I get update messages that my fame has increased but the fame sore in the mod menu is still all zero. I am having sex in a moded location that is still read as part of whiterun (which is correct) but the menue does not update. I think my fame increases, but i am not sure. Any idea what I can do?

First question, and it may seem like a dumb one but people miss these kinds of things all the time:

Are you looking at the Detailed Fame View for the correct location?

What is the location? If it is a modded location, SLSFR may not be reading it correctly, unless you've added it to the Custom Locations list

I tried to update to SKSE 2.2.8 for another mod (on 1.6.1170) and got errors for both this and AND. Reverted for now.

I got errors reading this comment. Won't elaborate.

Hello, is it still possible to get the previous version (SLSF Reloaded 3.4.1.zip)? As the latest Nefaram modlist still depends on it.

I had a bunch of things that needed updating anyway, so I waited until the latest SLSFR was available, then updated everything and started fresh.

Kind of an odd problem... with the new update I'm getting crashes right when the main menu loads. Reverting back to the old one fixed it, but the weird thing is that the updated SLSF seems to be making it crash even without being enabled. And the logs say it has to do with C++, which is what this mod is now using.

If anyone can take a look I'd appreciate it, or if it can be used to fix a bug, crash log is attached.

Looks like an issue with MO2, Creation Club menu, and missing masters. Here's the summary from Phostwood's Crash Analyzer:

  • ❗ Potential Missing Masters/Dependency Detected: Your load order might be missing required master files or other dependency, which can lead to instability and crashes. NOTE: Review other high-likelihood diagnoses first, as some of them can cause (or appear to cause) this issue. Here are some possible causes and solutions:
    • Creations Menu Conflicts: Never use the in-game Creations menu (accessed from the main menu) while using an external mod manager like MO2 or Vortex. The Creations menu acts as its own mod manager and can conflict with your external one, causing missing masters and other issues. Always manage all mods exclusively through your chosen mod manager.
    • Missing Expected Creation Club Content: Some mods may require Creation Club content, and sometimes this step has been forgotten, or the downloading of CC content may have been incomplete. Look for more information in the related section directly below this one.
    • Consider reinstalling: SSE Engine Fixes ⤵️ show more
    • Identifying Missing Masters: Mod Organizer 2 (MO2) typically displays warning icons (yellow triangle with exclamation mark) for plugins with missing masters. View Screenshot. Or alternately, check the 🔎 Files/Elements section of this report and look at mods higher up the list, which could help isolate which mod might be missing something. Review the mod on Nexus and consider reinstalling any likely causal mods to see if you missed a patch or requirement.
    • Load Order Dependency Issue: Even if all required masters are installed and enabled, a plugin can still fail if its dependencies are loaded after it in your load order. In this case, the dependent mod tries to access data that isn't yet available, leading to errors or crashes. Consult documentation for related mods, and use your mod manager's sorting tools to ensure masters and required plugins always load before the mods that depend on them. NOTE: this is a very common issue when installing or updating Vortex Collections, but usually easily fixable by enabling all mods, and clicking "Sort Now" several times. See details in above "🤖 Best Practices for Auto-Installing Modlist Users" section.
    • Advanced Users can use SSEEdit (xEdit) to isolate missing dependencies.
    • Missing Dependency: If you've recently removed, disabled, or forgot to install a required mod, others may still depend on it. You might need to either install the missing dependency or remove its master requirement from dependent plugins. See this guide on Removing a Master Requirement.
    • Version Mismatch: Ensure all your mods are compatible with your Skyrim version (SE or AE). Always check the mod's description page for version compatibility.
    • 👑 LOOT can be safely used as a diagnostic tool and is generally helpful for sorting your load order — better than sorting manually, especially for newer modders. It may occasionally mis-sort some plugins; you can fix these by adding "load after" rules or placing plugins into custom groups within LOOT. ⚠️ Do not use LOOT's auto-sort with premade modlists (Nexus Collections, Wabbajack lists, Nolvus, etc.) — those lists have carefully curated load orders that LOOT will break.
    • Detected indicators: ⤵️ show more
  • ✅ Creation Club Content Complete: All 75 Creation Club files detected and loaded properly.
  • ❓ Possible Mod Organizer 2 Virtual File System (USVFS) issue: This crash log's highest-confidence sections reference usvfs_x64.dll, which is part of Mod Organizer 2's virtual file system layer. Crashes here usually mean the game failed while interacting with MO2's file redirection system, not Skyrim itself.
    • Check Antivirus/Security Software: This is the most common cause. Some antivirus tools interfere with USVFS injection. Add exceptions to your antivirus software for MO2 and Skyrim.
    • Update MO2: Consider upgrading if you aren't running the latest stable build of Mod Organizer 2.
    • Detected indicators from highest-confidence sections of crash log:
      • usvfs_x64.dll

i've been having a consistent issue across both legacy slsf and reloaded where, regardless of what version of either is used, regardless of whether standard sexlab or p+ is used, bestiality fame is not tracked even after going through the troubleshooting steps (the animations in question weren't tagged as non-consensual in the first place, and enabling the options associated with non-consensual animations did nothing to solve it); because this also affected legacy slsf, i didn't bother asking for support under the assumption that it was a modlist conflict and i would be able to puzzle out for myself OR the issue would be fixed in a later update

come version 4.0.x and me still having this issue, i am now out of luck because this thread is now designated as a museum and if i want technical support i need to join, what else, a discord server, and it's getting to the point where i'm considering just giving up on trying to use this and fame comments all together
