So, I'm having a bit of a armor stripping issue. The mod works perfectly save for the leg armor never coming off the NPC when you are the victim. Now it worked just fine before so it's probably a scripting conflict or something... I read the FAQ and it mentioned something called Papyrus to help report a bug or issue? How do I go about doing that? Again the mod works perfect except for it forgetting to strip the leg armor off the NPC.

 

Oh and this issue doesn't happen for consensual  actions

 

to get the papyrus log you need to look into your Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script

 

you'll find a Papyrus.0.log

 

if you don't see it, that means you need to active it.

 

you must add in your skyrim.ini

[Papyrus]
fUpdateBudgetMS=1.6
fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0
bEnableLogging=1
bEnableTrace=1
bLoadDebugInformation=1

to find where is the skyrim.ini, it depend on the Mod Manager you use.

 

for NMM, its in Documents\My Games\Skyrim

 

for MO, click on the Tools button on the top of MO, then INI editor

I had a similar problem, but then I realized I hadn't run FNIS after installing the update.  Ran it and everything worked fine.  Did you run FNIS post-install?

 

May be getting a bit punchy, been up working for last 18 or so hours.

Leg armor? You mean boots?

 

Maybe check NPC vs NPC. Custom armor using non-default slots can be registered there.

Go to SexLab MCM and change the stripping slots from the place where you can change the stages timers (I forgot what part it was). Just makes sure you are changing the Aggressive animations.

I just realized there is no armor slot specifically for legs, there is only Torso, Feet, Hands and head armor pieces. The torso armor piece applies to both chest and legs. Hmm... maybe an issue with custom armors? I have immersive armor on if that helps

Hmm... I've been taking a look and I think it might be something to do with SOS. When the NPCs are stripped down of their things once I kill them they seem to have the pelvis textures and meshes from both vanilla and SOS

Alright I managed to figure it out. After deciding to up my pro-activity in finding an issue I made a second profile on NMM and started testing mods. Eventually I managed to narrow it down to the mod causing the issue. It was Deadly Mutilation, the mod that let's you tear people apart limb by limb. I turned it off and Defeat worked as it was supposed to. I still want to use DM in the future though. Does anyone know of a patch or something to make the two mods work together?

Anyone else having a similar issue where if the player character is an aggressor there is a finite amount of animations that play (two or three), but when playing the victim or in consensual scenes with the same mod or others all animations are available. This wasn't a problem for me with V5.1.0 and prior. A little help and/or advice would be top.

Hi all

 

I'm having some issues with the Defeat mod and after reading a lot of threads and searching have not found a working solution yet.

 

1st off, I couldn't get it to show up in MCM, but finally fixed that by disabling the mod, playing the game a bit, then save enable the mod then restart the game and it finally showed up. This is regardless of how many times I have used the "setstage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1" command etc. I even reinstalled the whole whole game, completely clean reinstall down to using CCleaner to get rid of all temp files and any possible registry entries, got rid of all saves, config files, everything. Didn't help.

 

Now my current issue, is that when it finally is in the MCM, it is "Disabled".

 

When I click on the "Disabled" I get the message that the mod is installing and to close all menus and wait, I have done so. Tried it about 10 times now with longest wait period of about half hour, and nothing, its still "Disabled"

 

So how do I get it to be "Enabled" ? The "install or enable" via MCM does not seem to be working, how can I solve this ?

 

Perhaps I am running some other mod which is preventing sexlab defeat from functioning / installing properly ? If so, I do not know which, or maybe there is some option in some other mod that I have to change which I am unaware of ? Or perhaps just my load order ?

I had Sexlab Defeat working in a previous install, but was running with Death Alternative mod which was very problematic, so on this install I decided to avoid DA altogether and would prefer not to use it, unless it is necessary for me to get sexlab defeat going.
 
I should add, I do use LOOT for the load order, and everything is appropriately cleaned with TES5Edit.

I see you have Sexlab Sexual Fame installed. It seems this is not compatible with defeat 5.2.2. Try to uninstall this mod and Defeat should work again.

Haven't been able to get back to the game few days, but now that I did, this worked and got my defeat up and running.

