The hood looks like the one from Hunting Grounds, the cloaks is from Cloaks of Skyrim. The backpack could be from any the many backpack mods on Nexus, or even Wet and Cold. Not sure on that one. You could always ask Athenaa, as that is their character though. The Rifle might be from Dwarven Rifle 2nd Generation.

Then, Type: player.additem <id> 1 for each item you want to add. The <id> part is the number next to the item in parentheses. For example: player.additem 57000d6a 1 according to that picture. The first two numbers will be different depending on your load order. The number on the end (the 1), is the quantity. So if you wanted 10 of them, you'd put a 10 at the end.
