Mister X Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 I have a weird bug: Whenever I want to start a delivery quest (bringing, not fetching), instead of the normal poup "You look into masters eyes ..." there is message telling me "current stats" or sth alike. Then the dialogue goes on normally, Master's telling me to whom and where to go, but then instead of the Delivery quest it starts the quest "Return to master with Erani", giving me the first point as "I got another letter from master". I just forgot to switch on Papyrus logging, I'll try to start it again and see, if it happens again.
JuliusXX Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 I have a problem. I did the Elisif quest and after I returned to the CD shop all the devices were removed and moved to the inventory as usual. The problem is that I can't remove the RD Ebonite Collar from my inventory. If I try to move, drop or sell it my PC will wear it again and then it's unremovable with a key and the Master has no options in the dialoque to remove it. If you are not in the middle of a CD quest use the reset for the delivery quest, it should remove it. If it doesn't then do this: In the console: Player.Removeitem xx0F4D36 1 Then Unequip the collar in your inventory. Again, xx is the load order position of CD The reset quest option didn't work but the console command did the trick. The strange think was that the collar was still in my inventory (but not locked anymore). Shouldn't that command send the item directly to the Oblivion?

All DD locking items consist of 2 parts, 1 that appears in your inventory that you interact with and 1 that has the models that appear on the actors (which was removed in the console). Sometimes the items can get 'broken' and are no longer connected and dropping the Inventory part usually fixes it but on occasion it does not.
OrcishOatmeal Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 I was looking through the shop book, listing all the items, has it been updated? It doesnt show any information about the "finisher" plug...
human3166 Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 can someone help me with something? I've started the second CD quest (delivering something to the Thalmor embessy) and the master has equipped my character with some devices, but they don't physically appear. They are listed in my inventory as equipped but they don't appear on my character. I'm talking about the CD cuffs red ebony or something of the sorts. I tried looking in the mod's archive and in my data folder, but I can't figure out what's missing. any ideas?

If not then the issue is with the expansion. If they do, if you drop the quest items what happens?
human3166 Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 No. They don't appear. The items are listed in the inventory, but they are invisible. Also, forgive the ignorance, but which expansion are you talking about. I've installed quite a few mods and I'm starting to lose track...

The Devious Devices Expansion, you have to have it installed since it is a requirement. The most likely thing is there was an issue when installing the meshes.
human3166 Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Well would you look at that... Turns out my expansion was a bit outdated. I've installed the latest and everything is fine now. Thanks for the help, I appreciate it. Great mod by the way. It shows that some time and effort went into it. Looking forward to the next update
Mufasalikemods Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Hi not sure if this has been mentioned but the mod seems to conflict with Get Stripped (I'm guessing because of custom strip animations causing some scenes not to run) not a huge issue as its an easy enough mod to disable but just thought it worth mentioning

Don't think its something to be too worried about, as a known issue people can think to just disable certain mods when playing through Captured Dreams, by this point in Skyrim swapping mods back forth is half the fun

Josephine Loire Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 First, try this: Use issceneplaying <ID> Use these ID's and see if one returns a 1 - xx11BCD4 CDxEQ04_L_Gift02 - xx11C257 CDxEQ04_L_Gift01 - xx111367 CDxEQ04_H_Master - xx110327 CDxEQ04_K_Erani If so, use StopScene <ID> and it should stop it. If not try StartScene xx111386 CDxEQ04_Ha_MasterClear This will start a scene that will do a quick reset on the player, erani and master And last: ClearQuestAlias xx10E1BE CDxExpQuest04 This will clear all the aliases for the last expansion quest, if it is done they won't be used again. You will either have to enter the xxnumber (xx is the load position of CD) or the Editor ID (CDx item) Nothing, unfortunately. Those quest are not running, and the other 2 commands do not solve the issue. If you have a list of your quest id's i would gladly try them all with the first command to see if one of them is running. Or.. what could i try? Any other commands?

Are you using Prison Overhaul? The bounty hunter was known to cause this issue as well (was supposed to be fixed though).

No, i heard it was quite buggy so i decided not to download it. Oh wait i can see them with TES Edit, i'm stupid ;D gonna try them all. :3

They are where a scene ends and dialogue begins.

I tried every Scene on the Scene section with TES edit, the only one running is the CDxDE_Restrain, but i guess that's normal, right? It should be the general scene for being restrained, according to the name.. not sure tho.

Kill it with the endscene command.

