I definitely had limited removal checked in the menu. I'm pretty sure it started happening when I upgraded to this latest version. The previous version I had was fairly recent though.

I checked and it was definitely an oversight on my end. The key thing should not happen with limited removal ON.

I fixed it for the next release.

Hi all,

 

I am just wondering - in the past only shackles (or bindings on hands, like ropes) were applied when the character got captured, now  in my game various devious devices apply randomly each time  character gets enslaved (like chastity belts  (one time ebony collar?) no handcuffs or yoke) and yokes and  like leg and arm cuff stuff it looks like it is total random). I liked the  -shackles only -  mode much better.  I am not sure if I messed up something, I am using ZAZ 8 and DD stuff 4+, the character still kneeling hands behind the back  after getting captured but there is nothing on her wrist. Is this intentional or there is something is wrong with my setup?

 

Is there a way just to have shackles that instead of random devices?

That is intentional for more diversity.

 

I do have something on my to-do list to add a pure medieval only profile for all slavery items. 

For that, I would have to handpick the right keywords for each type of item used by SD+ and create a 'diverse' and 'medieval' profiles.

Wondering if i could get some help trying to figure out a proplem i just noticed.  I just made a new game with SD+ and now when using the up and down arrow to change from standing-kneeling-crawling instead of doing what it was suposed to do it just pop's a message up "[SD] Problem with position:"

This is a warning I set up to catch situation where a bad value is provided for a change of stance. 

I just updated the next version to force the stance to Standing always whenever  that message comes up.

Hrmm, Interesting.  I was using SD+ 361 and only just updated to 362, aswell as installed the Giantess mod which has another function for the crawl animation.  Could there be a conflict with my load order as it was working before.

When that happens, talk to Sanguine... if I remember well, he should talk to you, send you back to the world and you should get a quest objective to talk to the Alicias (which means you will have to find a way back to Dreamworld for the quest to continue).

Kinda stuck here, this issue never happened.
I can not get enslaved at all using dialogue.

When I go to an NPC and ask for a strong hand, she / he accepts it and the enslavement sequence starts.
However, I instantly get released.

I get put on a collar, the tattoo appears, but the quest enslaved instantly ends and there is no more dialogue as if I was never enslaved.

 

Not sure how else I can put this :/ 

EDIT:

And sometimes I get enslaved fine with everything working, except there is no "Enslaved!" quest in the Journal.

Can you share an error log after you tried and failed to get enslaved?

 

Without that, there isn't much we can do.

Do I enable logging for this mod somewhere, or???

I'm having the same issues, getting enslaved (through surrendering, asking for a strong hand, or Death Alternative), starts the enslaving sequence but instantly stops it again with the message `Your owner is either dead or left you...`. There's a reference to that in line 812 of my log file here https://pastebin.com/HCNK0uyY

The cage in Embershard Mine doesn't work. When master says "It's time to put you away for the night", he's just walking around like he was doing before. Does it have a limited range?

Is there a real cage in Embershard Mine?

 

I haven't been there lately, but I thought that mine has just a metal gate and door.

 

SD+ only works with full cages like in Mistwatch and a couple of other types. Unfortunately, metal prison cells doors don't come up as cages.

 

That said, if you get that message from the master, then it must have detected it as a cage.

 

One question - are you using SD Cages from Inte?

Yeah, that's what I'm using, and Embershard is listed as a cage location. No idea why he made so many jails if SD+ can't detect them.

 

Also, why did you remove the insult dialogue? I thought it was a believable way to show your displeasure with being enslaved.

How do I remove the Sanguine Artifact? I got freed and coc'd myself back to riften since getting out of the dream world wasn't cooperating through the dialogues. I used a court wizard to get rid of the collar but they won't get rid of the artifact. Any help would be appreciated.

I will have to check but if I remember well, the artifact has a chance to remain if you have the Coveted effect turned ON each time you leave Dreamworld.

If it is OFF, it should be removed every time you leave Dreamworld.

I ask Sanguine "about the outfit you game me" and he replaces his stuff with a standard restraint key corset and collar.

Yes, Coveted is turned ON, however I can't turn it OFF since it's greyed out... I'll try the "about the outfit you gave me"... but I didn't see that selected as a dialogue option.  Any other suggestions on how to get rid of it would be appreciated.

Sorry to bump this post but im experiencing the same issue as well. I try reinstalling the latest mod but it didn't help. Is there a command or something I can use to get rid of the collar?

Can you share a log after you try removing it from a court wizard or a blacksmith?

 

I made some changes to the removal system in the release that is about to come out. Maybe that will fix your issue.

 

On a different question, "about the outfit you gave me" is only there to renew the fancy outfit he gives you... nothing to do with the artifact.

There is a  'Enable Coveted effect' checkbox for the Coveted effect, separate from the quest.

It's under 'Slave options'.

It should not grey out.
