The whole pack is for UNPB and the shoemeshes contain a modified Feet mesh.  Thus the open shoes do not work with the normal UNP Textures.......

The first one wasn't in SG but I did manage to find it in Skyrim Hair packs of TES IV Oblivion for Female Only. #127 from the screenshot.
