Of course not exactly different but for example some of them will have CBBE and another UNP ... is there something like this? Bodytypes Of Skyrim for the bodies and Everybody's Different for the rest should be what you're looking for.

A Mod that involves romance stats, you know that shows your current relationship with an NPC, sort of like the Sims if you'd like to think of it that way. Another one is just some Good SEX animations for heterosexuals. I want to know some recommended ones if anyone has anything in mind. Hmm..another one off the top of the Dome, is GOOD 3 some animations. That's about all I can think of for now, thanks to anyone who helps me out in advance.

Not in Skyrim(the Sims 3 has an auto-fellatio animation available on the Hall Of Torque site which can be used with the animated penis for female characters). Not yet. There is little that would make it impossible since animated penis systems exist(SOS/SAM) and a means of introducing new animations. You might have to make a request of one of the animators who frequent this site to add a self-suck animation which would apply equally to males and futanari characters,increasing the appeal of doing so.
