After all, Nora might be a synth and the Railroad people help the synths !

@JB.
In Corvega, there's no navmesh where the _CS_JailerSpot_Fight marker is, which means the jailer cannot access it. At least for some folks, really depends on what mods are being used.

Or Proctor Ingram (with a 65% chance of blowing up since the BOS can fuck up a wet dream) & Sturges since he's a synth too or Rosalind Orman. That would cover all the factions.

For the mod I'm currently working on, I've done all my patch plugins with FO4Edit for precisely that reason (my main plugin is done with unmodified FO4CK, but it only has the base game and DLCs as masters).

I'm using the CK fixes so it's not really a problem. But it's kinda daft to begin with.

Frist time, the shock collar is put on the character, there is immediate shock, then limb breaks, another round of shock, then death follows.   This wasn't the case on version 1.03, but anything after 1.04, can't escape death at the beginning of the main quest.   This is right after, the character is teleported to the basement and conversation ensues where shock collar is put on the character.

Are there other incompatibilities that are known to cause this?


Ignore...  I read through the post, and then checked my patch....  and indeed the issue was in the patch.   Thanks.

I am back at the whorehouse after "The Hooker" Gristle stops in front of the house and says get your asses back in there.

Fade black screen, then we are inside, and PC gets shocked, Declan asks about weapons, cleared to proceed, then the collar explodes killing PC and others.

4 times in a row, what am I doing wrong??

Any help would be appreciated!

That's right, but included in the latest version so the console command is no longer necessary.

 

If you won a version earlier than 1.0.5, yeah, you need to write this: 

 

CQF _CS_MCM FixEnding

 

(with the current version installed...).

XDI yeah, I usually just press the numbered buttons but clicking on said response gave me the same issue as well.

Hi again. I have completed the Whore House and now I have the opportunity to pick quests to comple the final 5.  I selected 'Hooker' and chose fast travel again, but it looks like I have to do the original quest again with stealing documents etc.  is it not the case it recognises I have completed the quest once?

I was going to report the same thing only my dialog would not progress with Gristle (see pic) and I could not start the quest, so I backed up and picked something else.

Ohhhh, that was well hidden. Thanks, I'll fix it. It seems that at the moment it is better not to skip the trip or do as caveman did: choose another quest.

Stuck on scaver quest where Jared and the Bombs ambush some Minutemen. I was asked to loot corpses and did but one corpse still shows a quest marker and quest will not complete. Using latest build.

Reload. It always happens when you choose "Take All" from the corpses, and you don't take their weapons individually. Don't ask me why. 

 

I think the best I can do here is to put a "Game.RequestSave" before that moment so the user can reload the save in case it got bugged.

During The Hooker, Security Chief Dwayne says he's going to mark my character and then the screen fades to black and the sound of the branding plays. The stage advances and everything but is there an overlay that's supposed to be applied then? I looked and didn't see a new one.

Version 1.0.7

 

I think we are getting to a stable version because many of the bugs are found after winning "The Whore House" -repeatable quests- and they were well hidden.

 

  • During "Pet Walk", you can fuck Jared if you visit him even though it's pure role play, he won't pay you. It makes no sense for him to pay you if you are raising money for him. He will choose one of five things to do with you.
  • During "Lucky Day", the threesome at the campfire will take place a few steps away from the campfire, to avoid issues with collision during the AAF scene.
  • Fixed a bug with Gristle not accepting less than 500 caps during "The Hooker", if you chose the forever slave route.
  • Mr. Handy "White" from Graygarden will not ask you to fix her water problem and instead will tell you that the slaves are free to trade with Mr. Green.
  • Fixed a bug during the ending of "The Hooker". If you walked back, Gristle would forget to deactivate the leash.
  • Fixed another bug during "The Hooker" if you played the second time and chose to fast travel.
  • An option in the MCM to re-equip the collar -Cheat Section-
