Snook0001 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 :DWell I'm planning to kill the bard after the completion of the quest. But if he could just be replace by an other bard like Lisette, or someone with a more appealing voice to fill up the silence, that would be better.  I proposed earlier to had some animation to have the pc if she is a vampire feed while having sex.  What I meant was something erotic, like biting the neck or the breast of a customer during intercourse. The customer could be brought to ecstasy and she would feed at that time rendering him unaware of what is happening .  But now I'm thinking, if the customer is a vampire, maybe the role could be reversed and the pc would end up providing sexual services and feed him/her at the same time while having a powerful orgasm.  She would find herself tipsy after with reduce health and stamina for a day, of course unaware of what has happen.  When asking for sex, the customers have usually something in mind, like bumping in her behind or having their pussy lick. I was also wondering if it was possible to have the pc select only an animation in those categories. By example when ask to have the pussy lick, only the animation for that particular activity would be available. You could even make it more challenging as the pc would select one, while the customer has various appreciation according to animation provided. Let say the pc has a the choice between 3 animations and select the second one. The customer could hate the 3rd animation, really love the 1st one and had less preferences for the 2nd one, resulting on a medium satisfaction. The tip will be in consequence and it would influence Hulda's report at the end of the shift.  Hope this help and give you some more options.  Keep up the good work  Â

If its only to stop him from flirting with the market lady, then perhaps after that quest is completed he will pack his bags and leave?  As for bestiality, for me it really depends on the scene and circumstances in question, some examples...  If the character is effectively enslaved in private club or underworld tavern ( or some other establishment where the law of the land is not enforced), then for the entertainment of the customers she might be thrown in a pit with a wolf or other predatory beast whose last meal was laced with aphrodisiacs.  If instead she is whored out or enslaved to a country estate run by a depraved couple, then taking care of the horses in the stables, either by force or by bondage, would fit in my opinion.  The previous mentioned mad wizard/sorceress experimenting with giant spiders or other monsters to use the character as an egg incubator.  Though the animations likely don't support it, the use of a snake as a part of "anal training" would certainly be possibly demeaning and erotic.  I like to see Estrus tentacles be used as part of a storyline as well, though they aren't technically bestiality. In my push for a cruel Mistress mod, would love to see a Domme who used such as magical spells as well as other magics on the character as punishment or amusement.  So my opinion is that as long as bestiality is used as a tool to further the character along into a life of degradation and sexual slavery I'm all for it, no matter which animal.  As long as its not a focus of the mod so such events uncommon and therefore more special.  We already have an idea how I get rid of him the lore-friendly way and without breaking his associated quest. But there are other things which have to be done first so it could take a while. As far as I have inspected the Bannered Mare and other Inn's, I'm pretty sure that it is unintentional that he plays 24/7. He has a room associated, so their intention probably was to give him a more detailed master package.  Like I said before, bestiality will not be used to degrade your character. The focus lies on interaction between humans alone. People who don't like bestiality at all should not be forced to see such content (And my preferences don't lie in bestiality sex either). However, there will be some content which includes animals but you really have to push into this direction to see it.   I second this. In fact I hope that everything about this mod, including the more extreme bonus-scenarios, will have a mostly serious tone, without much (un)-intentional humour or over-the-top-scenarios, which would fit better into a Fallout NV-mod (nutty professors, dimension-hopping, cross-breeding, whatever )  The atmosphere, both scenarios and dialogue/characters, hopefully will fit into the rather dark and more realistic (yeah, magic and realism, I am aware of that contradiction... ) setting that Skyrim gladly gave us - unlike the rather comic-like Oblivion. But as far as I could see by now, this "danger" seems small. I'd just wanted to voice this opinion   Yes, the mod will have a serious theme. That's why you will not just be thrown into a situation where you get enslaved. Your decisions are what lead it to, one way or another. The system I have currently implemented is a good start to observe your actions and kick off the appropiate quest progression dialogues. It needs probably alot of balancing when we implemented more content.  It also allows the player to play this mod over and over again and experiencing different approaches to solve the main story. Unfortunately Skyrim has no real addiction system, so it is a bit hard to implement such a system.  The prostitution system is far away from being half complete. It isn't even 20% of the things I planned to implement. Besides the obviously sex, customers might have some other things in mind why they requests your services. Some might benefit you in the long run, while some others will do the opposite.  SexLab is currently roughly implemented. Unfortunately it isn't made for fine controlling sex scenes. It lacks alot of controls and I have to implement some low-level calls to get the satisfying results. SexLab 1.30+ slowly goes into the direction I need...but yeah I still have to look at the currently three sex requests to finetune them.  -----------------------------------------------------------------  As a general note: APPS will tell you a story. And it will interact with the world and the decisions you made. I hope this early stage gave you a short overview on how the NPC's will react to how you solved the first quest. It will continue to do so. Therefore I want to keep the mood of the vanilla game. So you will encounter reasonable dialogues and quests. You can expect that the mod will fit into the world while creating it's own little world.

