IF YOU ARE SEEING THIS TEXT YOU NEED A NEW SAVE WHENEVER TRYING A NEW VERSION AND SHOULD NOT USE THIS MOD ON A SAVE YOU CARE ABOUT

Mod is currently still in what I would call an alpha. It should still work well and there is a good deal of content but until 1.0 the releases may be a bit buggier and not friendly to updating mid-save.

Description:

It's a ponyplay mod. Stumble upon a secluded valley and it's secretive owner and get pulled into the world of ponyplay..

Adds a large new worldspace and many npcs that will take part in your Dragonborn's pony training. Training gains you buffs and (eventually) benefits around the valley of which you can avail yourself.

Requirements:

  • Sexlab
    • I don't use Sexlab P+ but it should work as well
  • Sexlab Aroused
    • I use OSL but any of the Sexlab Aroused variants should work fine.
  • Devious Devices NG 0.4.2
    • I recommend also getting the DD Vibration Update Beta from the DDNG discord. It's not required but makes vibrations work in a much better way.
  • Fuz Ro D-oh
  • UIExtensions
  • KS Hairdos
    • You only need the meshes and textures, you do not need to activate the esp.
  • Scrabs Papyrus Extender
  • Racemenu
    • Needed for adding overlays like dirt and brands.
  • Zaki's Dirt Textures
    • You need ONLY the textures, you can use either the slavetats version or the racemenu version, whichever is more convenient for you. If you use the racemenu version make sure to uncheck the slavetats option in the MCM.
  • Anything the above mods require.

Installation:

Install like you would any other mod. Be sure to run FNIS/Nemesis/Pandora after install.

I strongly recommend generating your own LODs using a tool like xLODgen or more preferably DYNDOLOD. I have included vanilla LODs for the new worldspace but they are low quality and will not match your load order.

How to Start:

The mod starts at the inn in Falkreath. A new NPC inside should forcegreet you when you first enter. There are also skip functions in the MCM but I do not recommend using those unless you have done the intro at least once.

Notes:

  • As stated above in GIANT YELLOW CHARACTERS this mod is still in it's alpha phase. There is still a lot of content but expect some minor issues here and there.
  • This is the first mod I have ever made that wasn't just for myself so suggestions/feedback welcome. Some of the dialogue hints at some stuff I want to make events or content for but I am not really a writer or game designer or anything like that so any ideas help.
  • This mod makes some minor terrain edits on the road south of Falkreath and adds a couple basic markers to the town itself and a couple other cities/dungeons. You may have problems if you have something that heavily edits any of those areas.

Credits and Thanks:

  • DDNG Discord Folks
  • Kalilies and other KS Hairdos creators for hairs used
  • Users from the LL thread here for testing and ideas brainstorming

Last Major Changelog (0.2.0)

Spoiler

Important

  • New save required, and do not use on a save you care about.
  • Scrabs Papyrus Extender is now a requirement.
  • While you do not need it, I HIGHLY recommend the DD Vibration Update Beta v7 from the DD NG discord as it will make some of the quests involving vibes MUCH more bearable.
  • You no longer need to activate the KS Hairdos esp. You still need the meshes and textures active though.
  • Probably will be bugs, this is still an alpha/beta and me figuring out how I want to do certain things. Shouldn't be anything major though.

New Content

  • First iteration of the enslavement loop.
    • The intro quests now properly flow into it rather than ending on a textbox.
    • Five new quests can be assigned as your daily task.
    • Once freed, you will be periodically called back for more.

Fixes and Other Changes

  • Getting leashed to an NPC or hitching post now shows a range indicator for how far away you can use before incurring a penalty/getting yanked.
  • Added a toggle in the MCM to make the mods keybinds only work if you are enslaved by this mod. Useful if you want to use the keys for other things when not a pony.
  • Add proper voice types to a lot (but not all) of the dialogue so that people who are generating voicepacks end up with less unused lines.
  • Removed some instances of forced control and scene dialogue where possible that people can skip through things a bit easier.
  • Added skip options in the MCM. You can skip the intro quests and then wait to be summon, or can skip the intro quests and go straight into the stable.

Known Issues

  • I did not fix the issue some people were having with the pole in the intro. If that is still happening to you there are skip options now. WIl try to fix that in the next version.
  • The quest with Demetrius crashes maybe 1/10 times after stepping onto the dais. I am pretty sure it is because of the function I used from Scrabs Papyrus Extender there but I am not sure what is going wrong. I recommend saving before stepping onto that dais in case it crashes.

