the face absolutely fairskin texture, and the body too ( those beauty mark on cest ) but the headmesh, lookslike it was ECE standard with some vertext edit all i can say

 

Yeah, that's the thing.  The edit is amazing.  I guess I just wish that specific face existed on a follower or something.

That's not the Dwemer Goggles mod, I have that mod somewhere which has that goggle, I just can't remember the name of it ^^ I will try to find it.

Looks kinda like the one from the "Sexy Vanilla Armor for UNP and 7B" mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34160/?), but that one doesn't have the skirt/loincloth that this one does:

The armor is a mix of the Dragonscale and Daedric Chainmail armors for UNPB/Sevenbase (you can find each version here and here respectively), but it seems they used nifscope or some other software to "carve up" the armors into modular pieces.

This mod is made for CBBEv3M body but that should be irrelevant since the bits you want (i.e. pauldrons and neck item) do not occupy the body slot. Therefore, can be used with any body.

Anybody know exactly what this guy used to make his character look like this? Oily skin (I know its a configuration), Hair, Face/race, body/skin? I can't get anything of mine to look anywhere close to this. My characters skin always looks so rough.

Well ENB matters a lot more than like anything else if you ask me ^^ Check out the latest Fair Skin tho, and this for oily skin.

That screenshot is from the UNP TERA Armors Collection so I'd assume the body is UNP with max weight

As for the race, you can make any race look like that with ECE/RaceMenu, including the ears. Hell, most of my nord toons look like that.