Â But due to the new suggestions about what this scene should contain, i'll have to change some things.And it's as Hero wrote: No bestiality in the core mod. Only in well hidden bonus scenes that start based on what you did in the mod and then take a different route, seperating themself from it. The bonus scenes are there to cover fetishes, that don't fit the main quest of APPS and to offer the possibility to play some events of the main quest again.

I haven't explored all of the content yet, but I am working through it. On a somewhat glitchy save (Looks like I might have to start over again.) I encountered a loop error in dialogue. Â I would be ready to turn in for the night after working, talked to Hulda, was told good work, thank you thank you, where's my gold, thank you, come back... Â But when the dialogue "Just one more question, how did my customers treat you?" came up, it exits conversation and then when she's done talking, she initiates the quitting dialogue again, thanking me for the work, taking the gold again, and arriving at the same point in an indefinite loop. Don't know what to make of that, but I'll be starting over again soon on a fresh save to see where things go from there. Â I'm not prone to asking for things, so this is more a suggestion or a thought more than anything - Aside from taking orders and doing the deed with the devious denizens, Hulda mentions chopping wood for the fires frequently. She also seems to have an unlimited supply of food which made me think, and she gives a broom which may be functional somehow, but I haven't figured out how yet. Â What I see are possibilities to add to the tavern worker/slave(If that's somebodies route) workload that make sense to this mod. -Hulda sends player out to get firewood/perform in town tasks at non-peak hours. (Firewood, sending to blacksmith to repair something, Belethors to buy mugs or some such.) -Hulda gives player ingredients for food, has player cook and bring back prepared food. -Player is required to do menial tasks/chores such as sweeping at end of shift. Â Just a few things I've been considering as I play through. Don't expect them, but wanted to give some feedback on what rolls through my head while I play. Â On a final note, a question I had was if anybody knew how to start the getting rid of Saadia quest before becoming the Dragonborn. I'm greedy and stubborn, so I like being the only waitress at the inn. Which you can't be unless you know you're dragonborn because the Al'akir quest is dependent on "Dragon Rising" (The Whiterun guard tower with the first dragon.) I suppose I've been enjoying being a "normal" person, not dragonborn lately, just for story. Not ultimately important, but just a passing question. Â Thanks again for the mod and all the work you've been putting into it!

There might be a better mod out there. but interactive skyrim let's you do some NPC stuff the PC couldn't and sweeping wasn't included, but dancing to the bard like they do and farming like they do. The broom isn't completely useless, it's used in some recipes for magic. I'm sure someone could make it useable.

