Maybe you have another mod that is undoing some of the changes.

Try to keep Sisterhood mods at the end of your load order.

Oh yeah forgot to mention the sexmod u see in the vortex list is just the rar file name it's the sexlab framework the main mod that supports all the others also i did get a message saying the sexlab dialogs is for legendary edition even I'm positive I downloaded the special edition one on here so the mod poster must've accidentally injected the le files and named it se idk.
