hey guys, i'm having a problem where i press the surrender key and nothing happens. i hear the "i submit" voice play, the mobs stop, and the hud disappears for a second, but it comes back on and the mobs attack me like they just realized i'm there. the only time defeat actually kicks in is when i get knocked down.

 

before installing a bunch of other mods (like sanguine's debauchery+), it worked, so i'm guessing somewhere down the line i fucked it up? can anyone help me with this?

 

Try turning on the "can surrender/assaulted to/by everyone" option or so i think its called.

yes everything works only NPC vs player or NPC vs NPC do not work.

ok, look first if the surrender key isn't used by another mod you have too. it could come from that.

 

you could also go to a save prior the add of the mods if you have one, and add one mod at a time again, testing if it works.

 

if all else fail, you can show us your load order and the papyrus log ^^,

it's a file that write down errors and events. most mod authors send debug events to it to help knowing what happens.

 

you find it in your Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script folder.

Papyrus.0.log is the one you need ^^

 

if you don't see any file, you need to activate it in that case =

 

first, what mod manager do you use ?

 

- if NMM, you'll find the file Skyrim.ini in

Documents\My Games\Skyrim

 

- if MO, you'll find it on the top of MO, click on Tools, then INI editor.

 

in both case, add those lines and save =

fUpdateBudgetMS=1.6
fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0

i hope i'm doing this right...i checked and i doubt the surrender key is mapped to any other mods. i also don't have any saves prior...

i see you have deviously helpless. if i remember right it has a compatibility problem with recent mods.

 

try uninstalling it and see what happen

Hi all

 

I'm having some issues with the Defeat mod and after reading a lot of threads and searching have not found a working solution yet.

 

1st off, I couldn't get it to show up in MCM, but finally fixed that by disabling the mod, playing the game a bit, then save enable the mod then restart the game and it finally showed up. This is regardless of how many times I have used the "setstage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1" command etc. I even reinstalled the whole whole game, completely clean reinstall down to using CCleaner to get rid of all temp files and any possible registry entries, got rid of all saves, config files, everything. Didn't help.

 

Now my current issue, is that when it finally is in the MCM, it is "Disabled".

 

When I click on the "Disabled" I get the message that the mod is installing and to close all menus and wait, I have done so. Tried it about 10 times now with longest wait period of about half hour, and nothing, its still "Disabled"

 

So how do I get it to be "Enabled" ? The "install or enable" via MCM does not seem to be working, how can I solve this ?

 

Perhaps I am running some other mod which is preventing sexlab defeat from functioning / installing properly ? If so, I do not know which, or maybe there is some option in some other mod that I have to change which I am unaware of ? Or perhaps just my load order ?

I had Sexlab Defeat working in a previous install, but was running with Death Alternative mod which was very problematic, so on this install I decided to avoid DA altogether and would prefer not to use it, unless it is necessary for me to get sexlab defeat going.
 
I should add, I do use LOOT for the load order, and everything is appropriately cleaned with TES5Edit.
 
Any help would be appreciated

Hey, guys, any of you checked that extension pack made by Japanese modders?I only found 5.1 version on skup,it's fun to use,if you leave out all the possible crashes caused by it.

After a "witnessing event message" (say a bandit see PC is getting rape by his buddy) whenever text is display on the top left (even for other general messages, say harvesting plants) there's a white box covering the first letter. It is kind of strange I don't know how to explain it better.

 

I am also getting an odd teleporting issue when a second aggressor starts his turn. Was in Embershard mine, entered from "secret" non marked exit, defeated near the overlook over the cavern. The first bandit went through his routine, but when a second bandit starts PC is teleported laying down to the normal entrance of Embershard mine, not outside, but right at the entrance.

Ok I'm sorry Ive been super busy recently, but I had some time to work on the update and I begin to see the end of it, I have some time to work on it tomorrow so it's coming.

I shouldn't put a release date I'm always late and it makes people expecting it even more, sorry about that.

 

Goubo was wondering if this known issue, but the redress in your mcm is not functioning. even if i set it to victim to not redress somehow after a fews seconds of the sexacts the npc is still redressing. I also tried to make it so in sexlab mcm to turn this option off but the redress still occurs is this currently broken ??

The redress should work fine, this function has nothing to do with the one from SexLab and will register any unequiped pieces and put them back on the npc if the corresponding option is enabled at the end of their state. (knockdown/exhausted/escape etc) 

 

I know I fixed a bug where followers would redress and undress between collateral turns but I did not touch anything else about this function, I'll make some tests to see if it works as intended.

 

Could you please make a mod with only the sack option?

