BoS calls the M2F functiin of YPS, so @jib_buttkisswould have to write all of that in order to get rid of YPS. A much quicker and easier solution is that you use the console to 'disable' the YPS stuff. 1

Like Wut1969 said, no, the genderbend is handled entirely by YPS, I just trigger it. ...there was another another genderbending mod someone was working on that was more lightweight. I'm pretty sure I remember commenting on it and the author saying they planned to add interfacing events, but now I can't find it (and I forgot to note it down!). When you run FNIS, you should see the different animations being processed. Also, it's better not to change your modlist during your playthrough, it will mess things up.

Went there from an earlier save and went through the stages with no issues. Tried the save I was using before and Crash Fixes finally gave me some errors but they are from standard armors (Crash Fixes fixed some of my physics issues but caused others). Finally found the log for Crash Fixes (not where it should be) so I have a few things to try. Whoever has the armor on is nearby, I was able to get to Mara's shrine by coming from the Lords Stone / Mehrunes Dagon's shrines but had a narrow area I had to stay in along the mountain top. 1

I should probably take this opportunity to plug the patch I made for BOS and Swap Timer, because I also wanted a lighter alternative to YPS even though I still personally keep it around for the hair and makeup functionality. Swap Timer adds a curse to the player (currently either through a ring or proximity to a hagraven, though the modder is planning a more involved quest) that causes them to temporarily but repeatedly get genderbent. It's decently configurable, and as far as I know, it's unique in that it's the only mod that doesn't make the transformation permanent. My patch checks if BOS is loaded and, if and only if the player already has the Swap Timer curse already active, it then checks whether the player is slutmarked or has the "Gone Too Far" spell from going over 100 corruption, and if either of those are true it swaps the player if they aren't already TF'd, and then locks the player in their swapped form until those statuses go away. Since "Gone Too Far" can't be removed it's basically the same as getting swapped by YPS. I also have checks for Devious Devices and Soul Gem Oven 4 IF but neither are required since it's all handled in scripts. You do have to activate Swap Timer's curse beforehand for this to work, so be aware of that if it doesn't fit your game. Fair warning, I am not a programmer at all and I can't guarantee that it won't blow up your game, or that there wasn't a better way to code it that I didn't know about, but I'm over 200 hours on my save and haven't had any problems with it. Pandora works fine on AE, and is a lot better than FNIS while taking only a couple of seconds to run instead of several minutes while maintaining full backward compatibility. There's also the fact that most patches that would've required FNIS are now being release for Pandora, though you still occasionally see a nemesis patch. You'll never see another FNIS patch since Fore is done.

Swap Timer only starts if you activate it in MCM, put on a ring you can buy for 1 gold from Lucan Valerius, or get close enough to a hagraven (toggleable in MCM), and I didn't do anything to change that. My patch does nothing if the Swap Timer curse isn't already activated. Until then, nothing will happen to a male character as long as you haven't activated BoS's YPS swap option. I should've made that clearer, I'll edit my post. I also just updated the patch because I realized there was a problem with how I was checking for the slutmark. 1

