Installed the mod to get the new version, and I'm trying to add the bondage outfit to my character, but when I equip them. Nothing happen -I get them by the Mod Explorer mod-

No usual message describing the outfit and what it will do with the choice of putting it on or not.

Don't get the devices from the assets plugin, they don't have the scripts attached to do anything. they're just assets. 

Look for devices in the expansion plugin and test with those.

My every device works fine but when i use hobble dress or simple leg ropes it just slows down my character but does not bind their ankles together and anyone help me with this.

Thank you for this mod, looks very promising. I could not play much yet with it, but here are some wishes and suggestions:

 

Please consider adding a proper version of the Iron Yoke. It has been "bugged" since it appeared in DD. The problem is, that it is backwards, The center lock, the curved parts should be on the front, not on the back.

 

Another ancient bug in DD is that if your character wears a plug and start mining, you get a flavor message about the issues sitting down with the plugs.

 

A suggestion for a new restraint: Thigh bands for Chastity Belts. When the bands are connected, slow down movement speed. There are already similar functions and animations, even cuffs for the upper leg, so I assume it might not be too hard to make it.

Someone placed a ball gag on my game character. I don't know how to get it off. The person who put it on her just says he doesn't understand what she is saying. No one else seems to know either. Is there a key I can get a hold of? If so, where is it? Is there another way to get it off? Does anyone know or do I have to reload from a previous save and keep saving every few minutes in case it happens again? Thanks for any help.

Gags will equip on my orc female character and her mouth will open as if they are there, but they are not visible. This does not occur on my human characters. What is the fix for this, or is it coming in a later update?

If you have no other devious mods and don't want to cheat, you need to go to the Unseen University... no wait, that's in Ankh-Morpork. To the magic college in Winterhold, go to the library (Arcaneum) find the forbidden bookshelf and read the book "Devious Devices: Chastity Belts" - you will learn the recipe to forge keys (plus many more things which arer irrelevant for your problem). You'll need a restraints key, which needs an iron ingot to fabricate.

 

For talking to NPCs, you can adjust your chances in the MCM.

You need to install the BRRF patch, both on DD NG and the base DD, BRRF fixes these issues for Orcs, Khajiits, and Argonians, well, most of it, the new gear introduced by this mod like the Extreme Mask is not BRRF compatible.

Also don't forget to run Bodyslide and batch load everytime you install clothing/armor related mods like this one.

Speech impedement is a speak debuff you get when gagged, a feature of Devious Cursed Loot, you have a % chance of failing conversation, if you fail, wait a couple of seconds before trying again, you can adjust this chance in the MCM of the mod if you alright don't wanna deal with the failure.

I take issue with the fact that orks are considered beast race by BRRF. OrsiMER are certainly not one of them furries or worse yet, one of those walking leather shoes materials.

I am having some issues with Devious Devices. The furniture animations are not appearing or are getting filtered out entirely. Am I missing something or is this a known bug? I have already attempted to disable the overridden inside of zaz. Edit: I am starting the scenes with the home key that brings up the interaction menu.

I am trying to get the 'boxbinder (hidden arms)' from this mod to use the reverse-prayer model from Devious Devices Equip, but I cant figure out how to do it! I have tried messing around in xEdit armor addons to swap meshes etc, but then the whole body texture becomes shadowy/dissapears. The goal is to be able to wear another outfit together with the reverse-prayer boxbinder (which the 'hidden arms' variation allows) but the standard one unequips worn armors/clothes. If there is a way to stop the boxbinder from stripping the PC through changing item slots or something that would be great, but I can't seem to get that to work either.

Please let me know if you know a solution to this.

So does the Device Hider only work with Devious Devices now? I've been building a new setup for 1.6.1170 and when using Ayleid, Sharkish or Bimbos piercings I can't get the Hider to apply to them. Is there a option setting I'm missing? 

 

If it will only apply to Devious Devices going forward, does anyone know of a mod that works similarly to Device Hider. I like to use pierced nipples as part of gameplay but DD has too many drawbacks when playing a more vanilla playthrough.

Otherwise you will get message from SKSE "problem with DLL"(before game start). Same as Skyrim change build number.

What kind of drawbacks? It doesn't do much on its own. You're not getting tied up, there are no comments from NPCs and you can set the 'events' that periodically happen  to a bare minimum. As this is the SE side of things, you can even get positive undressed comments when you prefer to run around naked.

Hi Folks I have all the requirements and im running sexlab p+ with this

Any idea why my device hider section looks like its screaming for help.

 

all the other menus in the MCM are fine just the device hider section which is annoying as I need to check that this isnt causing an issue with another mod

I'm experiencing an issue where gag expressions aren't applying to my custom race follower. The custom race is based on the standard High Elf race, but for some reason, the mouth expressions aren't working as expected. However, if I forcefully change the follower's race using console commands, the gag expressions is applied and works fine.

Does anyone have any idea why the mouth expressions aren't triggering for my custom follower race? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit:, im using UD and Devious device headslide

Edit 2: Solved. putting a playable race flag to the custom race will make expressions work

I got the same 'CTD on attempting to load a save' that  mr wolf had, and I installed every requirement including the pap tweaks.

 

I start a new game, it works just fine. Everything runs smooth. But if I attempt to load a save, instant CTD every single time.

 

I have no clue what could be going on to cause this. Any help, or suggestions of possible remedies, would be appreciated.

Just a question, are more Beast Race edits planned for things like the red and white ebonite hoods and such?

 

 

EDIT: I just noticed that armbinders seem to keep the arms bound during animations now! I don't know if it's this mod but I assume it is. If so, thank you! Seeing the arms magically appear out of the armbinder during an animation in the past was weird
