Looks like it might be the Asian Doll Face (only link I could find Mediafire) google it to see pics and RaceMenu or ECE edited. The body is indeed UNP, Texture not sure... Now I'm off to hunt those awesome looking helmet/goggle/backpack thing. Googling the dollface I found it might be a Field Mage variant.

It was a variation on the Elin race, that gave them bigger breasts basically. More of an adult version of them. But when the new rules took effect, it was removed I think. You can always ask PsychoMachina about it. I believe it was their mod.
