sweet777cj Posted December 5, 2024 Posted December 5, 2024 Sadly the scenes still won't start, at all; have all the hard + soft requirements, does nothing (even with the "test scene" button). Browsing through this thread it seems this is a rather common problem? Which is a pity, really.

I do wish I know what causing it so I can fix it, but alas I cannot recreate the issue at all.

Im in the middle of save and i dont wanna update it yet. Also is there any planned Acheron patch? A fully integrated Acheron patch would be perfect, where we can set the chances of PDA event, so every defeated outcome would be surprised with PDA event or Acheron rape event such as practical defeat or YK.

It works with both 2.4 and 3+ At least, for the known issue of the chopping block not spawning.

I think this could be the problem with the head issue, after decapitation and the raping scene with the fallen head. Maybe have a look on it. Hopefully you can make it compatible. Pama will also try to implement it in his next furniture mod update 1
ray314 Posted December 6, 2024 Posted December 6, 2024 (edited) I might be having an issue that is specific to my installation but I'll bring it up here just to see if someone else has seen this issue before. This might also be related to a new issue I'm having with the new version of this mod, since its a camera related issue. So with the Enhanced Death Cam mod, with the settings copied from discord that you posted, I get this camera position for the stormcloak event: Looking at the rope you can see the camera is inside the model of the wooden post/rope and this causes the camera to stay stack in this distance (objects prevents camera from zooming out to avoid the camera clipping through walls). If I play this scene without enhanced death cam this is what I see: Obviously this has its own problems like dialogue will not be displayed without the Death cam mod functions. Had this issue since this event was added. Now I'm trying the display trophy ending I'm getting two separate results. 1: Die to bandits, sold, after fade to black - The screen comes back staring at the wrong side of the wall (I can confirm this by using tfc and finding the NPC and the painting on the oppsite side). Also the camera is once again high off where it is supposed to be, similar to the stormcloak issue. 2: Starting the event using debug menu - Character is teleported to the house, I can see a few copies of the character being created and some more teleporting going on, but at the end it teleports into the void. This void is similar to the void I had previously when in the previous patch where you end with the selling event and the message "Your body has been sold but new events will come later" then if you try to load game it will instead have your character start in the void regardless of which save file you choose, until you completely restart Skyrim. It is one of those areas where you fall forever. EDIT: I think this one breaks from the debug menu because the NPC disappears during TC, so the game goes into a void space, Since the focus is still on the npc I was able to use "moveto player" to get back into the scene. Would be very helpful if someone has a solution to the camera issue where it starts at an incorrect spot. I might start to try uninstalling some mods to see if it fixes it. I use Ostim Standalone rather than the SexLab framework, but this mod works great with Ostim and the Sexlab to Ostim mod which intercepts Sexlab calls and send it to Ostim Standalone. It is (was) needed for Pama Deadly Furniture I will add it to hard requirements, as I actually use some of the animations from now on.

ray314 Posted December 10, 2024 Posted December 10, 2024 (edited) I've tried it with the Curator mode on and NG Decap mod installed and even after decap it asks if my PC is clinging onto life/dead. Maybe it is missing a decap check when using NG decap? EDIT: I tried this on the hotfix so if it was addressed then ignore this. Edited December 10, 2024 by ray314

Mine seems to move the camera like my character is about to teleport out of the noose I'm hanging on before freezing then crashing.

Crash_2024_12_8_18-1-58.txt 81.08 kB · 3 downloads What's happening in the black screen is supposed to vanilla resurrect the player twice, this is to reset the player state and enable it to use the display pack later. Using PDA's method of resurrection will cause alignment issues. This of course means that if player was decapitated when this happen (which it shouldn't be possible), game will crash. Other than that, I don't really know why the crash happened, or in which exact timing the game crash (resurrection, teleportation, etc)

I got "Failed to start Thread - cannot sort actors to active scene" error in console log and after fade to black scene wont start. Im on new game, with latest pama furniture build, NG decap framework that released recently, dismembering framework. I got all the requiments along with suggested slal packs (with slp+ corvesions ofc). Everything on latest version. Not using Player get necro'ed. Using acheron but its disabled on mcm. Hello - i'm having this same problem.. upon death (and using the PDA manual start) no animations happen - the vanquisher just looks at my dead corpse. i am running acheron, practical defeat, prison alt (w/ add ins) but other than acheron, i didn't see anything on your compatibility list that would interfere w/ a post-death scene. its as if animations aren't available. i'll keep trying things and if something starts to work, i'll pop back on here and update.. thanks for your mod!
