Arousal depends completly on SL aroused, has nothing to do with DD. There is a mod somewhere to adjust arousal after orgasm, but it was made for older versions of SLAR, not sure if it still works.

Afaik none of both. I think in theory all still should work, if that's true in praxis... i'd recommend you start a new game for testing purposes only, put in all the mods you'd like to test (or maybe not all at once, depends on how much, andnot much else to prevent trouble due to scriptlag etc), try the items via AddItemMenu and see if they work. What's probably most vulnerable are mods that require you to wear certain devices to progress in quests, but by no means i want to say those wouldn't work in general. When you're done with testing, set up the load order you actually want, start a new game again.

Based on what Kimy and Princessity said during the beta testing, I'd say mods that simply make use of the DDi/x library of devices should generally work fine, whereas mods that have their own custom devices might cause issues. Also, mods that do stuff with wrist restraints might need to be updated. However, of the current DD mods with a big library of custom devices, Cursed Loot and Shout Like a Virgin have already updated to DD4. For Captured Dreams, Veladarius has posted that the custom quest devices are likely going to work okay(ish?) -- so as I see it: probably nothing serious to worry about.

I'm at my wits end, I have a problem with armbinders I just cannot figure out and haven't played the game in 3 months because it is so immersion breaking.

 

When in an armbinder and at idle the arms (with missing hands) do not go into the armbinder but just play the idle anim. All other anims play correct (walking any direction, running any direction, crouching) the arms go to the correct position but fall back out at idle. it started with the development build, I switch to the old version, same thing. I disabled all idle anims, no luck, it does it with the default idle as well. I rebuilt my body in bodyslide,  yes the arm fix is checked in FNIS, lowered all three DD mods to bottom of mod list, Disabled just about every sexlab mod I had, nothing has worked. I've deleted all my saves , start new game , put armbinder on, still same thing. I've searched for others with this problem and no one has it, so it's just me and something I've done but damn if I can find out what. My last resort is to wipe skyrim . Please Does anyone have an Idea of what could be causing this?

This is just a wild guess, but have you already tried clearing out your meshes folder (in Data, MO, MO-Override, ...?) of any old FNIS exported files? Maybe there's some old ones left in there from long ago that somehow clash with the new FNIS exports?

Hi

 

I tried to install all the new DD mods from the directions and after install I got the crash after loading or starting a new game so I was stuck between step 3 and 4 on the front page. I rechecked all the requirements(ran all the early versions fine for years), ran TSedit incase of missing masters, and FNis checks with no errors. So I manually dug into the files to see if I could figure out whats happening and narrowed it down to whenever I run Fnis with the DD2 file animations/behavior it reports no errors but I am unable to start or load a game. I can load everything else including all the other DD mods. Even tried disabling most of my mods. I am kind of baffled why it would crash this way as I figure it would crash or fail the animations when they happened. I thought maybe I hit some kind of animation limit but I tested and installed another animation mod that had more than this one and loaded fine. So my question is what do these DD2 animations do or involve as they look like renamed versions on the ones in the other DD file so I can see if some other animation mod is screwing it up that I have.

NMM is unable to install this mod... it hangs for long and then says its unable to install it after the screen with animation selection

 

Edit: tried again it succeeded apparently but took ages :frown: and 4 tries (i have a new gaming pc so no HW problems on my side)

I suggest you to switch to Mod Organizer, for the advanced features it provides.

After upgraded to this version 4. the struggle animation for strait jacket and breast yoke are working.

However, the armbinder struggle animation is just standing on the spot doing nothing but there is dialogue that reveal player unable to get out of the armbinder.

 

And also though the changed are all devices are "hardcore effect", I am still able to open item, map, skill and magic.

 

is this because I overwrite old version instead of removing it?

Possibly, did you make sure to throw away any devices you had and spawn new ones?

Also devices no longer block menus, they just stop equipping things.

Did you update both DDi and DDx? And are you running SLIF or anything else that overwrites dd?

Rant warning!

I am pretty pissed and seriously thinking of reverting back to the previous DDe DDx DCL.

The removal of the fine-tuning of escape mechanisms is throwing a wrench in the normal flow of my gameplay.

 

testrun

I set the removal difficulty to vanilla [easiest], hit the DCL button "tie me up" and tried to escape. Result: character died of starvation, couldn't even remove the armbinder.

same setting :result, locks broken on blindfold, gag, and gloves, Character died from the wildlife (weakened from the lack of food and unable to imbibe a healing potion).

 

So now the only option to escape is to nuke with the "untie me" option in the mcm??? 

Really?

Shouldn't be the framework as configurable as I want?

Since you're using MO, you should check if any of your mods overwrite any of the DD scripts.

I started a game and configured everything with DDx, Dcur and other hundreds mods....

After configuring everything i noticed i forgot to update DDi..... 

 

I installed DDi and everything seems working.

Do you suggest restarting and reconfigure everything (takes hours :frown: ) or since i just started and didn t do anything except configuring i can just install DDi new version and start?

I would strongly suggest restarting (Starting a new game I mean. You don't need to reinstall all your mods), before discovering something's broken 20 hours down the line

No it doesn't,

Been using NMM for Fallout 4 and MO for Skyrim.

 

And I can in all complete seriousness say, "No your wrong."

There doesn't need to be anymore said beyond that.

I'm getting lots and lots and lots of Crashes. Always while approaching the Windhelm docks from the north. I tried removing the straitjacket and chastity belt beforehand, i tried deactivating my clothing mods, my overhaul mod, Extra Pocket, Devious Cursed Loot. It still happens at almost the same spot every time, as i approach the docks. It has to be either DDi 4.0, DDx 4.0, XPMSE 3.94, or ZAP 7.0.
