complicated Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 Hi all, please change your passwords and any website that uses the same password from this site. I have received notification from Google this morning below. I have omitted my email for the very obvious reason. Thanks, stay safe
darkconsole Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 google hasn't yet said anything to me, just walked through their security checkup thing. its not something stupid like, you use the same password as you do on nexus? im not really sure thats saying loverslab was hacked? or a password you used that can be found in haveibeenpwnd is also being used on your loverslab?
Ernest Lemmingway Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 I see that image and I'm immediately suspicious it's a hack or scam. For one, does Google even know your data was hacked? I know, data collection and little to no attempts to prevent such can cause it. But it's still sus.
forfuckssake12345 Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 It means that the password OP was using (here and most likely in other places) was found in a data breach. Google, assuming you use chrome & let it register your passwords, will warn you when you're using a password that was leaked in a public list of passwords. This does not mean your account (or this website) has been hacked. It just mean that OP need to change their password. geez. computer 101.

Me too, especially if the 'Change Password' thing is for you too change your LL password there rather than via LL. Are the '3 compromised passwords' valid?
donttouchmethere Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 Worst are the ones that don't share their passwords and lock them behind a paywall instead. ?
blank_v Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 ... like i care ... I got similar Mail today too... but i dont give a fuck... 123123QweQwe Qweqwe123123 123Qwe123Qwe or just combination of those symbols... now You know my password to like 99% of my Accounts... 123123Qweqwe is my password for Nexus :)... every garbage website i use im using Tempmail.com to generate Mail and make ACC... only Google, LoversLab and Steam have "original" and good passwords so if sm1 rly cares about my F95, Nexus, XVideos, RedTube, Nutaku ( #lol ) or whatever other... just try combinations of QWE and 123... There is nothing to steal from me... :x... unless u want to see what hentais and porn i browse on XVideos... but u could just ask :x...
Zorai Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 Yeah I haven't gotten this either. I think Ashal would of put out an alert if LL was hacked.
Guest Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 This is less LL hacked and more you shouldn't use the same password for multiple sites for this exact reason.
myuhinny Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 Or use common passwords and words that anyone else can easily use.
LongDukDong Posted March 6, 2022 Posted March 6, 2022 I would prefer to see what the Lady of the Labs herself would say about this. If anyone would know, it would be her.

Guest Posted March 6, 2022 Posted March 6, 2022 Hate GOogle, but i did not got anything. Check here if you concerned. https://haveibeenpwned.com Plus, use KeePass (free) to manage passwords and use unique passwords for any website. Chances are very slim you will have a problem.
Ashal Posted March 6, 2022 Posted March 6, 2022 I've seen no evidence at this time that anything was leaked. If it were I'd announce something and force password resets.

Sampon Posted March 6, 2022 Posted March 6, 2022 This is the real "redundant" circus! To do advertising that is commonplace and affects almost most users somehow ... because there is hardly a user who has somehow or somehow encountered any form of fraudulent initiative from bank promotions to telephone companies to correspondents. At most, he didn’t deal with it or didn’t recognize it (and if that’s the case). It's not a problem that there is. But whoever can do it won’t roll up the problem! At least 15% of internet performance goes to such nonsense. EDUCATING and education the user solves some problems ... but it doesn’t “eliminate” stupidity and theft.
