I get you, but if a fix never comes, that's your answer. Or EasyNPC, which still requires a new game.

The Robe is inside in a chest located in "Dragon Bridge Overlook". This is south from the "Dragon Bridge" on a hill.

I had the same problem and the Clairvoyance spell led me to it.

Is there any way to remove Dibella's effects after the quest?
I did it and now if I stand still for a while someone comes to have sex
Even without the crown it still happens.
I've already tried to remove everything related to Dibella and it didn't work.

This mod is very fun to play, unfortunately the temple of Dibella fucks up my followers' pathing eternally. I finished the quests and had to reload to an earlier save before I started it and uninstalled to avoid the bug.

You can add any keyword you want vie SEedit of course. Which you have to use for about 90% of mod added clothing anywho, as the patches do not exist for soooo many.
Just hop in, and add what your after.
Worse case.. you add the wrong one. 
Like always.. dont use a save you really care about to test.

I tried to find it via AddItemMenu but i could not find it at all. Is there any way to get such an item outside of the quests?

Can anyone tell me a way to stop npcs from greeting me as if I am sister of dibella eventhough I haven't even started the quest. Its getting annoying when everytime you talk to npcs, instead of replying with their normal dialogue they replied with the same dibelle related stuff.

Hello! At some members of Dibella's Sisterhood i can buy a Cure Sex Addiction potion. Problem is, it is extremely(!) much too expensive, expecially considering in my modlist's economy.

 

Can you please tell my what i could do to influence the price?

While I'd be curious about ingame modifiers, I am mostly looking at mod data adjustments, please.

 

Notes: 

I saw in SSEEdit that this potion could be an item from SL Eager NPCs, not 100% sure though, it's just the only entry i found. Strange thing is though, there it has a base value of 141. The price i get it sold for is far above 1000, so i assume there must be something else in between the base value and the Sister selling it. That is why i am looking at the Dibella Sisters mods - if this here is not the right one that makes them purchasable, then please advise me where to go...

Haelga's in her Bunkhouse (first building to the right when you enter Riften), not Mara's Temple
