Like I said, you can remove the restriction on the dialogue that determines the sex of the NPC, but I'm not going to do that because some of the dialogue is gender specific and I don't have any intention to write gender neutral dialogue instead. Additionally, a lot of the scripts in this mod that select the appropriate SexLab animations do not account for a male NPC prostitute, and I'm not going to script that because it's not what a significant amount of users are interested in, and scripting it would also have a detrimental impact of the performance of the scripts.

I have a quick question. Recently, SkyrimII is making Dialog mod to make your whore behave as slave by dialog edit.

He said that, to make it possible, we need to change fraction of whore to slave.

 

He mentioned that either a patch to be added in TDF or change to mod.

If straight and lesbian are the only things the /MOD AUTHOR/ wants to support/add/code/write dialogue for, then that is how it will be.

 

If some people want gay dialogue and situations so bad they should make a mod for it themselves(Sexlab Male Prostitution?), im sure they're not the only ones wanting it, but the people that sink countless hours into making these mods are by no means whatsoever obligated to act on your every wish and desire, especially when its content They have no desire in implementing.

 

It's not 'discrimination', its not homophobic or anti-gay or any of that nonsense. They just have no desire to write the content in, much like I doubt lesbians and gays have much desire to write 'straight' content.

Well, it comes down to personal preferences.

For example: I am in no way homophobic, but I am not interested in gay porn.

 

If I could mod, I would mod stuff I am interested in seeing/watching equivalent to my preferences in porn.

It would be my free time spent in the mod, so I would make it to my liking.

 

That is all there is to it, no discriminating gays, no homophobia.

It's really quite simple, TDF is an artist, his mod is his art, he will create art the way he sees it and none other. Complaining that someone is "homophobic" ad nauseum, because he won't create his art the way you want will get you exactly nowhere, here or on any other modding site, simply because of the fact that modders are creating according to their vision, not yours.

In my mod Sextreme Loading screens (witch you better have already installed) there are many lesbian scenes. And there will be more to come. 

Me. I am straigh male. So naturaly I enjoy straight and lesbian sex/porn. So my 'experience'/'fantasies' are "limited" to straight and lesbian. Some time ago a gay asked me to make some gay scenes. By all means, I would love to make some. He is a fun making a request.

However, I have no fucking idea what a gay couple would find "arousing" as I have never been interested in it. 

 

In short. The lack of gay content both in this mod and all other sexlab mods, is not because of homophobia. It is because the majority (like 99%) of moders are straight. either male or female. 

They have never been interested in male-male gay content and do know what that content should be.

And yes, modders are artists, so it is like asking an artist to paint something he/she cannot picture in his mind.

A little work in the CK and you can "fix" the dialog to match and even flip the options so you aren't offering sex to the gals. A tweak or two might also be needed to control "who's on top" in the animations to match your positional preferences but again TDF has already done the heavy lifting so you'd really just have to tweak it a bit.

Are you planing to add an option to choose whether player or prostitutes strip or not? Some sex scenes force player to strip.

The striping part is handled by sexlab. You can change the options there to tweak wich parts are striped.

Thanks for honest answer.. I mostly agree with you, it's just suck to be a gay/bi gamer I guess, but if I would have choice I would rather be straight, but I just born this way, and nobody asked me who I want to be lol

@ssamsbji: I am not familiar with how the mod works, but I took a look at its support thread. skyrimll mentioned that becoming a slave could be progressive or immediate and I'm not sure which you want. If it's a simple matter of adding the prostitute to a faction while she is working for the player character, then the best way would be to add the faction to the Reference Aliases (for the prostitute) in the quests BB_PimpingQuest, BB_PimpingQuest2, and BB_PimpingQuest3. In any case, unless there is notable demand for it, I wouldn't personally make a patch for it, but I would be happy to help you make a patch for it (provided that you tell me exactly what it is that you want done and what skyrimll says has to be done to achieve that).

