Gnafron Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 Hello dkatryl and everyoneIs there some known incompatibility between Submit and Moonlight Tales and/or Werewolf Mastery ? For several versions now, the submit power does absolutely zilch, nothing, except blowing some dust while my character is in werewolf form... Works perfectly as a human, though.
Dapper Dan Pomade Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 hold up a moment I have something important to discuss with you or something along those lines. Ahh, okay...thanks. I thought it might not have been working for me, turns out I just totally overlooked the sexual preference option.

I wouldn't know, as I don't use any extra Werewolf mods beyond basic Skyrim. It should work the same for Werewolf as Vampire Lord form. You use it, and if successful, you get all frisky in that form. Silly question though, you do have creature options turned on in the Framework as well as Submit?

Actually, consensual as a werewolf works without issue. The problem comes from the submit power (the shout-like spell; tried the 'grapple' but problem still remains). It does absolutely nothing and can be casted as much as I want even when its recharge time is set to ten seconds. The gfx effect happens but nothing else.
Volutari Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 Weird little thing: trying to narrow down the cause, it might be A matter of Time on screen time (hate pressing T all the time just to check) or something else sublte and obstinant but the consenual dialogue has vanished. Trawling through the support pages to see, doing my do dilligence but its going to take some time, so forgive me for posting first looking second.
jihadoftomorrow Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 For some npc's, when I successfully make them submit with the Submit Shout I don't get the "Submit or die!" dialogue option, one example npc is the first guy you meet on the 7000 steps place. Also, I want to change the dialogue found in this mod (like Submit or Die), this is possible through the Creation Kit yes?
DarkFireTim Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 @dkatryl I've had what sounds like the same problem as Gnafron for a couple of editions now. Trouble shooting has been ify, in my case anyway, cause nothing shows up in the papyrus log. Like at all, you can't even tell you used the submit shout when you look at the log afterword. It happens in both werewolf and vamp lord forms. Shout graphic plays and the submit cooldown starts but nothing else happens, tho speech options work fine. Based on Gnafron saying he uses moonlight tales I'm thinking it may be a compatibility thing as I also use "Moonlight Tales" for werewolves and "Vampiric Thirst" / "Shadows vamp lord visual rework" for vamp lord. Can anyone else with this problem or a similar problem confirm use of Vampiric Thirst and or Moonlight Tales?
srayesmanll Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 Never tested with VL, but I do have the problem with werewolf form. I use Heart of the Beast (textures and audio, so should not interfere with shout) and Werewolf Mastery. I don't use any other werewolf mods. Strangely I can talk to Aela and initiate consensual sex while in werewolf form, but the shout does nothing but blow dust.
Kinky Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 This should be simple... Could you add some way to start masturbation? It is afterall do what i want or die... also some way to trigger pc masturbation would be nice. (hotkey perhaps)
badtwister Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 I am getting a weird bug, everytime I surrender a wolf shows up and humps me. Is there something wrong with how I have this set up?
Dapper Dan Pomade Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 It sounds like it's working as intended. Last time I used it, I stirred up shit in a Stormcloak camp and after submitting, after most of the soldiers had their turn with me, a bear wandered into the camp and joined in on the action. When you submit, the mod searches for valid targets in the area to form a queue of abusers. The radius of how far it goes to grab enemies is configurable in the settings. You might wanna lower it so it only grabs people in the immediate vicinity and not other passers-by and local wildlife.
dkatryl Posted May 4, 2014 Author Posted May 4, 2014 I am getting a weird bug, everytime I surrender a wolf shows up and humps me. Is there something wrong with how I have this set up? The default setting is 500, which should be a nice, moderate range. You can drop it as low as 25 if you want, or as high as 2000 (Not entirely recommended, because that increases the chance of it grabbing actors that weren't even involved) Beyond that, I don't know why it would be randomly grabbing things.
dkatryl Posted May 4, 2014 Author Posted May 4, 2014 Ashal released 1.55, which has the new API function to prevent redressing, so now I can control the scene as I want, which means I can push the "gear stealing" until after the initial assault, allowing you to use the Framework's MCM setting for how much you get stripped, and then after the first bleedout, then they will steal your stuff (or strip you fully to simulate being robbed) Because bandits are greedy, after all! I should have this up before the weekend is over.
Dapper Dan Pomade Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 Heads up though, it looks like some people are having problems updating to the new 1.55 version.
dkatryl Posted May 4, 2014 Author Posted May 4, 2014 Most Recent Changes03MAY14 2242 Player Surrender will now utilize the Framework's stripping setting instead of just being fully stripped. Moved the Player Robbed action to when they are bound at the end of the Player Surrender. The actor that will be considered the target for the player's gold (and gear) will be the first of the last two to take a turn. Ashal added an API command in 1.55 to facilitate this scene, disallowing the player to redress from whatever state they were in at the end of each assault. This is why I had originally had the theft occur first. Due to this new API command, the mod requirement section has been updated to reflect the 1.55 Framework.
dkatryl Posted May 4, 2014 Author Posted May 4, 2014 Okay, did a quick test on werewolves, with no extra mods installed, and yeah, it appears the shout does nothing for some reason. Dunno when or how that got broken, but I'll look into it.
windbrand123 Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 My game lags terribly with this mod active (it takes about 1min to activate after getting in-game), drops down from about 40+fps to <10fps... What's going on?

By the way, is there an easy way to deactivate your (annoying) werewolf ragdoll ending which seems to override the SL setting ?
Chantal Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 Is anything else supposed to happen after they submit (and I can access their inventory)? I close the inventory and the NPC just stays crouched for a period of time and nothing else happens.
dkatryl Posted May 4, 2014 Author Posted May 4, 2014 Great, thanks, dkatryl ! By the way, is there an easy way to deactivate your (annoying) werewolf ragdoll ending which seems to override the SL setting ? I do nothing with regards to werewolves (or vampire lord's, since they use the same starting script) that isn't done with regular player races. There is no ragdoll that I add. The player controlled werewolf is a particularly buggy thing, with regards to the fact that it is always treated as having its weapons drawn, even if it isn't, which locks the camera during sex, not to mention it keeps doing that "throw your arms back and howl" stance after sex. None of that is done by me, it is purely the werewolf. On a side note, I looked at the werewolf shout, and I could not see any reason it is being ignored entirely by targets.

But they are both combat sex mods. if i instal submit instead of defead there would be no problem whit m crunent save? Anytime you remove a mod you had installed on a save there is a chance a small one but a chance it can screw up. But you can use Defeat and Submit at the same time. Just choose each mod to do different things. Yes they both handle PC as victim of combat rape and allow the PC to be the aggressor in combat rape. But Defeat adds things like NPC on NPC combat rape, while Submit adds social seduction features. So you can use both safely and get more options from it, just make sure to not use both for PC as victim for example at the same time as that can cause conflict. You can set it up to even use both there but I honestly don't recommend that.
