Has anyone been able to fix the problem where the NPCs don't follow you?

Edit: Anyway, I just realized that the mod is known as 'SLAP Redux'... and that there's a superior version (3.40) where they try to fix these bugs. On the other hand, the 'aroused' mod, which is supposedly for LE, actually redirects you to a download link for the SSE version. I had to download SLAX instead.

Anyone knows if there is a way to reset the NPC personality?

For the life of me I can't get this to work now... I used to have a modlist where this worked and all the approaches were working and everything, but then I recreated my modlist from scratch and now this mod doesn't work anymore. No one is approaching, even when setting all the looks values to 100 and 120, putting 10 seconds for activation time, setting 2.0x chance of encounter, etc. I even have this mod loaded dead last in my load order, meaning literally nothing is overwriting this mod's plugin changes. Anyone else have the same problem? How do I fix it?

Managed to get it running somehow! What I did was:

Uninstalled "Chatty NPCs and Followers"

Uninstalled "Collision Dialogue Overhaul"

Uninstalled "Considerate Followers"

Uninstalled "Heart-to-Heart"

Uninstalled "Naked Comments Overhaul"

Uninstalled "Dynamic Timescale - Remade" (because I've heard that modified timescales could lead to broken behavior)

Basically any mods that might edit NPCs behavior and make them more interactive, just uninstall for safety. Not necessarily sure which one of those mods are necessary to be uninstalled, but I'm not in the mood for further trial and error.

 

Load order:

SLAP

BaboDialogue

SLHH

 

Set morality to 4 in settings (highest setting)

I have the latest version of everything (SLAP 3.4, BaboDialogue 5.81, and SLHH 3.82)

I am running the trifecta of SL Approach, SLHH and Babo Dialogue.  Everything seems to be working okay except for one encounter.  What happens is my character is grabbed from behind and the following (see image) occurs where a bar is placed across the bottom but I cannot get any response out of my controls.

 

Can anyone tell me which of the mods this encounter is from?

I've found that no matter how I set it up, or whether or not I've had rude conversations, my relationship with NPCs never gets bad, and it's always been nice to me, as has been since version 3.0

this is probably caused by outdated motion data pack,do you have 1.60 version?

Seems too, though I'm testing a bunch of mods since I just updated to 1.6.1170.  I'm pretty sure the PC has been pestered a bunch already as a result of Approach.

I'm currently running the latest version of this along with SLHH and Babo dialog and for the life of me I can't get any thing from SLAP or SLHH to trigger. Ive started new games, reset everything in the mcm and nothing has fixed it. I'll post my load order if anyone has an idea that could help I'd massively appreciate it.

i have the same issue but from what i heard here any mod that changes the npc's dialogue or their behavior may cause problems with slap

I'm having the same problem. Tried every setting combination imaginable and no luck. Used to work in the past. Maybe something is interfering but tbh Baka mods, while amazing, have always been bugged to hell. If anyone stumbles across a solution please let me know.