Other Notes

  • There's a lot less story/narrative in these quests compared to the first four since they are meant to be 'work' or 'training' and be repeatable. There will be more story/narrative ones in the future.
  • The tasks are currently pretty easy. I have it set up so as you improve they get harder and more complicated as you complete them but for now they are always locked at the easiest difficulty.
  • A task for fieldwork/draftwork and racing are missing even though they are the quintessential pony activities. They will be next version most likely.
  • Some of the enslavement scenes in the corral/stable are a little sparse at the moment. They will get more filled out and probably change as I add more features, events, rewards, and punishments.
  • Speaking of which, there are no penalties for failing and there are no rewards and punishments currently. They will also come next update.
  • The freeroam quest that starts when you succeed at your task is empty currently. That will get fileld out a bit next version.
  • There are quests here without quest markers. Reading the dialogue, looking around, and listen when people tell you to do things and everything should be figure outable for the most part.
  • All in all there are going to be things that aren't fully filled out or feel a little empty atm. Thats just how it be when your version number starts with a 0.

question i dont use Dyndolod at all so i assume i should be fine with this install? regardless since it doesnt seem to have the mod as a requirement but more as as recommend for better look with yours alot of the quests dont have any markers like the introductions quest has 0 markers for who to speak to and what to do i would go and check every single person in the place and was unable to get the quest to move on and using setstage broke the dialogue making the rest of the quests impossible

Congrats on the release.

KS Hairdos has open permission to use them in not for profit mods, so could you please just add the hairdos you need to your mod? It'd save us an ESP slot and wouldn't bloat our racemenu hair options.

Hey man, congrats on the release. I haven't been able to play a lot yet, but I already really like the characters, dialogue and the overall vibe of the mod. It's obvious that you've put a shit ton of work into this already and the overall presentation of the mod is super high effort, so just keep doing what you're doing and I know the mod is gonna be incredible once it's finished.

That being said, I also got stuck on the "Making Introductions" quest. I think the culprits might be "Floki" and "Ambre", because those 2 are the only NPCs whose introductory dialogue doesn't disappear after talking to them, so you can introduce yourself multiple times. This doesn't feel intended, so I'm guessing that the quest objectives in the background don't get updated correctly for those 2 NPCs or something. All other NPCs (correctly?) stopped talking to me after I went through their respective introductory dialogues once.

Ok I played trough the intro, it was hands down the smoothest experience I have ever had with a kinky mod, the valley looks great with a lot of potential, I'm REALLY looking forward to the full release, great gob !!!

One nitpick: map markers might be handy when it comes to fetch quests/ "go talk to X" type of tasks, maybe consider adding those in.

Pretty sure I will play this (and translate it! )

Thanks for your work, I'll wait the full version :)

is this for male pc or female pc? i really like ponyplay fetish. but i don't play female mc.

ty for mod regardless of answer. even if i don't play, it's good to see more of ponyplay content.

I don't know if I'm just blind or if it's some of the replacer's I use, but for the life of me I can't find any way into the valley.

Tried looking through a lot of the passes and tunnels around there to no avail.

Obviously other people can find it though. XD

Some ideas based on your current plans in the other thread:

Recruitment quests, either for ponies or trainers,

-The Darkness type: A noble who is great at warfare but is secretly an absolute masochist, needs to be convinced to join by visiting the valley and being given a demo by the player

image.jpeg.74a6219fc89fcb9c69b2c471ed79988c.jpeg

-The sadistic farm girl: A seemingly innocuous peasant girl who is in fact a huge sadist, can be recruited as a trainer to unlock more difficult variants of the current trainings, also, a red guard tomboy, for no particular reason

image.jpeg.89065daa35c61d9347c8ef22897f1f32.jpeg

-The sentenced criminal (repeatable) after inviting the jarl in and convincing him of the efficacy of your training regimen, some new prisoners are brought in on the regular to be trained as punishment (either to be trained by the payer or besides the player)

A non-con start option for really subby players, I guess that will be the mains issue here because some peoples like it a bit rougher than others.

A perk system/ training system that allows the player to benefit from pony gear/outfits even outside the valley, in general, maybe a kick expansion with damage increase when wearing pony boots so it becomes pseudo viable in combat when aired with a ranged follower

A ranged/magic follower so that you can run around bound and still be somewhat safe/have options for ranged attacks.

Pony rescue: a pony has gone missing, probably captured by bandits, , you are given a magic beacon and the order to retrieve her. Once the guard are dealt with, you pop the magic beacon, binding you into pony gear, you then have to walk the missing pony back on a lead.

Loaned to farmers: you have to perform the plow task on a random farm in the world.

Indentured servitude:

Scenarios for simple slavery and other defeat mods to sell the payer to the estate

Can love bloom in the fields ?: love story between the player and a trainer, ends with a pseudo marriage ceremony and lots of very cuddly sex on the regular

A final choice: option to commit to the pony role full time and permanently (with more leeway than the normal regimen).

A brand on the ass cheek to celebrate your training graduation

Among other things

You don't need to use Dyndolod, you could use xLodGen or just go with the ones I included. The ones I included are shitty ones I made using xLodGen from my load order though, probably not going to match other peoples LO right.

