx) and the text notifications would still count your progress like "2 / 7". I also encountered a bug when getting the water for Karin. I was super confused for a while, because I didn't realize that you have to interact with the barrel next to the door and not with her and that you have to do like 5 runs. I eventually figured it out by reading the quest log and some trial and error, but I thought it would be nice if she'd explain it in dialogue as well. And then I realized that this dialogue already exists, it's just at the wrong spot. When Karin equips the yoke with the buckets on you she doesn't say anything, only AFTER you brought her all of the water and she removes the yoke again she says "Not go fetch me fresh well water ..." and explains the stuff about the barrel. I'm guessing that that dialogue is at the wrong spot and is supposed to play when she equips the yoke on you and not when she removes it after you're already done with the task. Also small suggestion: It would probably be good if Karin comments on your progress everytime you put some water in the barrel so you know the quest is not broken, you just have to go multiple times. I realized after some time that there's a small water wooosh sound everytime you put water into the barrel but it's kinda hard to notice. Outdoor Stable The outdoor stable is super dark during the night on my (and probably a lot of other people's) setup, so it would be nice if you could some lanterns there or something. I also noticed that Roselle takes forever to arrive in the morning, because she doesn't walk directly from the "Lesser Stables" building to the outdoor stables, but instead walks all the way around the corral first for some reason. This also affects Renna when she gives you the tour during the intro. Other stuff The text popup you get when the day is about to end says something like "<font Color='#FF0000'> A slight buzz in your collar signals you should be making your way back...." Rogdul randomly puts a hood on my DB sometimes and sometimes Renna doesn't clean my DB in the evening. Probably not a bug because they have relevant dialogue while doing it, but it is weird because it happens for no reason and without context. Are these rewards? Punishments?

Saves me from having to find them all so I can focus on fixing them! As for what you pointed out: Intro The issue with the teleport is probably because the leash systems takes a second to shut down after the player is unleashed so it probably tried to teleport you back to Renna after it moved you to the stall even though it was disabled. I can probably add a delay to fix that. I checked the scene and the vibes are only supposed to last 80 seconds. Not sure why it would go on for minutes. Tasks The hotwalker message was a debug thing that got left in. Already deleted that. I have never had the cart fail to attach that many times in a row but I can see if theres a way to make it better. Good that it works fine once its attached though, since I want to do more stuff with the carts later. Free Roam I am not sure why it doesn't start the second time. I completely reset the quest before it starts so I am not sure what could be holding it up. Probably something to do with the aliases not being able to be filled properly the second time around. Or maybe the cleanup that happens when freeroam ends the first time is disabling something it shouldn't. I never noticed that but someone else reported it too. The contraption thing sounds like it might be a bug with the escape minigame itself. I don't think it has been used very much yet so it probably has issues somewhere. I will see about that. Those messages that tell you how far along you are are not supposed to be there though, left over from testing. The stuff with Karin I can fix. I probably just swapped two lines around. I also thought I added a marker that pointed to the barrel but I guess not. I can also add some comments to show progress like you said. Don't know if you saw it but Adrienn also has a freeroam task. Not every task is always available so you might have just gotten unlucky and never saw it. Couple of the tasks also have a bit of variation to them (Adrienn's has two ways it plays out and Bradur has 4 different devices to test) so they shouldn't always play out the same. Outdoor Stable + Other Stuff The outdoor stable along with the hood and the cleaning are supposed to be mini punishments/adjustments. There should be dialogue before them where they explain why it's happening. If it just comes out of nowhere then there's something wrong or I didn't make the lines clear enough. I just checked and I accidentally left a testing line in that made them almost always occur even though they should only happen if you have screwed some stuff up a bit. For the outdoor stable, I meant to add some lights to it and the cage but it slipped my mind. I will do that. When you say they walk all the way around the corral before getting to thew outside stall, where exactly are they going? I adjusted the navmesh outside a bit but I don't see any reason why they wouldn't just walk straight there. Renna also didn't do anything weird when I was testing the intro again but I might have made that adjustment after I did that testing. I can undo it and see if that helps.
