hi guys, I am using unforgiving devices in conjunction with this mod and noticed that when I have a divice that ties my hands but is not an armbinder (like a straightjacket) that I see a semi transparent pair of hands floating in the armbinder position behind my body. Is this a known issue? Any way of getting rid of this? Many thanks!

Yes and no. It's a known bug (I complained two months ago when I first installed this on AE) and there seems to be no cure.

Has anyone else had issues with gags appearing in first person and blocking the view? I'm assuming this is an issue with Improved Camera, but so far none of the settings I've tweaked there have had any effect...

Pretty normal for a few seconds. Has been the case in LE and hasn't changed for AE.

Unrelated to any camera mod, that happens in vanilla Skyrim too. I mean... uhmmm... vanilla for kinky people, maybe not so vanilla for vanillas. *sigh*

Oh! Now that you mention it, I do recall that happening before too!

 

Now, however, it's constantly there in my face! Moving forwards hides it temporarily, but otherwise it obscures my vision at all times...

Hi everyone,

 

one more question: I am using the the 3ba body and noticed that the chastity belt meshes behave very strangely. They stretch weirdly and sometimes, then the female character spreads her legs it stretches to biblical proportions and looks like a giant wet diaper. I assume that has something to do with the 3BA body, maybe the dynamic vagina mesh but I have no idea if or how this can be fixed. Feedback would be much appreciated!

Nothing you did, and nothing to do with the body, it's how I weighted the meshes. CBBE SE does the same. You'd need to go into outfit studio and reweight them to not have the l/r thighs on the crotch to fix it, then rebuild the bodyslides. I think there might be a fix floating around on the NG discord somewhere.

It comes from racemenu. You'd expect overlays to be hidden when the hand/arm meshes are hidden, but they aren't. Instead, the overlays follow the pose even though the arms are hidden.

Thank you! Really appreciate the feedback, at least I can stop trying stupd things now 🙂. If you happen to find a bodyslide prebuild or some guidance on which sliders I have to change how- I would really appreciate it. Unforutnately, I am not a very experienced bodyslide users- but I can follow instructions 🙂.

Thanks again for the insights. So it sounds like other than uninstalling racemenu there is nothing that I can do to fix this? Otherwise the mod author would have to fix racemenu?

If you uninstall racemenu, you wouldn't have those overlays at all. A bit of a nuclear approach to a core mod that many things need. If you have hand tats, removing them would be simpler. DD NG also has a node hider that can help in it's ini, you can try enabling that. Though as CaptianJ03, that doesn't completely fix it for all scenarios. I doubt this issue is on expired's radar, so I doubt it will be fixed anytime soon.

You can google videos on converting outfits from one body to another (LE to SE, or UNP to CBBE/3BA) in outfit studio those will show you the basic skills/functions you need. SunJeong's are good from what I remember.

Hi there! I made a new setup for SE after a year of playing Fallout 4 and Tales of two wastelands and I'm checking out new mods. One of them is DD NG. For now I just need it as a dependencie for Paradise Halls, or better for the Devious devices add on of PAHe. And this is where the problems begin: This mod adds a dwarven armor and a dwarven pet suit along with a gag and a dwarven gagged helmet. It was made for DD 4.1, but it also worked on DD 5. My problem is, that the dwarven armor and the normal gag are not equipping correctly on the slaves, and the pet suit can only be equipped on two slaves. I don't have any other DD stuff in use, so I wonder why it is just 2. Since the author of PAHE CliftonJD has not been here for a long time, I need some help from people, who know how Devious devices work. The next question is, if there is a seperate BHUNP conversion for DD NG or if I can use the BHUNP files for DD 5.2. I also would like to modify some armors myself and need some help there, too.

If you've discord account you aren't too worried about, a lot of development talks take place on the discord server, might be easier to ask there - a number of people who are familiar with how it all works visit it 🙂

The old one should work for most things, aside from things that were changed in NG or new stuff - those are largely for the 3BA, as we don't have anyone who was using UNP, I believe.

 

Not out of principal or anything, just don't have the capacity to support additional models 🙂

I am also having this problem and can't for the life of me figure out what the cause is. Updating to the latest version and disabling the dd se patch fixed the other devices I was having issue with (yoke, ball gag) but this invisible armbinder persists. It's only the armbinder everything else is working perfectly.

I seem to have this issue when my character enters a sexlab scene while wearing a ballgag. Apparently Sexlab overides the gag facial expresssion and her mouth closes during the animation. There is no problem during regular gameplay however, the expressions behave how they should. Any ideas on how to fix this. thx

Should I disable Devious Devices SE patch.esp when installing last version of DD NG?

No it should be loaded before NG so that NG overwrites

Hello, is there a solution for the problem that plugs (Slot 48 I guess) getting invisible once wearing vanilla clothes (remodeled with BD remodeled armor for example)? Device hider is not a problem

I'm having some issues getting devices to appear on my character when equipped. There are a small number of devices that I have tested that do appear, such as the "Posture Collar (Leather)" and "Gag (Harness) (Ball)". However, most other gags and collars don't work, and I haven't gotten any rope harnesses, armbinders, or nipple piercings that I've tested to work. I have DD SE 5.2, DD NG 3.7.7, and tried disabling Devious Devices SE Patch.esp. DD NG is overwriting DD SE. I built all DD items in Bodyslide and have run Nemesis.

 

Any help troubleshooting this would be appreciated!

 

EDIT: My issue seems to be fixed now after I re-installed Sexlab from within the game. I guess it didn't properly initialize last time.

Is there any workaround for legs not being fully in the binders for pet suits with Mu Joint Fix installed?  I saw some discussion in the 5.2 thread from awhile back, but didn't see if there was any resolution.