At some point I will go and make a proper set of vanilla lods to include.

The last thing I did before uploading the mod was change the dialogue for those 2 so it looks like I broke it by accident. Will fix that later today.

There should be four quests before it tells you the current content has run out.

Ladies only right now. I wanted to support men but it's more work to support dudes due to there being less properly fitted devices and just less support for them in general. When the mod is actually playable long term I can look at that.

The ranch and pony theme are a great idea; I'm looking forward to the full release! Of course, I dream of a mod featuring MME. The heroine sells milk to farmers, and then some farmer decides to cheat and make the main character his own cow, locking her up, training her, and maybe reselling her later. Optionally, integrate the "Being a cow" mod.

oh dreams....

Hi, think i got stuck all the time in once section, found the tunnel, got captured and waiting forever in the cell but no one comes to me

You have to talk to the pony girl in the cell next to you.

I just uploaded a fix for that dialogue issue that was holding some people up.

So you saw the messagebox that said you had reached the end? There was an issue with the second quest that was holding some people up, that wasn't the end of the content if you got stuck there too.

Using Fishburgers xVASynth script, the first scene below pulls a single MaleOrc voice so I'm guessing it's 2 orcs talking to each other.

Nice shot.

Hmmph.

You think she's really the Dragonborn?

Dumag said she was. He seemed to believe her.

How would he know what the Dragonborn looks like. He barely leaves the valley.

Dumag said to truss her up and bring her to the lady's stables.

Unlucky girl. Next time, keep your nose out of things that don't concern you. If there is a next time.

The second scene below has the text in red not properly associated with a particular voice so the voice script pulls from all possible voices.

Good You're awake

Let me feed you and give you a chance to relieve yourself. Then we can get you out to the corral. Rogdul will be waiting for you.

Thank you dear. No trouble?

Any misbehaviour this morning?

Not at all. She was well-behaved. / A bit randy. Nothing I couldn't handle.

For me this ends up with a bloated number of voice files that aren't actually used and the total voice files produced by the script is currently 8184.  This isn't a problem if you just want to use xVASynth but if someone wanted to try making voices with a different program it could lead to a huge waste of resources.

I'm not sure what the difference is between the two scenes but would it be possible to follow the same format with the second and subsequent scenes to assign voice types to the individual dialogues or else do whatever was done in the first scene so the correct voice type is recognized?  This will make it much easier to generate voices for these in the future should you wish it.

I must say, I'm rather intrigued.  I recently found an AI artist who does pony play videos which were pretty cool.  But as a VR player, DD is rather pointless to me as I get all of the negatives of slow speed and such yet none of the positives of seeing my character trussed up.  But your dialogue feels very well written so I'm quite interested.

I suppose what I'm interested in a pony play mod would be the ability to buy ponies to use to carry my burdens as limited followers.  And I'd love to see carriage horses replaced with Pony girls.  If they could pull the carriage, even better, but just standing where the horse was would be a welcome sight.

ty for fast answer. and i think i need to rephrase my question lol. i was trying to ask you that if this mod was more centerd around being ponygirl or managing ponygirl. it's latter that i prefer. by the look of things this mod is not. again good to see more ponypaly content even if it's not what i want to paly.

It's not very clear how to get past the locked gate. I was able to jump on top of it but got blocked by invisible wall, so I guess parkour is not the solution...

There's a cave up the road. It's small and hard to see. It's right before the gate that leads you "out" of skyrim

The mod looks great, it's clear a lot of work went into it. Unfortunately I think lot of people are not going to make it past the introduction quest- it's very tedious to search for all the NPCs in this big space without any markers. I ended up trying to teleport to each of the NPCs using the quest aliases, only to find out not all the NPCs you need to talk to are set as aliases on the quest. Then I tried manually starting the next quest, but there's a blocking dialogue.

Posted

Just finished current content and after intrudaction quest which is a little bit confusing rest is soooo good, didn't expect such a diamond at the end of the year, looking forward for next updates!

Posted

Thank you for the quick fix! I managed to play through the 4 available quests without any progression-blocking issues and had a blast, can't wait for more. I encountered 2 small bugs though.

After finishing the "Making Introductions" quest, every single NPC (and dog) has these 2 additional dialogue options, that I'm guessing are intended for the 2 NPCs in the den only. NPCs outside of the valley are also affected. (I only checked in Falkreath)

bug1.png.f9f6b9f385f572e2dd7858d08e171f49.png

The other issue I noticed is with the pose menu. When I use it outside of the specific scene with Renna and select any pose -> no pose, I permanently lose the ability to interact with objects and talk to NPCs. Saving and reloading fixes that issue.

Other than that I only noticed some small typos, but I forgot to write them down while playing.
