@ this I think there have been at least a few, if not several updates intended on blocking this

I've already tested it with captured dreams items a few updates back and couldn't get them off after paying the smith the gold

 

all the fingers kimy points at sd, but what has kimy done to stop cused loot from adding glitched dd gear to an actively running spriggan quest

looks to me like we're getting more effort to fix things from skyrimill than kimy

 

 

I can't fix what's not reported to me. Nobody EVER reported any issue with the Spriggan items to me. If that happens (I have no clue), then it's likely because the Spriggan items are either not DD items in the first place, or lack the zad_BlockGeneric keyword used to make quest items as such.

 

And it's not that I didn't add code to make own mod telling my own quests to take the back seat as soon as SD+ enslavement triggers and overwrites any collar with its own. It's not that I didn't tell my own scenes and quests to pause whenever SD+ enslavement is active. It's not that I didn't add functions to allow any modder to pause Cursed Loot's scenes at their discretion. It's not that I didn't add integration to Cursed Loot enabling it to trigger SD+ from my end and interact with it. Since you have probably read all my code and know all of that already, it's probably more likely that I am just mean and love to point fingers at fellow modders! That must be it!

Same here. I can only fix what I know and so far, I haven't seen many reports clearly pointing at SD+ not enforcing the zad_BlockGeneric keyword well enough.

 

Now that I know it is an issue, I can work on it.

 

I am sure we can work out interactions between both mods.

actually that was reported a Loong time ago, you gave me that same response when you sent the dd items to the player to get broken scripts clogging up the papyrus, the spriggan quest did its thing just fine

 

from there on I wasn't going to report that your enslavement code needed some work as you'd go back to finger pointing again

your enslavement code when activated with all the arsenal you have there you could have chosen by dialogs or even thru combat as you have both of those already integrated - which would have worked fine, but instead the player is enslaved to a flower - picked flower

@CliftonJD - The reality of these mods, especially Devious Device ones, is that it is a very complex environment to work in. Most of the time, it feels like flying blind and fixing things in mid air.

 

For example here, devices in SD+ are missing the necessary keyword used to prevent them from being removed by other mods. I just added them but to give you an idea - Devious Devices come with 3 armor items for each device... right now, I don't know if I should add the keyword to the script instance one, the rendered one or the inventory one. I will ask on the right thread but this is to show how complicated things are behind the scene.

 

Add on top of that interactions between mods, and it is very easy to misunderstand what is really happening or to dismiss some issues altogether simply because it works in other cases. I have been guilty of both at times.

 

We are all trying to do the best we can with the limited time and resources we have :)

while you're at it could you fix it so the spriggan feet are scripted like dd feet rather than cuffs, the gloves now have ebonite counterparts to borrow working scripts from that weren't available during conception, and the body piecemaybe ask kimy about borrowing the rubber suit scripts---atleast with everything using the proper scripts it's help prevent mod interference

Hi, sorry if this was answered somewhere, but I can find anything through the forums or keyword searching.  So just wanted to ask for the ID of the chaurus worm since I am unable to remove it at any arousal level.  Pickpocket might be low and be the issue but saw I couldnt find the id anywhere.  Thanks!

you don't need the id of the worm, you need a priest

I know sounds funny, but ya there have been a few reports about worms

Whenever i try to use the I need a stong hand to guide me option in dialog i experience a skyrim lockup. Attached are my logs.

 

I don't know about the lock up but THIS is a real issue:

That usually means you are using the SD Frostfall addon and you do not have Frostfall installed.

You need to either install Frostfall or disable the addon.

Not sure why frostfall wasent been detected but i removed it and the addon to elimanate that as the issue. Still locked up though i have attached an updated log.

You seem to have a lot of issues with 'slac'.. that seems familiar but I cant remember which mod it is from.

 

There is also an issue with Death Alternative:

Check also that you have a modern skeleton like XPMS and make sure Devious Devices and Zaz animation pack are up to date (with their animations registered in SexLab).

 

Did you remember to run FNIS too?

That daymoyl bug is the latest from simple slavery - I reported it there, but they thought it was harmless and left it...

I experienced a lot of unexplained ctd's after getting those updates and since reverted to an older version of the mod

perhaps you might be able to convince them there's more to it

I removed SLAC (SexLab Aroused Creatures - never worked anayway) and i checked to make sure Death Alternative was up to date which it is. I also verfied Devious Devices and Zaz were up to dat which they are. I use XPMS for my skelton already.  I ran FNIS again just to be sure and still locked up. Attached another log with the changes.

First of all Sorry for my poor english cause im east aisan(your mod is famous in my country also!)

 

I think this mod(or my mod setting) have a problem

situation was....

while character was enslaved, the character got whipping

but the damage of whipping was too high to make character alive because i have installed requiem, which increase weapon damage.

Thus the character died and Death Alternative mod event,captured by forsworn,begun

the problem is i can't move character at this situation

the character just lie in cage and do nothng and even a camera is stucked

 

Does there any way to make character not going to death while whipping?

or it is kind of giltch?

it's a known issue if you're using mods that increase weapon damage as a whip is still a weapon, the only solution to that is don't increase weapon damage ...Or install mods that do

it's a known issue if you're using mods that increase weapon damage as a whip is still a weapon, the only solution to that is don't increase weapon damage ...Or install mods that do

 

 

It is also only a problem at low levels.

 

At higher levels, the whip does minimal damages. 

 

SD is a death alternative mod. Dying as part of being a slave is part of the experience. 

 

Practically, having the whip deal some damage is the only way I found to get the player to scream during punishment scenes.

I won't ask how your character got them :)

 

There are two ways to get rid of them:

 

1- manually... you need a very low arousal and good pickpocket skills to get them out. Of course, failing will only increase your arousal, so you will have to first get some relief before trying again.

 

2- Ask around. Apothecaries and people at the Temple of Kynareth may help you out if they feel like it.

Enjoy the treats... they are harmless and should block plugs from being inserted by abusive NPCs.

You can even find apothecaries who will sell them as pleasure toys.

 

I have plans for a rewrite of the parasites into something more twisted, but that won't happen before next year at least.
