Quick question, what does it mean when the "Blacksmith" quest says "No Data" in the MCM? I have been having problems trying to get the nose ring and horseshoes from Paul. I've been trying to figure it out but to no avail.

It means that the quest is neither starting, running, stopping, stopped, nor completed. With Hammerheart (i. e. Blacksmith) currently this should only be happening during the capture quests. From next version on, this should not be happening at all (i. e. Hammerheart should always run). On a new game, Hammerheart is started automatically and gives you the objective "Visit Paul in Riverwood". If this doesn't happen right at the start, there's something wrong.

Thing is, that procedure fires almost everytime, whenever I change the location, even on foot. So if I go close to a location, it fires, if I go back few steps - it fires. And it drops fps at these moments. Manual update does not drops tho. Is it possible to me to change this, so it won't check on cell changing? Maybe that should work

If it's still running, it will not run again. Since it triggers on event LocationChange, it cannot be disabled as of now. I find it strange that exactly this script out of the about 100 that run on locationn change should be the culprit for fps drop since it does nothing with the graphic interface, only papyrus load. I can put in a switch to disable this but please so not complain afterwards that the cows look shitty because no update runs and the TF changes on npc cows do not show. Because that's mainly what it does.

Well, I do not have any cows and it still running whenever I change a location

in the console, type sqv bac_blacksmith, then make sure that the output states "Currently running" = Yes and "Current stage" = 20

Alternatively, look at story tab in MCM:

The cell Wilderness( -2, -14) is not related to BAC. WhiterunExterior01, on the other hand, is. But those messages are already there. I didn't change anything in the NavMesh and you also get those messages just checking Skyrim.esm without any mods...

it just me or transform item is equip after done milk pump or Breastfeeding scene ?

Just checking, but the new "bac_alternate_1.9G.7z" file is for SE right? Because up until now the SE version had a "SE" in its name but for the 1.9G we have a 1.9G and "1.9 LE loose files".

IT'll be for LE as it does not have SE in the name. You'll just have to wait for the SE one to be uploaded

Thanks! I assumed that botticelli would release both LE and SE at the same time so seeing 2 files uploaded confused me.

good question. As long as it is running, probably not but that is untested.

 

***EDIT*** Of all the stages that were, only 0, 10, and 20 survived. So, if the quest is on on of those three, it should work.

I started the mod over again as my game was breaking with the quests assigned by Paul. So, I'm caught up to that and I'm having a problem with the race quest that he gives me. I remember when it was assigned before and there were arrows positioned along the route that I am supposed to run. Now, they don't appear and it seems like the quest is just hanging as nothing happens if I run the route and when I return to Paul he just starts the same "I hope you are fast" line and goes through the speech again, but it never activates. Right now it is freezing me out of any quests because this one is perpetually stuck, so nothing new is given. What setstage cc code would allow me to manually progress this quest?

I'm curious as to why this happens because I didn't change neither the task quests nor Being A Cow which assigns them, only Hammerheart. The Run quest is bac__quest_evil_004_runcowrun. It should be at stage 50 (with all the aliases assigned) when successfully started. Stage 200 is the successful ending, stage 300 the punishment ending.

I'm not sure what has happened, but Paul is just broken all over. I just finished the building a milker quest, but now Paul has walked to Riverwood and is hanging out where he was in the beginning. I ask him about the feet and hand modifications and he talks about what to add but nothing initiates (we are in Riverwood). I tried the setstage bac_quest_evil_004_runcowrun 200 and 300 but it says "item [quest id] not found for parameter quest. Before this it was saying " compiled script not saved." 

 

So right now everything with the quests is pretty much locked down. is there a way that I can initiate the cure quest, as I can't make any money to lower my debt to Paul. Or if there is something to push Paul back into the proper quest zone that he is supposed to be at? I don't want to restart the mod quests from the beginning again, as I've already done that and run up to this point twice.

You need 2 underscores between bac and quest in those quests bac__quest_evil_.... If Paul is in Riverwood, check stage of bac_blacksmith. That needs to be 20 in order for the other quests to run. If it is not 20, setstage it via 10 if on stage 0 to 20. That's the reason, I put that warning up on the mod page. bac_blacksmith needs to be at stage 20 for the 1.9G version. I just tested it (Run Cow Run) and it works with no problems - if bac_blacksmith is at stage 20.

Anyone got the link on how to make the custom race for Alt Being A Cow while utilizing the Creation Kit. I need one for my Temptress Race? The guide was no longer available on the mod page.

I believe the guide is still in a PDF inside the mod itself, check mod install location.

Look in you data folder: BAC_CustomRaceWithCowHeadHowTo.pdf should be there.
