Parts of it, maybe?  CBBE doesn't have genital bones, so you won't see those open without FG.  Gravitational effects are built for FG.  Strap-on bodyslide is only made for FG.  Honestly if any portion of the alignment works for CBBE it's basically an accident.

I have manually sorted the priorities along the Fucking Manuals instructions.

If you had some previous version of this mod working, you shouldn't need to do any additional sorting.

Yes, I have Screen Archer Menu installed above AAF. Sorry, I cut that out from the previous list.

Frankly, I'm not sure my order is correct in any way. It works for me, not necessarily for others. If AAF stopped working after installing my mod you might have some incompatible mod there that I'm not aware of. Do you have something else installed that does something to Leito or Atomic Lust animations? Was updating my mod the only change you did?

This mod breaks AAF for me when I install it. Before this mod I can access AAF menu with Home key and all the options show up, after installing this mod I press Home key, then try to create new scene and nothing happens. I just see a couple dots circling around the AAF logo but nothing happens, nothing loads. I have to uninstall this mod to get everything working again. I installed everything that was required for this to work. What am I doing wrong?

Did you have AAF and SAM working before installing this? Are you loading this mod after AAF stuff? Have you checked the order recommendations from the manual? Also check my arrangements from few posts up. I'm not sure if SAM and SAMFormer should load after or before AAF mods. Someone said that they should load after AAF. I have tried both and didn't see any difference.

Does this yield something different than just adding isHidden="true" after each position id separately as I did in earlier versions?

How about making an "empty" positiondata.xml file that has the same name as the original animation mod, but has no content about positions.
