There's mods that change followers and the unique NPCs, but there are other mods I've seen that change the look of random guards and bandits you run across. I think it makes it all more consistent when the random NPCs don't get left out of the loop. It's basically just changing the face and hair of the respawnable NPCs, but I never did find out what it was called. Does anyone know? Lets see I know of a few. - Retouched bandits http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70903/? - Hott Witches http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/75031/? - Gyots Enemies http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64199/? - Beautiful Vampires http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50396/? My apologies - I didn't see this earlier. I have overhauled all of Skyrim's town guards & Stormcloak soldiers, if those NPCs are included in what you wish to change. I have most the mods in this video and most of them are on the channel of this video's creator *whom I assume is the mod author* I was wondering if anyone knows where to find the HEAVEN OR HELL from Guilty Gear overlay and counter that speaks when the PC attacks? It is possible the video's creator has just never uploaded it anywhere.