Only thing I could see, it is a full slot plugin (I esl'ified it for my game), you sure that's not bringing you over the 255 full slot plugins threeshold? Your Mod Manager should warn you about that, but one can miss that warning.
jackinthebox2 Posted April 14 Posted April 14 i did try to esl flag it but sse edit told me one of the items wasn't happy with the attempt so my dumb ass gave up this is the version im using now which i made with the latest version of BOS i bumped the arousal increase per message and made the corruption effect apply to npcs as well by piggybacking on the same script the slut items use HOWEVER this overrides one of the base mod scripts which is fine right now as far as i can tell but if that script gets updated this version wont work which is why i wasn't posting it BOS Corrupted Item 0.2.zip
deviish Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Hiii i've been trying this mod for some time and a would like to give some output on my user experience! First thing first the mod works flawlessly, i've had literally almost 0 bugs as of now, only followers not forcefeeding tonics near dungeons which i fixed by doing it manually, so gj author! Secondly i would like share my opinion on your vision of the mod when faced with skyrim as a game to highlight some conflicts that may arise, (at least in how i try approach it with my load order). I play with the classics defeat/slavery mods with also a setup based around devious devices that enhance your predicament if you find yourself in bondage, and bimbos of skyrim here plays the role of an enhanced predicament if you fall to the curse (which it did). Now i made it so that you need followers to make you drink the tonics, idea being that through something like devious followers/submissive lola you end up being temporarely turned back when your warrior skills are needed instead of being a fucktoy for the follower to keep around and from there try to find a way to keep your old self together to continue your dragonborn quest (i also made it a 50/50 chance to retrigger trough sex, just to keep things more thrilling). Now i feel like there's need of more options to jump back and forth, maybe a sex overload that supress the curse or finding bimbo tonics in crates, or having an insurance plan with the dude in windhelm, like you pay a 1000 septims per week to have him periodicaly check on you, or a friendly npc... Right now my bimbofied dragonborn has thrown away all her tonics because they smelled bad and she's like, totally fucked ahah! She's also has been captured by some bandits and now she's a very willing sex slave in the dark arena! She's basically a complete failed hero whose is nothing more than a side attraction for some thughs in riften's sewers! And as hot that is and the blast that i'm having i will inevitably roleplay a devious follower buyout and a "miracolous" 1/1000 chance where i find a tonic in a crate or i'm tricked by a court wizard into drinking it, because i find it way hotter to have my character going into crazy loops to mitigate the consequences of a world that wants to use and abuse every hole of yours. for me and the constant rises and falls are really what sexlab skyrim is about. On this note i was thinking of a game option where after you're bimbofied you have a set number of times until the tonics stop working, or a mode where you willingly pledge youself to the curse after being in the bimbo state for too much time where the numbers reset after a while if you can hold on but still with the lingering threat of not going back for real if you end up in a bad set of unfortunate circumstances.... I mean i'm not pretending here, the modularity you offer and the addons other users are contributing are amazing, i really do want to try to learn papyrus but i just can't get down to finally do it, i want to take the framework you built and make a modular mod to customize the bimbofication process, and add all kinds of crazy options on how the curse is handled, for example i always thought of having you cursed the moment you become a dragonborn and having to rush against time to kill alduin to dispel it and add all kinds of intrusive behavious between the curse stages and other corrupting modifiers having custom dream sequences, enemy spells that trap you in a dimension filled with hung daedras AAARGH!! IDEAS IDEAS i'm losing my mind in the wrong way!!!! DAMMIT!!!! 3

I've tried to add the mod, but when doing so, my Skyrim crashed at the title screen (after the black bethesda screen). I uninstalled the mod and Skyrim works fine. Jackinthebox2's mod requires SPID so there's no way it could be LE only as Spid doesn't work on LE. I think there might be a sort of crude SPid for LE mod that doesn't quite do everything Spid does but I don't play SE so I don't know what functionality it might be missing and I can't remember where to find the LE spid mod since I never downloaded it. I'd need to go look for it but, from what I remember, it's a similar functionality but Spid mods for SE wouldn't be backwards compatible with it. If it even exists at all.

Obviously, you could argue that Anaita, being blonde, has forgotten that my PC returned the note, so feel free to ignore this bug report.

Now i feel like there's need of more options to jump back and forth, maybe a sex overload that supress the curse or finding bimbo tonics in crates, or having an insurance plan with the dude in windhelm, like you pay a 1000 septims per week to have him periodicaly check on you, or a friendly npc... Right now my bimbofied dragonborn has thrown away all her tonics because they smelled bad and she's like, totally fucked ahah! She's also has been captured by some bandits and now she's a very willing sex slave in the dark arena! She's basically a complete failed hero whose is nothing more than a side attraction for some thughs in riften's sewers! And as hot that is and the blast that i'm having i will inevitably roleplay a devious follower buyout and a "miracolous" 1/1000 chance where i find a tonic in a crate or i'm tricked by a court wizard into drinking it, because i find it way hotter to have my character going into crazy loops to mitigate the consequences of a world that wants to use and abuse every hole of yours. for me and the constant rises and falls are really what sexlab skyrim is about. On this note i was thinking of a game option where after you're bimbofied you have a set number of times until the tonics stop working, or a mode where you willingly pledge youself to the curse after being in the bimbo state for too much time where the numbers reset after a while if you can hold on but still with the lingering threat of not going back for real if you end up in a bad set of unfortunate circumstances.... I mean i'm not pretending here, the modularity you offer and the addons other users are contributing are amazing, i really do want to try to learn papyrus but i just can't get down to finally do it, i want to take the framework you built and make a modular mod to customize the bimbofication process, and add all kinds of crazy options on how the curse is handled, for example i always thought of having you cursed the moment you become a dragonborn and having to rush against time to kill alduin to dispel it and add all kinds of intrusive behavious between the curse stages and other corrupting modifiers having custom dream sequences, enemy spells that trap you in a dimension filled with hung daedras AAARGH!! IDEAS IDEAS i'm losing my mind in the wrong way!!!! DAMMIT!!!! Hey! Well, @Abaddon666 does seem to have a solution where he can lock the gender using Swaptimer when it's activated. Maybe you could take 100% control? Lock the PC into male when the game starts, and into female when corruption reaches a certain corruption threshold. Maybe even swap a bit during a couple of days when getting close to the threshold. It could still be a maybe.

You can set the level you start the quest at in the MCM. Then you should get a courier who gives you a letter to go to Markarth, and after doing that you start the hypno events.
