So my am on the Flowering spriggan quest and I got the lore book but can't figure out where to go even after reading the whole thing. My quest wants me to go to Whitewood Creek from Beyond Skyrim Bruuma, even after going there nothing. Can any anyone help me out with finishing this?

I'm on the portion of "The Truth" where you get sent to the bunkhouse and told to look for clues. I found the shipping manifest and the note, and Haelga told me I could stay, but  nothing seems to make the quest progress. Can anyone help me out?

For some reason, each time any creature tries to overpower me, regardless of what I pick, any further attempts to 'talk' with the creature only open the slave options, breaking each and every single animal follower in the whole goddamn game. I have uninstalled the mod and cleaned the save to no effect. How the hell can I get my good doggos back?

I thought there was an option in Dialogues to turn that messagebox menu off but I will check again.

I added this issue to my list: https://github.com/SkyrimLL/SDPlus/issues/875

Some people have reported an issue with reading the manifest.

Try dropping it off to the ground and opening it again... or maybe read it again once in your inventory.

That's a problem with additional mods - SD+ has a hard time separating locations from mainland skyrim and from other mods, and sometimes sends you away.

As a way to sort that out, I created a fixed location in Skyrim where you can complete the quest always.

Got in the hills above Kynesgrove and look for a special tree.

You will have to be one with nature to activate it

Spoiler

.. meaning, you will have to be naked.

The rest should be self explanatory after you activate the tree.

Yeah, I tried that when I found the old posts. Didn't work unfortunately. What's supposed to happen when I read the book? Does that event have any other dependencies?

That should trigger a quest stage and objective to have you go to Whiterun and investigate the Honningbrew Meadery.

Thank you I found the area for Flowering Spriggan quest to remove the roots. However I never received the quest complete notification but the quest completely disappeared from my quest log active and complete. Before it disappeared the quest said "the spriggans have set you free" all three objectives were completed. I tried the alter talk to the priestess in Whiterun and waited like 4 days to try to remove the foot/hand roots however they are still stuck on. Is it possible to remove them via DD equip? Or is there something that I have yet to try to remove said roots.

In the secret Grove, did you try drinking from the waterfall?

I used the alter in there as well as swim about in the water. I received the message "the water is refreshing" or something close to that

It's been a while... I will have to check the code to see what were the conditions I used to trigger the end of the quest and clean up of the devices.

You could also try asking Danica Purespring in Whiterun to clean up your roots.

With Danica I have zero options to talk about the roots

Not even under the generic SD+ topic 'I need help with these...' ?

DeepBlueFrog,

I am in need of assistance. Apparently I have to find the reason why Sanguine is interested in me, and that the alicias might know a thing or two, but it seems like that there is no dialogue option(s) to inquire about why Sanguine is interested. Can you help me? Where do I go from here?
PS: I choose the became more powerful for Sanguine thing (telling just in case if that effect the quest in some way)

If I ignored you, that was totally by accident.

Since you said you chose to become more powerful, that means you have reached the conclusion of the current quest.... so that also means you HAVE talked to the alicias at some point, so that part of the quest is done.

What is the name of the quest that still asks you to find about sanguine?

Can you post a screenshot of the journal for that quest?

DeepBlueFrog,

As per your request, I have uploaded the quest in the journal. It is highlighted by the cursor. Thank you for the haste reply.

PS: The quest below the highlighted quest also confuses me.

This looks like a bug on my end.

I did not have time to fix it for today's release but I added it to my list and will review it soon.

About issues with the shipping manifest and the note in the meadery... I added a workaround in the latest release of SD+.

With the note or the manifest in your inventory, talk to Haelga or Svana about the manifest, and to Sabjorn in the meadery about the note.

Both dialogues will activate the same quest stages as reading the objects should have done.

Okay, I've noticed a problem with the SE prototype port of SD+. I target an NPC, and hit the surrender button. It starts to enslave the character, applies all the randomized goodies, and then immediately takes it all off and says the master is either dead or escaped from, and frees the character, resetting the hostile flags.

Anyone know of a fix for this?

In this particular case, I'm in Wolfskull, cleared out everyone else so there's no competing combat routines, and have selected the last survivor, as a way of eliminating competing variables. The subject is hostile on sight. I sneak in behind and start the routine without them any the wiser, so I can monitor the results. It starts up, equips gear, presents me with the enslavement status box, and then frees the character and declares the master dead or escaped, and gives me the enslaved mission completion.

Thank you for your consideration.

The newest version have given purple schlongs to dogs.

If you have a mod that adds schlongs to dogs, you may have to reinstall it.

SD+ includes skeletons of common master creatures to lower their center and make them accessible to being talked to during enslavement.

That means custom skeletons may be erased.

That was the case with the previous version too by the way. Maybe it was just visible this time because you installed it after the other mods.

Whenever anything about creatures show up in a MCM I disable it... so I guess I didn´t even know I had a mod that added schlongs to dogs  :)      I solved the problem by removing some dog meshes in SD+ tho...

Thanks for your reply !
