On a more serious note I have been trying to make a KID.ini so I can use AND (Advance Nudity Detection) to it's full potential. But all the guides none of them actually tell you where to put the damn .ini once done, or if you need separate .ini's for each creator, or if you can add multiple key words to an item. And all of them suggest that the keyword item modified is only equipment slot 32 (Body), or what takes precedence over what except that Modesty keywords will always take precedence over all other keywords?

 

So I am hopping one of you know what I am talking about and be able to answer some or all questions. Also if your having a bucks party can I be the entertainment? Are you both gonna be the buck? Buck is what grooms are called right? Cause it kinda sounds like a rodeo which could be fun depending on who is the cow?

KID ini itself should be placed in data folder of Skyrim. I still prefer to create separate mod folder for these in MO to better keep track.

You can add multiple keywords to item in one KID ini, but you have to create separate strings for each keyword inside.

You can cover multiple mods in one KID ini, all it cares is about you correctly using editorIDs to define items and keywords.

It doesn't cares about slots at all.

I could never get it to work right. The MCM was showing the correct risk of flashing bits but it would never send the event data to the sister mod SLSFReloaded so it was kinda useless.

 

Seems to work for others so I guess it was just me doing something wrong.

Well, screw this, in my culture being blunt and direct is considered a virtue, so you're getting an honest opinion, because I feel anything else would be just disrespectful.

• Hot Hookup looks nice as coverage goes. Shoulders and sleeves and very cool as an idea and would go nicely with most of the other stuff from your Good Girls and BJ Queen Slavetats packs. But it's too detailed. There's just too much going on, and one can barely make out single images out of it. Everything sort of just drowns in image noise.
• Scarlet Plug Day is pretty cool, more of what I personally had in mind, but again - too much noise. One, single image would be much better in my opinion.
• Lilu and Tina is just meh. It's the only one that's coloured when the default Slavetats "black" ink is used and since its a full colour with very little contour lines it just blends in with the pale/pinkish skin colour on a normal character and is barely legible. Again, too much noise, too much stuff crammed in too little space, the images just become a bright blot from a distance.
• Wedding is fine. Just fine. Nothing to add, except again, too much noise.
• Ainsley has nice, clear, crisp design with legible contours and transparency, but yet again, too much noise.

 

If I were to rate them:

• Hookup would probably be my favourite. Parts of the image on the upper back and chest are cool. Also the chick is fucking hot. The way she chokes on a cock on that 3 separate images just below the back of the neck is fantastic and would make a nice tattoo (or 3) in of itself. Also this is the only part that's actually visible from a distance. Sleeves are a nice design in theory, but there's too many too small images in a very tight space.
• Scarlet second, mostly because it's most legible from all of them with least noise. This one probably looks the most like an actual tattoo and not a painting on a skin. It's almost on par with your previous work. Except... I don't like the girl. But that's me.
• Wedding and Ainsley - they're fine, and that's all I can say about them, except "too much noise".
• Lilu and Tina is just bad, I'm not going to sugar coat it. It just doesn't look right at all. More like someone took watercolours and painted it with a brush, instead of inking with a needle.

This is most likely not what you wanted to hear, but I prefer to be honest and not hold back on opinions. I can see you put a lot of work into it, but it just doesn't work as tattoos on a Skyrim character with limited skin real estate. Everything just blends into a blob from a distance, nothing stands out.

I think all images need some pruning. One, good, crisp image per tattoo instead of a whole comic strip.

Yep indeed she is hot, that was kinda the issue, I downloaded the whole film and used KdenLive to extract single frames and yes I agree I got a bit carried away with the number but it aint my fault she was doing lots of sexy stuff is it?

 

I like the first and last bits where shes posing and I think the "cartoon strip" style works to flow from one side to another but OK agreed it could do with some thining out.

I love the scarlet one, I think the balance of large and small works and the splash of colour adds a lot, however a slight rearanging to flow over the butt would allow the size to be increased so it could be seen further away.

Like I said before I can't do much about ginas wedding as I overwrote the raw layers with the combined one, I fidled about as much as I could with it so I think thats gonna have to stay as it is.

 

Ainsley and sammie I like the style but agreed it could maybe be trimmed down a bit to be larger and simpler again to aid with viewing at distance.

I wanted it to be a different style from the others, I like the composition and placement but yeah the colours look a bit wishywashy, theres no standout colours in the raw image like for scarlet or ainsley so maybe it'll have to be a shades of black one? Also could maybe use a bit more contrast in size like scarlet?

See, that's the thing. I only realised that it's actually telling a story after I wrote that whole damn essay. But only after I unpacked the image, opened it in IrfanView and started analysing. Which proves my point. None of it is visible in game on an actual character. It's just a dark blob that blends together.

I mean it does look sort of cool as far a design goes. Has that "tattoo sleeve" feel to it, but the details just drown in a sea of ink.

 

If I were to make a suggestion, I'd say make two separate sections with just sleeves that end below shoulders, add matching hands tattoos and either redesign the shoulder/upper chest/upper back area to be more legible or just scratch that area off completely.

 

Or, and that would be the best solution, make a separate pack just with images of that girl. She's wild.

I could tell from the beginning that you probably wanted this one to look different but it just doesn't work in its current iteration.

I even placed it on my current redguard character which has black skin (255:255:255) and they look better due to contrast, but the composition is just awful. It looks like a series of blotches on stomach instead of a tattoo. The thing with tattoos in that area is they are not suppose to cover too much and should be sort of symmetrical left/right-wise. You still want to see that sexy belly and abs underneath all that. Your Good Girls stomach and pubic tattoos are a good example of how to make it right.

As I said I like the design, but not the girl. Her face is weird, I would even dare say - ugly. But I do realise beauty is in the eye of the Beholder (just make sure you roll a good saving throw before staring at it), so I'm not going to fight over that hill.

 

If I were to make a suggestion again, maybe redesign parts of it into a "tramp stamp", I believe that's what it's called. Place it on lower back, but not cover ass or most of the back, so there's space for other things in there. Add an ass- themed inviting ext, something like "anal slut", "fuck my ass", "backdoor only", etc. with nice looking font (Good Girls font so it matches).

 

Or redesign Hookup story for that. But with less and bigger images (and an inviting text).

 

I have no further opinion on the remaining designs. Which actually suggests that I don't care about them either way. What you do with that information is up to you.

 

EDIT:

It just occurred to me how frustrating it is to have a clear image of what you want and a complete inability to follow up on it due to lack of talent. Must be double frustrating for you to put so much work into it, and have a random Apache helicopter like me come and complain that it doesn't look like they had imagined it.

This is a shit image because I took screenshot from IrfanView, pasted it into Paint, cropped and rotated, but that right there my friend, is a Septim-winning image.

This is unrelated to anything, but I need somewhere to vent, so please excuse me for this post, but

 

JESUS FUCKING FUCK, I ALMOST FUCKED UP MY SKYRIM INSTALLATION ON WHICH I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON FOR THE PAST 8 MONTHS.

I have just spent the past 45 minutes in a near-heart attack state trying to figure out what even happened and how to fix it. I got it back to where it used to be, but my god, my hands are still shaking as I type this.