Not ultimately important, but just a passing question.  Thanks again for the mod and all the work you've been putting into it! if you mean the red guard quest who want to capture her, it's triggered by your level. i visited Whiterun in the earlie evening at level 5 and they were at the gate, talkin g to the guard, which triggers the quest, like the random red guard encounters.  I do believe sweeping is NPC only. I just installed the mod to try it out, and I encountered the same bug that makes Hulda get in a loop with the dialog mentioning if any of the customers treated the player poorly or something. I saw the comment stating the bug will be fixed in the next version, but I was wondering if there's a way around it in the mean time? She keeps trying to chase me and trigger this dialog on her own and, well it's getting a little tiring Perhaps a command to end the quest or? Maybe something I could do from an earlier point in the "quest" not to stumble across the bug at all?  Either way, thanks for the mod and in advance for the reply  On a side, a little more sour note... I spotted a few grammar issues throughout, but there are 2 main ones that keep coming up over and over: 1- Misuse of commas. I understand why you may have done that Some people type things out as they would spell them out phonetically. Still off though 2- Whenever an -i- is in the sentence and it is not the starter letter of said sentence, the i is not capitalized. It should always be spelled -I- in caps. That said, if you guys need help with reviewing the grammar or anything, let me know I have time and I love English and grammar altogether lol so... It'd be no problem at all  Edit: I also found that is typically not a good idea to skip dialogs triggered by this mod. By skipping the latter parts of a dialog with a customer it can result in the dialog window closing itself, and the order not taken. Perhaps this could be somehow related to the bug?
JahReit Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Having a problem starting the quest.  About the 10th time I've started with a new character and this is the first time with this problem.  I've installed framework 1.3.1 and fnis 4.1.1 so maybe that's what's causing it.  I know I read something back in the last 26 pages concerning a similar situation but  can't remember where. APPS show in MCM but running the controller show it has not started.  NVM I moved aroused above animation pack and that fixed it. Maybe you can send that to BOSS and make sure the order is correct.

After this nothing happening, ive noticed two girls in sluty outfits  but they do nothing to.  Is it problem with SL1.31 to?

I have to scroll through a long list of normal conversation lines to find the "can I be of service", "I have a guest order", "here's your order" (leave ordered food out)

Reason why I ask, is because after I meet up with the other women that Hulda brings in, well only 1 will engage in sex, while the other one does nothing, and when I go to talk with hulda afterwards, well I get no other options (I do notice some pre-order option in the diaglog)Am I just flat out missing something, or doing it all wrong...or is something amiss?

You have to install Creation Kit (if you don't have it yet) from steam, just click Library and go to tools, find it in the list and install. Once you have it running, launch APPS as Active File, now after it loads follow this pattern: Â Character / Quest / APPS / Side Quest / double click on APPS_SQ01 --- in the open window choose Player Dialogue --- in the branches on the left choose QuitTavernJob --- in the middle of the window under Topics category choose Report_ExtraOrders --- double click on the cursed line "One last question:" (do not fear if you accidently open new window, just press escape until they disappear, then right click Empty and choose delete among options) --- in the new window right click under "Link To:" in the empty space of Branch press Add Link --- the appeared window may seem confusing, among all three lines the third one is what we are after --- stretch Topic so you can see what you choosing from -- Search for Report_HireringWhores_BadTreatment --- after it appears in the list of branches just proceed by clicking Ok's untill you run out of Ok to click onto. --- Now, don't forget to SAVE changes in the upper left corner of the Creation Kit and you are done! But I was determined to find a solution for at least this problem so other people like me and you would have a working work around.  But by now I assume we can only wait for the next update in hopes that HM will have some time for us as well as for X-mass and New year.  BTW, Happy new year in advance!

You have to install Creation Kit (if you don't have it yet) from steam, just click Library and go to tools, find it in the list and install. Once you have it running, launch APPS as Active File, now after it loads follow this pattern:  Character / Quest / APPS / Side Quest / double click on APPS_SQ01 --- in the open window choose Player Dialogue --- in the branches on the left choose QuitTavernJob --- in the middle of the window under Topics category choose Report_ExtraOrders --- double click on the cursed line "One last question:" (do not fear if you accidently open new window, just press escape until they disappear, then right click Empty and choose delete among options) --- in the new window right click under "Link To:" in the empty space of Branch press Add Link --- the appeared window may seem confusing, among all three lines the third one is what we are after --- stretch Topic so you can see what you choosing from -- Search for Report_HireringWhores_BadTreatment --- after it appears in the list of branches just proceed by clicking Ok's untill you run out of Ok to click onto. --- Now, don't forget to SAVE changes in the upper left corner of the Creation Kit and you are done!  P.s. HeroM, you probably already know what I found, but it seems there is an error of script ::WhoreState - in APPS_Controller. I ain't no modder so I don't know what the heck to make out of it.  Thanks so much for this and for taking the time to actually help out when you're not really obligated to do so. Super kudos I'm currently testing a couple other mods, after reaching that loop bug on this one and uninstalling it (mind you, the mod is flippin' amazing, but that loop not only breaks the mod's progression but breaks Hulda as well, so I opted out for a while). However I'm gonna be trying this out as soon as I'm done with the others  Now... question... because I've read a few posts here and there... When you reach this infamous end of the mod's quest (haven't gotten there myself due to the loop bug), what happens afterwards? Will Hulda be broken until more content is added to the mod? or does she go back to her good ole' Inn Keeper act as if nothing ever happened?  Thanks a lot in advance  I've played it through both ways, accepting the whore and not accepting.  After Endurance ends that's it, Hulda is the normal inn keeper and the 2 girls are a permanent fixture at the inn.  Not accepting the whore job you continue working.  I've never missed a day's work, so I don't know if missing a day or more breaks the quest to continue to work.

