PubliusNV Posted January 18 Posted January 18 After finishing setting up my load order, I started a game and found that 6 women in Whiterun were bald and/or had blackface. After researching problems with OBody (which had been accused of causing such problems), I tried adding some exclusions to the OBody configuration file and changing a setting in SKSE64.ini, all with no effect. Â Then I tried disabling IMMORTAN and all its various patches, and the problem went away. While IMMORTAN was updated fairly recently, the pinned post on its Nexus page says it is complete and the author does not plan on working on it anymore. While I like some of what IMMORTAN did, I found the bald/blackface women extremely annoying, so it's out of my LO for now.
Aiko001 Posted January 18 Posted January 18 (edited) in case someone else has huge performance issues near npcs it's the ube skin texture:Â https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/90581 it's uncompressed and basically the size of what an optimized 8k texture would be. Â running your texture choice after the fomod installer through cathedral asset optimizer will fix that (reduces it down to 22mb which is what all other bodymods (including the original) have for textures of that resolution. The issue arises because NPC headparts from the Immoran mod get overwritten, creating conflicts. You either need to move Immoran lower in your load order or create a patch. I chose to make a patch and am adding all affected characters with black/bald heads into it.
Ishimura_95 Posted January 20 Posted January 20 I've been having blackface issues with npcs replaced by immortan. While I've been able to make a patch in xEdit for most of them, there are a few npcs [senna, haelga, lisbet, hamal, orla, anwen(?)] that seem to have blackface issues stemming from the Texture and Mesh Patch included with this guide. I'm still pretty new to skyrim modding, so I'm not sure how to go about fixing that or if I even really need that patch. Any help would be appreciated.
PubliusNV Posted January 20 Posted January 20 There may be some problems with PBR and other mods in the list.  Example 1: the chickens running around had invisible parts that let me see right through them. After unchecking the Chicken PBR and Roosters PBR mods and rerunning PGPatcher, they appeared normal.  Example 2: The Khajiit in the caravans were missing part or all of their faces or heads. I checked for conflicts with the Project ja-Kha'jay mod, and found a bunch of face nifs that were being overlaid by PBR Output. After deleting them from the PBR Output, the Khajiit looked normal again. 1
nothingtoseerandom123 Posted January 22 Posted January 22 i've tried making this modlist but i'm confused since i'm quite new to modding. I have all the mods installed, am i supposed to run bodyslide and build/batch build at some point? it's not mentionned in the guide and if so which preset to use ? do i build a mod from overwrite after? ty for the helpÂ

There are predone files: Quote Predone Zeroed Bodyslides - Vanilla Armors Predone Zeroed Bodyslides - Added Armors There's no need to rerun Bodyslides... _________________________________________________________  Spoiler   Still alive. But I have to take everything very slow (had physio today and my arm hurts like hell). _________________________________________________________  Regarding the faces: you have to make sure that the files for the NPC are in the same order they are listed. Otherwise they will overwrite each other and won't look right.  The witch for example has to be below the Goblins (the Goblin follower changes her) otherwise there will be errors.  MO2 got some form of LOOT integrated and this can cause issues. Sadly there's nothing I can do about that.  GLAM Angi (Body issues) The Wolven Widow - Elisif Overhaul (LO problematic) < Thats the one I was working on last. Edited January 23 by Aylis 4

It could be because I did something wrong, but I found that I had to build the zeroed slider HIMBO body (just the body, not the morphs) or else nude males would have jagged triangles around their shoulders. Looked terrible.
nothingtoseerandom123 Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Thanks !  One more thing, any idea why when i enable BakaFactory ABC the creatures are frozen ? When i disable it, creatures works fine, and animations with SexLab works fine (no penis tho) heres a screenshot  Hope you get better quick !Â

One other thought that I should have mentioned last night - if you've installed any mods not on the list that contain outfits (such as Devious Devices) then you'd need to run Bodyslide to batch build them.

PubliusNV Posted January 23 Posted January 23 In my latest start, Jon Battleborn is walking around Whiterun naked. I've tried using OBody on him to change his body, but that doesn't make him get dressed. Does anyone know of a way to make an NPC put on their clothes? Thanks.

Thanks.  A body replacer only replaces naked bodies. It may be a number of things so lets look.  Are the clothes in his inventory? If you're using a clothing replacer did you run bodyslide for Iron armor? They contain a body on the armor. Do you have mods which undress like a bath mod? Are you using skypatcher or Spid to replace outfits?  His base game default outfit is ArmorIronNoHelmetOutfit [OTFT:00017F21] Edited January 23 by eflat01

His clothes are in his inventory. 2. Yes, I ran bodyslide, although as you know from a few posts above, this mod list includes pre-done bodyslide files. 3. I have Mini SSE Needs installed, which does undress for baths, but for the player character, and only the player character. 4. Yes, as you recall from being familiar with the mods in this mod list.  Apparently something is stripping him, then dressing him, and then stripping him again across save/reloads.

I would remove the pandora folder just to see if that fixes anything.  I had a similar problem that I couldn't figure out until I noticed that somehow Mod organizer or I changed what folder it was outputting my pandora files into. Is it just animals that are frozen? NPC's aren't stuck in a T pose?