 

Now, to respond to the other issue that has been raised. As I looked over what's been said, here's what I thought: I didn't want to add in support for male NPC prostitution because of the way I have written the dialogue. While a lot of it is not strictly gender specific, the overall tone seems to suggest some amount of gender specificity. That being said, I have edited some of the scripts to add in support for male NPC prostitution because the good point was raised that male PC prostitution is also featured so this will add to the stylistic consistency of the mod (and also many people have suggested this feature long before the last few days). However, I am not going to add any new dialogue for this because of two reasons: 1) I'm not sure how to change the order of Topic Infos in Dialogue Topics and to delete a bunch of Infos to properly stack new ones is a task that I just don't have the organization and patience to do, and 2) it is not something that I am very interested in and, from my experiencing working on this, when I'm not particularly excited to add something, it takes me a long time to get through it and I don't really get any thrill from finishing it (which is why I like to mod).

 

Alright, so some considerations have to be made with this new feature (when I release the next update which should be soon-ish). As mentioned above, the dialogue will be the same, and SexLab does not have any threeway animations specifically designed for MMM so that might end up looking odd. (Incidentally, the only fourway animation is deigned for MMMM/MMMF.)

 

I'm going to take some time to write individually to some of the comments that were written:

@LukeDuke: azmodan22 expressed my thoughts on the matter quite well. However, since the request had been brought up a few times before now, I felt that there was significant demand for male NPC prostitution and it wasn't particularly difficult to add on my part. Also, to be fair, my mod's dialogue for the NPC prostitution part is aimed to create heterosexual scenarios (I felt the dialogue however could be adapted to fit lesbian scenarios as well).

 

@Slammer64: I think of myself more as an engineer. I fiddle around with stuff and try to make sure that what I make doesn't collapse in on itself or break something else!

 

Now, what's going to be in the next update (v2.2.5.1):

- This is going to actually go on the mod page, so it's going to build off of the features that were added in v2.2.0.0:

--- City prostitutes can now be assigned to work in the Jarl's keep (if they have at least 25 experience). They will make more money and can also act as a means to clear your bounty

--- Added in an MCM option to allow guard interactions. Propositioning guards is a crime (it works sometimes though), and guards will react to NPC prostitution activities if they see it.

- Added support for male NPC prostitution.

- Added in new scenes for guard interactions when to complete reactions to NPC prostitution activities (prostitute training and player-hired prostitutes).

- Added new dialogue for guard interactions with the player's prostitution activities.

- Note that the threeway scenarios are completely unaffected by guard interactions because I had intended these to be public scenes, so adding in guard interactions would clash with this intent.

One thing that came to mind. What if someone else just created the gay prositution dialogue and sent it to you for implementation? I.E. off-load the creative aspect of it to someone whos enthused to do it. Kinda how Fenoxo does quite a few things for his CoC/TiTS games; has other people create the dialogue for fetishes he doesn't care much for and just quickly codes it in when they deliver it to him in a nice little pre-done package.

 

Just a thought for a potential way to please 'everyone' with the least bit of effort on your end.

I know I need to update this mod. I think I currently on version 1.7.5. I've recently jumped back into skyrim and was wondering if my male character can train a prostitute? I thought before I had that option. Right now the only options I get are to train alone and with another npc. Thanks.

Are you by chance planning any deeper quests for this mod or will you stay to the basic prostitution and pimping?
Wouldn't it be great if there was a client-count (experience or whatever) triggered courier giving you mail from a fan or even a jarl or other important person, who want to book your services for a whole evening instead of only one act? 
Or how about a prostiute number triggered event, so that you can send like two or three of your employees to do an orgy with higher ups for a lot of cash?

@lordblak360: The player character, regardless of sex, should be able to train prostitutes. In fact, there are only two dialogue conditions on that dialogue option itself (that the player character is not dancing and that the player character is not currently involved in a SexLab animation). However, for whatever reason, sometimes the option does not appear (and similarly sometimes other dialogue options from this mod do not appear when they should). It could be one of three reasons: 1) scripts from my mod that should have run already have somehow failed to execute their code properly, 2) same goes for SexLab, 3) the game isn't reassessing dialogue conditions fast enough. Still, a save-reload procedure generally works in my experience.

 

@Hal3023: That's an idea I've been thinking about for a while and I think I will put something to that effect in the mod in the future.
