Ashra XIII Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 So the next update, with all the work being put into it, is still focusing on the tavern wench and whoring part of the mod, is that right? As in, the slavery part is still not yet coming? (This is not a criticism, I'm just curious as to what my expectations should be )
Heromaster Posted January 11, 2014 Author Posted January 11, 2014 That is right, when we have reached that stage then we implement the slavery part. That said, depending on how fast I develop the whoring part, there will be some consensual BDSM parts.
xboronx Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 Of course i can only speak to myself but: The bane of many modern games are rushed releases. Mods should not follow that trend. So many potentially great games (looking at you, Mass Effect ) were rushed and full of bugs, stupid design decisions and general silliness which ould have been avoided. So, as far as mods go, even when the waiting is hard to bear, I prefer you take your time and release something you are content with. Chances are higher then that we'll be happy too And in addition to that if you set too tough time limits you risk to burn out. But the goal should be that you have fun modding, it is a hobby, not your job. So just enjoy future development of APPS at any pace and we will probably love every new version. I can't resist to mention Illusion. They rush out games so quickly recently, and all their recent titles were so barebone, but promising. If they would have only released half of them ...... . Having high hopes for Real Play, but probably it will be a missed opportunity again
mollydeal Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 molly here and I know this is just wip but the endurance quest does not seem work correctly for me it does not appear in the journal at all I only get a completion when finish it and it seems to have not finished correctly. I trying it without sanguine this time see if that has any affect since both player slavery mods. I also experienced few crashes on trying save game during the tavern work quest figure main reason why though for one of them if have sex or get order and then try save before the finish order or get cash from patron for sex game well crash. When you finish the order or if do completely finish sex scene with towel pop up the game well save normally.
Lusty Housecarl Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 I like this mod so far, cant say i have ever been so exited to play a waitress/whore I'm looking forward to seeing the future updates it will bring. Now all i need to do is make sure Mikael has a accident and stays out of the tavern..Forever.
Lyman the Lunatic Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 So I just decided to drop by, been worrying what happened... For the NPCs, I don't like it when they use Apachii hairs, I know it's popular, but to me, it felt too clean & too bright for a dark & dirty country of Skyrim, doesn't feel belong at all. I have them but I don't use them personally, just for mods that needs them. Even that, I don't even interact with those NPCs unless I really need to. I feel the modding light should be more on the existing races like orcs, khajiits, & argonians. Why not? They're pretty creepy, if not disgusting & more lore friendly. Since the nords are racists, it seems only fair that these folks will be part of the people who are operating these sort of organizations.
RichterQ87 Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 I'm confused with the installation process. Am I supposed to do something with fomod and meta.ini? I know you're supposed to extract the base and your selected language but I don't know what exactly it is you want me to do with fomod and meta.ini Any help would be greatly appreciated

How can you install these mods via NMM? 1. Download the mods (don't unpack!) 2. In NMM, in the Mods tab, click the blue puzzle piece icon named "Add mod from file" 3. Navigate to the folder where your mods got downloaded, and select the right file 4. The file will be added to your list of mods. If category view is on, there'll be an icon indicating a new mod added next to the category folder (all mods from LL end up in Unassigned by default) 5. Find the mod you want and double click to install it!

I know you're supposed to extract the base and your selected language but I don't know what exactly it is you want me to do with fomod and meta.ini Any help would be greatly appreciated The fomod folder contains informations about a mod and it's used by NMM and partitially by Mod Organizer (MO). The file meta.ini cointains informations about a mod as well, but it's only used by MO. And if you see a file named Wizard.txt, that's an installer script that's only used by Wrye Bash. So if you install manually, ignore those files and the fomod folder.
Guest Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Hi just a quick question. The hilda looping bug should already be fixed in the 0.10.2b version, right?Because i installed the mod again and done the first part, but the bug still seems to be there, right after the evaluation and the question about the clients.
Heromaster Posted January 12, 2014 Author Posted January 12, 2014 Nope, it is not fixed. It will be fixed for the next release. Sorry for the cunfusion, my post probably didn't stated it clear enough.
beauty bane Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 I cant help but to ask : when is next release. I dont expect next version is a perfect one, just want to see something show a work still in progress.
OdemM Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 So I work the tables, get the option to upgrade my occupation to prostitute, then go through the scene where I undress, get measured, and diddle the first of two ladies. At which point it does nothing. All converstation options disappear, and the two ladies just stand there saying hello. Am I missing something?

This mod is very early in it's development stage, and at the moment, it's all the content there is. Much, much more coming in the indeterminate future, though, so make sure to check back

Well in that case, everything is working swimmingly.
bjornk Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Enjoyed this mod up until the premature end. Good work though. Hope the next version's coming soon.
JahReit Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 The only way the mod can end, for this part anyway, is for you to accept the whore job. If you don't accept, you continue working as a tavern wench until the next update if you want.

Go out of the Inn and the quest ends after 3 seconds You can restart the quest on the next day

Go out of the Inn and the quest ends after 3 seconds You can restart the quest on the next day the only way to get the 3 seconds notice it to leave without ending your shift, receiving your money, and Hulda telling you to get some rest and come back tomorrow. And, as stated in previous posts; you can go about exploring or whatever you want and come back a week, month or whenever to continue your tavern work.
Nomenklacher Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 I've read too many threads to remember what i may or may not have read in this one so if has already been answered then my bad but are their any future plans for any kind of follower involvement? I've no good ideas i just like situations when i can get followers into trouble or involve them in ruling over varying kinds of deviancy.
I don't speak German, but I hope that was easier to read for you (Hopefully Google didn't lie to me.) What I attempted to say is summed up below. Thank you for the mod! I love this one and am always looking forward to updates. Putting in a small note or bit about the date will help people to know when your mod has been updated. It took me a bit of searching to find out there was a new version. Great mod, and I can't wait for more.
CGi Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Just stick to english. We can read it. After the release of version 0.10.2b the thread title was changed to display the mods version number (more convinient then a date imho).Makes following this mod easier, if you don't want to "Follow this topic".

Makes following this mod easier, if you don't want to "Follow this topic". Okay then. ^.^ You are certainly entitled to that belief, but in my own opinion, it's easier to keep up with dates than it is mod numbers. I can look at a date and think - that was yesterday or two days ago, I haven't downloaded this mod in at least a week, I need to update. Whereas if I look at a version number, I have to open the file location, locate the mod in a list, cross reference the mod I have with the mod that is available on site, and go from there. Which is highly tedious through repetitive checks. If version numbers are more convenient for the developers, then by all means, let what I have said go without thought. I still think some form of time stamp is easier to recognize. Even if it wound up being a mix. Ex. "Version 0.10.2b.15JAN14" ----- I also may be unfamiliar with the particulars of this board as it may operate differently than other IP.Board functions, but I was under the belief that the "Follow this Topic" option does not keep somebody informed of updates and changes to the original post, but rather whenever any user replies to this thread, thus making it no more or less useful than manually opening the thread myself and sifting through posts to check for update statuses.