OK, i was reading but answering thru my cell phone is a nightmare and my laptop always ended up with database errors, when i tried to post something. :/ Â The fix from Akmed does not break anything, as version 0.10.2b does not cover everything yet. The next version will deliver the promissed continuing of working as waitress and/or prostitute and have most bugs fixed. But as i need to redo my bonus scene (there was some really nice suggestions for the bestiality part ^^), i'm not so sure anymore if it makes it into the next version.

I haven't explored all of the content yet, but I am working through it. On a somewhat glitchy save (Looks like I might have to start over again.) I encountered a loop error in dialogue. Â I would be ready to turn in for the night after working, talked to Hulda, was told good work, thank you thank you, where's my gold, thank you, come back... Â But when the dialogue "Just one more question, how did my customers treat you?" came up, it exits conversation and then when she's done talking, she initiates the quitting dialogue again, thanking me for the work, taking the gold again, and arriving at the same point in an indefinite loop. Don't know what to make of that, but I'll be starting over again soon on a fresh save to see where things go from there. Â I'm not prone to asking for things, so this is more a suggestion or a thought more than anything - Aside from taking orders and doing the deed with the devious denizens, Hulda mentions chopping wood for the fires frequently. She also seems to have an unlimited supply of food which made me think, and she gives a broom which may be functional somehow, but I haven't figured out how yet. Â What I see are possibilities to add to the tavern worker/slave(If that's somebodies route) workload that make sense to this mod. -Hulda sends player out to get firewood/perform in town tasks at non-peak hours. (Firewood, sending to blacksmith to repair something, Belethors to buy mugs or some such.) -Hulda gives player ingredients for food, has player cook and bring back prepared food. -Player is required to do menial tasks/chores such as sweeping at end of shift. Â Just a few things I've been considering as I play through. Don't expect them, but wanted to give some feedback on what rolls through my head while I play. Â On a final note, a question I had was if anybody knew how to start the getting rid of Saadia quest before becoming the Dragonborn. I'm greedy and stubborn, so I like being the only waitress at the inn. Which you can't be unless you know you're dragonborn because the Al'akir quest is dependent on "Dragon Rising" (The Whiterun guard tower with the first dragon.) I suppose I've been enjoying being a "normal" person, not dragonborn lately, just for story. Not ultimately important, but just a passing question. Â Thanks again for the mod and all the work you've been putting into it! More tasks will be coming, but I don't know when I'm going to implement them. The first release had already some code to let the character sweep the tavern when all guests are satisfied/dissatisfied but it never worked. So i scrapped that concept until I find a way to fix it. Cooking is also an idea I already had in mind, but like someone else already said, there are mods who changes the cooking recipes so that event will be also at the end of my to-do-list. I had to rewrite the entire Controller-quest because it had a bug where I couldn't set script properties anymore. Where did you found that error? I have double and triple checked all topics to set the conditions properly but at the insane amount of Topic Info's there is a good chance I have overseen a Topic Info or two.
Akmed Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 As I said I am no moder so I couldn't find the part where it causes error but every solution I tried led me to believe that something inside Whorestate is causing quest to not progress properly and cause a loop when evaluating PC progress. Instead of choosing one of the options it doesn't see them at all but why it loops itself I am clueless.