So, I've got some data for this: - Pictures of the different dialogue states - a Papyrus log - loadorder and modlist (higher in modlist = higher priority) I don't overwrite anything of CD shop mod, so I really don't know what could cause this Papyrus.0.log loadorder.txt modlist.txt
Josephine Loire Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 That is the scene for restraining Erani and should end once she has been restrained. Kill it with the endscene command. Oh yeah now i remember, i should've restrain her, but for some weird reason i got myself bugged and had to force the stop. The problem is that even after i stop it, setplayeraidriven 1 still make me move to that point. This probably because Erani ain't got the option to punish her anymore. What should i do? Resetting do not work.. Nevermind, it works now! Thanks for the patience!

The only place that I have that info is in the ledger by the door, is looks like this: What yours shows is close but isn't mine. If someone is making mods that change things in CD I would not use it as I won't trouble shoot an altered version.
MysticDaedra Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 I've tried searching in this topic, if this has already cropped up I somehow missed it, apologies for necro-ing. During the Elisif quest, after I go with her to her room and have talked to her the second time (after waiting 3 hours), she get stuck in some sort of loop, even after the quest has updated. Basically she keeps initializing conversation with me, repeating indefinitely. Any ideas? Love your mod btw, watching it grow through development has been very exciting EDIT: It seems that if you wait in the bedroom sometimes the loop occurs. I loaded a previous save and waited outside the bedroom and everything seems to be working now.
Veladarius Posted June 20, 2015 Author Posted June 20, 2015 Bit of info on the Customer Assist 2 quest that I am working on to give an idea as to size and complexity. - There can be 1-2 npc's in addition to the player. - There are 9 basic themes. - Each theme is further adjusted to the likes/dislikes of the npc (you can refuse the session if you are not a property slave) - dialogue takes the sexes of the actors into account (including the player) These are the basic themes: - Visiting Dom wants a session - 1 npc + player - Visiting Sub wants a sessopm - 1 npc + player - Lessons for a new Dom A - 2 npc's + player - player is primary Master while other asks questions or makes comments - Lessons for a new Dom B - 2 npc's + player - player is secondary Master and may be asked questions or provide items - Visiting Dom wants a session as a Slave while theirs is forced to watch - 2 npc's + player - they like to be the sub occasionally but not with their slave - Visiting Dom wants to watch while their slave is with another Dom - 2 npc's + player - visiting dom is in a 'voyeur' position and does their own thing - Visiting Dom wants a session with 2 slaves (npc + player) - 2 npc's + player - Visiting Dom wants a session with slave while theirs is forced to watch - 2 npc's + player - Visiting dom wants a session where a third person (player) watches them - 2 npc's + player While some of these just puts the player into a different position (master or slave) how the scene works is completely different. How sessions are set up: There are 3 basic types: 1- Player as Master 2- Player as Slave 3- Player as Other 4- Special NPC's 1- Player as Master - The player has complete control of the scene. You decide what happens next and, other than sex or other sexlab animations, are in control of your character. Want to whip the slave? Get the whip from the wall. Want to put the slave in stocks? Pick them out of the catalog. Want to tie them up? Get the leather bindings. There are several more things you can do as well. If there is a third npc they may ask questions or may watch and masturbate while you go to town on their slave. 2- Player as Slave - The player has minimal control, it all depends on if you have been locked into furniture, tied up or chained to the wall or not. The Master will determine what happens (based on likes / dislikes) and is randomly determined, you never know what is next. A third npc may also interact with you as well. 3- Player as Other - You have minimal control over what happens, most everything is between the npc's. You may be asked questions or have comments directed towards you, it will vary. This is the shortest of the types of scenes. 4- Special npc's - these will be custom scenes with two types of npc's: 1- current customers (repeatable) or 2- special npc (non repeating). They are all 'named' npc's either normal Skyrim npc's or custom ones I have made (Ailus and others) The entire thing is built as small, individual scenes so they can be done in any order or not at all. I am experimenting with a way for the player to have comments during scenes (pre generated and based on your likes/dislikes) so you have some sort of voice. I have built the opening (90% done and tested) and am working on the other parts. The player as a slave is ready to be tested (50% done) but needs the 3rd npc parts made. The player as a Master has the parts made (80%) and is ready to test as well. The Special npc sessions have not been started, they will be built on the other 3 parts but with specific dialogue for them. When I say 'Ready to test' it means I can start running it and fix the issues as I find them, It likely would not run completely through to the end yet. This quest will be used as a normal task (paid for your time) and as part of the player slavery scenes (property slaves have no say, they will participate). The quest is available while 'session' npc's are staying at the VIP house, 1 session per visit. The 2nd type of special ones will likely happen when no 'session' npc's are staying in the VIP house. As I said before, big enough to be its own mod.
GreatCroco Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 ever thought about uploading the whole thing to Github or some other site with a proper bugtracker?