 

I have 1 more question, or rather need a tip on the actual gameplay. Since in my playstyle I tend to use a lot of archery and magic mix, and not the weapons listed in the mod, I simply do not do a lot of knockdowns. In addition I am now lvl 34 and a lot of stuff just dies real quick, too quick for the mods to trigger.

 

So other then sleep assault, how can I get an agressive assault events to trigger on those weak targets and without using knockdowns ?

just an issue that probably pertains to me installing something wrong, but...

after i grapple and knock an NPC down, i can tie them, sack them, revive, steal, mug etc. but when i select any form of rape it does the beginning (strips off npc clothing) then my character goes back to normal. im using M.O. and have recently set everything up (presumably correctly). i did the FNIS, i have newest versions of the required, and even install FNIS creatures mod cuz somehow that fixed my argonian's "Boner Tail."

 

probably a meager problem, but i cant figure it out. @_@

After a long time, I decided to update Defeat from the good old v5b3.3 to the newest version.

Earlier, I had some troubles in combination with Death Alternative. Spells didn't get unequipt because both bleedouts fired und you could "turn" your character in the animation. 

Now, this problem (it was really irritating!) seems to be fixed so gar as I can tell from some quick testruns.

 

So, here is my question now:

Does someone knows a good setting to let both mods run?

I set Defeat threshold to 20% and chance to 30% (it don't should trigger all the time), DA at 15%. Seems to work, but sometimes the "hit" is to big and it seems that the defeat trigger is skipped (tested with 100% chance).

Then I tried the DA bleedout option tab and activated defeat bleedout there and deactiveded the defeat wound option. Now sould DA trigger Defeat. But how can I set the "chance to happen" there? As far as I understand this priority system, it doesn't matter how high or low this is, as long as there is no suitable alternative bleedout (there is no "default" option) defeat will now trigger 100%.

 

Sooo.. if someone tinkered with this both mods, too, how is your setup?

I think its the shift + Modifier key that you have set if she has morality toggled on she may not rape.

Is it just me or does defeat now always trigger during death alternative like it doesn't wait in line for the others it just initiates no matter what every time I am defeated no matter what I set defeats chances in DA it always triggers first.

Yeah, its the same what I'm tinkering atm.

Doesn't use DA a priority system not a chance system? When nothing else can trigger, Defeat triggers no matter it the priority is 10 or 99. Thats so far my understanding. With the chance set in defeat and let DA alone, I need a higher threshold for defeat then DA and hope that it triggers (or lets say "checked") first.

Thats why I was looking for someone who has a working configuration :)

When you change the assault chance to 0% its still will trigger defeat but it wont work what it does do is get you out of DA bleedout instantly though so basically you can't go down unless defeat is allowed to trigger.

Checked you in DA, in the Bleedout section, the defeat bleedout? This could be it because it should bypass the chance in defeat.

 

However, I also need some testing. Yeah, it was much easier with old defeat builds where you could set up the chance for DA.

This dosent look like a issue the tought is more like defeat on bleedout --> defeat post assault or the new setting in mcm DA blackout event so after defeat you get to a DA blackout event or a defeat ending if he would put it back on blackout his setup would make no sense so it is working as intended (not that I like it that way)

The old way I liked it way more as I ever saw it as its own event not as a "pre blackout" event, but I understand the idea behind it defeat rape event bandits decide what do to with you afterwards as said I also liked the older system I would even revert back, but I dont have it anymore

There is no working configuration its working as intended. Defeat event only on bleedout that triggers it before you come anywhere close to the blackout (triggers before the bleedout bar gets displayd). The defeat in the blackout events are only quests that can trigger after a defeat bleedout event so if you disable the bleedout  you will get no defeat events at all.

Defeat rape on bleedout after rape defeat triggers depending on your setting one of the blackout events from DA (from all blackout events) or a defeat scenario

So defeat is a mod right now that happens on bleedout and handels the blackout event afterwards there is no way to workaround it to make it trigger on blackout. I also liked the old version more tought the idea itself is ok that the bandits after the rape have more options then the default 2 from defeat.