 

I want to use Defeat V5b3.3fixed, because I find it is the only really balanced version I've seen so far (with all the other version I have tested I could take out whole cities at level 1 without anyone doing anything against it), however, it sadly doesn't have a sack option somehow... And the sack is pretty essential for this mod. I think many stealth players would also love to have such a sack option, no matter if they use Defeat or not. There is not a single mod out there which lets you carry NPCs around.

Instead of this can you tell me how I should balance it?

I know it's easy to knockdown with it now and the crime part could be improved (pain in the ass to handle the crime in this game!)

 

And no I'll not make a seperate mod for the sack, you can already disable every part of the mod (in your case you can disable player victim/npc vs npc) so there is really no reason at all to seperate the features.

Have you looked into the reason or why the character ends up with all the EQ that was on the ground in the area in her inventory when she gets left for dead or rescued?

I'm having an issue with this mod, I had it working a long time ago and I've recently tried getting it to work again but I can't.

 

Rape animations don't play for me, at all. My female character gets knocked down, gets stripped, but whenever a male tries to initiate a rape my character is left in the knocked down state and combat resumes, and if I give surrender and agree to let them rape, my character is stuck standing up and they just walk off.

 

When playing as a male, my character just acts like they're pulling a lever and that's it for the rape scene.

 

I've done a fresh install for everything, including Skyrim, I made sure ALL traces of mod files were gone before installing everything again. I only have the required mods plus some additional mods, nothing that gives off compatibility issues with LOOT, FNIS, or BOSS.

Am I going crazy here, or are there other files I'm missing to have the rape scenes play out?

 

By the way, when I check SexLabs Framework in MCM, it says StorageUtil.dll SKSE Plugin (3.0+) is X, all others are OK. Looking through my files, I do have the file present in my SKSE plugins folder.

I did yes, only the stripped items will now be picked up. :)

(Because nothing can be perfect, Identical baseobject ID will also be picked up, for example if you are stripped from a steel sword, all steel swords on the ground will be picked up when the function runs, not a big problem though and not a problem if you use unique items.)

Hey, i have a question -- If i pick the knockdown to be exhaustion and only from behind, is there any special animation that is supposed to play? Or is it the same knockdown bleedout animation?

Sadly, that didn't fix it, the problem persists even with the latest version of Papyrus

 

Also, I tested to make sure the animations were functioning correctly, and I seem to be having issues. It seems as though I can't get two actors to animate together, I can get solo actors to play through animations, but I can't get two or more actors to test animations. I tried a couple other mods that have rape scenes in them as well, like Horrible Harassment, and I'm having the same issue. As soon as the rape scenes are about to happen, the rapists just stop.

hmm what version of sexlab do you have ? look again at the requirement if you have the last version of everything.

in the Sexlab MCM, try reset the animations, and register again all animations mods you might have (SLAL, NSAP, MNC... )

Alright, I figured out what my issue was. I hadn't registered anything in the SexLabs MCM menu for the first time, it's been so long that I completely forgot that needed to be done before any of the SL mods work. /derp

My main concern was getting stripped pieces of non-existant armor stripped from the Deadra summons (the "I smell weakness" guy from the rose staff). As the picked up armor disappears, the weight still hampers the character.

just read this page seems like a lot of people need to run fnis and maybe check allow creatures in sexlab. and perhaps check just one more time all the requirements for this and all the other mods they need to run sexlab... just one more time.

 

and on a side note Goubo you da man. been running this for a few months now and works almost flawlessly . thanks again.

I think an awesome feature for this would be to have a MCM set chance for this mod to prevent death. I know there's a feature in the MCM to have a chance for you to be knocked down at a certain HP percentage on hit, but what I'm talking about(If it's possible..I know CWO has something where there's a chance you'll pass out if you lose all your health on a battlefield fight) is a feature to prevent a -deathblow-.(By chance as well) Anything that would have killed you instead knocks you down and leaves you vulnerable to rape as if the health percentage thing proc'd...but the difference in this is that you cannot struggle..at all. You can't get up while your buddies are fighting(until they either kill the assailants or are defeated themselves), and you can't struggle against any rapists that come along, neither can you do it between turns. Probably another animation where you just lie down on your back would be good to show this proc'd as well. What do you guys think, or would this be a bit much..?

Is there a slave mod that works well with this mod? Like after I put the NPC in a sack I can either bring them back to my house and make them a slave or bring them somewhere and sell them?

Hi,

 

I wanted to know if this works with ver 1.59c of sexlab?

I haven't made the switch just yet as there are a couple of mods I like that aren't updated for the newest sexlab.
