I saw the messages a few pages back, here, about Piper and Mayor possibly not working, so I rushed to the DC after finishing the mod. They are not at the gate, but Piper is at her office, asking for interview, and the Mayor is at his, he only says generic stuff about being busy. Is this how it's meant to be? Just wanted to make sure if I should start a new save.

Side question, may I ask if Bimbo mode walking animations are available elsewhere? I didn't know I needed them until I saw them in game!

JB, could you tell me what's the code for the manacles(shackles) & earrings that the PC wears?

 

Wanted to remove those, but it doesn't seem to pop up when I type in player.showinventory.

Everything is correct. It is not possible to use the classic Piper/Sullivan/Mayor scene due to how the game is structured. Words more, words less, in CS we are accessing Diamond City when we shouldn't be doing so yet.

I switched the models for collar and shackles to look a bit more 'raiderish & Wastelandish'.

 

Replace the ESP file for 'Real Handcuffs-Lite (Not the standard version)',

and it will change the model of the Throbbing Robco Shock Collar Mk. III to the one as seen above. 

I did this for personal use, but thought it would be okay to share.

 

All credits goes to the respective authors: 

DixiePig : Not-at-all-kinky Slave Collar and Manacles (You first need to download this mod. You don't need to activate it's ESP)

Hi @JB. are you implying that there is a time delay between the time the lethal function activates and it actually triggers? I haven't played 1.08 yet but my experience with ealrier versions is that the time between notification and it triggering is about 1 second .. which pretty much doesn't allow you to anything .. that's the issue I experienced with Snoopy and why I thought just keep doing shocking (which should drain health) might have been better. 

 

if there is a delay .. allowing you time to get back to your master then haven't experienced it .. i never noticed it in versions  < 1.08 ..

I have another issue, Sorry, When Lindstrom is sending PC to see Jared for the Truce quest, he says "I left some clothes in your room" I accessed the suitcase, and everything worked except the Easy Girl micro leather hot pants.                                                 See Photo

I even switched the cheat to use the bench and made a second pair, they were also invisible.

I remembered your post about the patch in the Fo-Mod, so I double checked that I had applied it, it was checked, and still invisible.

The second Pic

I had to do the opening scene with Gristle and Murphy 3 times as the first two times Murphy is on the floor and no animations would run with him in that position.

The whipping scene with Murphy before PC has to do the walk to Corvega was stopping, but I switched from third person to first person, which made the PC stand up, and the whipping would start again. 

Scene then progressed, did that 2-3 times (switching views)

yes, that does work as per your video. But didn't with Snoopy (v1.07) I had a shock .. then quickly followed by lethal injection (really really quick timeout) and head blown off. 

 

I'll have another play with 1.08 this time round and see, I thought you had changed it to shock once .. then blow head off (1 strike and you're out type scenario).

I know I may have overlooked the small text displayed in the upper left, I was kinda frantically looking for Gristle!

At times it does not allow long before your head is forcibly removed, other times it gives the PC plenty of time to get back, after the shock I did not have as much time as you had in your video!

It seems to only happen to me when the Raiders run off to fight something.

About the whipping scene, Murphy would whip PC and then back away, I do not know the mechanics behind making the scene, but is it possible he backs too far away from the "Box" that makes him whip the PC??

Tip:

Install Get out of my face, works wonders for a lot of things, and a bunch it was never intended for. Like shoving NPCs off high places. ?

Make a bat file with the following, I named mine stuck.txt

caa animarchetypeplayer
caf

 

That will clear a lot of stuck animations, smoking, wounded etc.

Target the NPC in need and enter bat stuck

Yeah, I have the same problem with some of the clothes too. Re-installed everything related, made them again in bodyslides - doesn't work. If you somehow will find a solution, could you DM me, please?

I completed all of the quests. 30 days go by. Heading back to DC for the second time. Start having the conversation with Gristle, but, only three dialogue options come up and it creates a loop that prevents the mission from moving forward. Specifically, it's the first dialogue tree that has the "This sounds like one of your tests."

 

I believe I failed to get the files from Dwayne the first time if that helps. 

 

This is on version 1.0.7.

I'm going to check it tonight and if it's something in my patch then I'll upload a new update.

Hmm. Where does this dialogue take place? In the market? or in the house where he lies on his back?

 

Edit: Did you skip the quest, right ? I think I know what's going on. 

 

SetStage _CS_DC 190 will fix this for now.

No. The game isn't really programmed for one NPC to whip another XD The game thinks Murphy is attacking you with the baton, and moves accordingly. In that context you are also expected to react, move, attack... which I obviously don't want to do in this specific scenario. 

 

Some movements and behaviors more typical of a whipping would be cool.

I haven't skipped any quests to my knowledge. It happens when you first get into diamond city. I did take the jet to skip the walk to diamond city. It happens when Gristle takes you around to the back of the building and offers you the option of escaping. Gristle is leaning up next to a building and the player starts sitting.

I expressed wrong. I wanted to know if you skipped "the trip to DC", not the quest. Hehe. Indeed it is a bug that happens when you accept the jet on your second trip to DC, I already saw it, thanks.

 

This quest has six different variants (I don't know why I do this to myself, really) and depending on what you do you may run into a bug.

wow, this mod has been busy,

congrats on the release (I haven't played it yet, I am kinda off Fallout 4 at the moment)

 

I cannot wait to play it

 

I might be getting back into modding in the future (don't know when)

so if you find the invisible body bug really annoying then I have made a fix in Random Overlay Framework.

I added death marks to dead NPCs. (but I am not sure if it would fix this mods dead body issues (dead bodies are a real pain to work with))
