Hello, I've been getting CTDs after the SUBMIT event happens, and my pc is on the ground. Would greatly appreciate it if anyone could tell me if Submit is the problem, or if I have a conflict somewhere. Here's my log sometime before the CTD:

Great mod but I have a problem. Every time I submit, the game CTD after the animations are complete. I have run FINS, and done all combinations of the Serena files I can think of, and even experimented disabling FUS ro do'h, all to no effect. I am a little lost and am wondering if anyone else is having a similar problem.

Wow and had you read THE POST RIGHT BEFORE THE ONE YOU MADE you might have found a hint and a solution.

 

Not trying to be mean here but you can save yourself a lot of waiting for answers time by taking a few minutes to read the last page or two of comments on a mod where any currently known problems with that mod will likely be discussed and if there are answer (or no answer yet) you will be in the know.

 

Do take the time to save yourself some time :).

Sorry for not being clear. I have tried the patch with no success. My apology's for forgetting to mention it. 

Ah, that happens to us all at times. We forget to mention information because we THOUGHT about doing it but forgot we didn't by the time we thought we were finished.

 

What version of the Sexlab Framework are you using? There is a known bug causing crashes at the end of sex scenes with 1.59b but with another bug causing crashes (for Submit only) with 1.59c the users of this mod have been between a rock and a hard place for a while. The patch fixes the problem with 1.59c so if you held off on upgrading the framework, now is the time to move to the current framework.

After trying the patch to fix with latest sexlab 159c there seem to be a problem happening with the dialog after sex is suppose to end. When you initiate sex through dialog the pc remains unclothes and when activating the npc it allow you to initiate the sex acts a second time, but also seem to have broken the 3some dialog now.

 

So i guess i will wait when Original mod author returns to update his mod to latest version.

Hey, so I'm fairly new to modding so not everything is exactly intuitive to me, so I have a bit of a stupid question. Once an NPC has submited, how do i actually initiate the sex? They just sit there for a bit and then get back up without giving me any options or anything. Any help would be much appreciated.

Random note, I noticed that when you use the dialog options for sex and you succeed, when you choose a position to be in, it's always the opposite position.

 

Like if the player character says something like "I want to fuck you in the ass", it has the character on the receiving end, and vice versa.

Small(ish) feature request/idea: Would it be possible to make it an option for non-sentient enemies to rob players of their gear and gold the same way sentient enemies do?

 

I'm using only the death-proof feature of the mod right now, and it works great with sentient enemies. That feature makes the player essentially invincible, but also robs them of all their gear and money if they are defeated. So there is no need to reload after being defeated, but dying is still something that has really bad consequences. With non-sentient enemies though, all that happens when you are defeated is that a rape-scene happens, and that's it. It feels a little too much like having godmode on. If there was some way to punish the player for losing against non-sentient enemies, that would really help, gameplay-wise.

Reviewing those logs one thing is standing out at me in reference to submit, its the bounty errors. But they're calling scripts associated with Submit, not SexLab, I need to look over the 1.59c resources and see why an interaction between Submit's scripts using the 1.59c framework would cause that before I can make any further guesses, thanks for grabbing the logs, I need to check my inis and see if I have logging disabled and get some collaborative debug information.

 

I'm coming in out of context here, but would this have anything to do with why my "Turn in for Bounty" dialogue isn't showing up by chance? I'm not crashing, everything else works flawlessly, I'm using SSL 1.59c, and I recently updated Submit from 22JUN14. Updating instructions didn't mention having to install from a clean save, could that be why?

 

Edit: Nevermind. I didn't expect the Bounty dialogue to be under the "I'm done with you for now" tree.

 

No wonder I didn't spot it, I'm never "done with them for now"... :D

I have an idea for a feature if that's alright. A fourth option when you make someone submit.

 

It would turn them into a slave, forcing them to become a companion to you, for use with the Soulgem Oven II mod and other such mods. This way we have another option to have warrior slaves or gladiators or milk slaves depending on what you wish, and it would really help with the immersion. I'm tired of having to tell them that I am taking them in for a bounty, then using AFT to force them to become a companion whenever I want a milk-slave.

For the life of me I cannot figure out what keys control the Grapple and Ambush options for the player as aggressor.  To make the player submit it is NP7.  What are the keys to grapple or ambush NPCs to make them submit?  Sorry if it is obvious and I'm missing it.  I looked through support topic and no one addresses what I'm asking, that I can see.

All submit actions use the same key (NP7 by default).  To ambush, you have to be sneaking (I believe), and grapple is the same as the shout version, but you have to be near the victim.  Remember also that you can either Grapple or Shout to force a combat submit, but not both.  But again, all of the non-dialog functions of submit use the same key.

kendo you do know you can change the key to anything else right ??? it will be easier that way. i have mine set to H key and defeat is using X and G.

I've been using NP9 for the submit action.  I was having problems figuring out what key controlled the ambush and grapple.

 

I don't use Defeat.  Submit is enough for my play style. :)

I have a issue that I hope someone can help me with. When my toon loses in combat and auto submits, the rape scene is played then she is bound. However she never escapes the bonds and I have to restart from a save. Is there a key I am supposed to press to try to escape or does it just take a very long time? I've sat and watched and waited for over 15 minutes and nothings happens.

The default escape key is NP7.  If you have Num Lock set on your keyboard NP7 will activate whatever you have hotkeyd as a favorite.  I changed mine to NP9 since the stabdard game doesn't use that key.

And i will also like to ask for a little help, if u people dont mind...


I´m trying to make a simple spell to open any npc inventory, equipped armor and weapons included. I have tried with the classic openinventory function but it does not show equipped armor, only weapons. And then i remembered that this mod does show armor when you make someone submit and you rob them. 


My question is: please, does someone how in the world is that done? I tried to get inspiration with the scripts but that part is beyond my comprehension, i did not even find the  openinventory function...

I can't get the sex to work for some reason.

 

I take them to low health then use the shout and it says the NPC summits but nothing happens? A dialog work only on a dark elf where I forced here but other then that I dont know what im doing wrong.

No need for a spell or a mod. Open the console, select your target and enter "openactorinventory 4" (sans quotes) to get access to their inventory.
