Yeah, it's the number #1 thing I hope that will be addressed, watching NPCs slap your thigh kinda takes away all the fun.

I don't really know under which circumstances this scene is triggered, I installed the 1.62 fomod on MO2 and I haven't seen it yet, can I have a bit more clarifications ?

I doubt that.

I guess SDB uses the NPC greeting aka "Hello" function to randomly add a spank to it.

Means the more NPC do a "Hello" the higher the chance you get a slap.

After a slap there will be a timeout.

 

If you feel unslapped and alone try this:

Butt Slap_Debug 1.5.0.7z  Debugging

alternate .esp where all the relevant time and npc conditonals are removed. If your butt is not getting slapped with the core mod use this to check on your installation. Stand around a group of NPCs and see if your butt is getting slapped or just talk (E) to them, they should almost always slap your butt first. Otherwise this is identical to the main file

Since there's a mcm now, do you think you can put some parameters like the time between spanks or the type of voice ? Best would be if there could be a few more spanking anims, but that would be on Nibble's will ofc, and that one is already fine.

If I'm understanding this correctly the biggest issue I see with using paired animations is that by combining the two animation files it then becomes impossible to move actor A without also moving actor B

Running v1.6.0 at the moment - it doesn't have MCM (yet), hence I can't "suspend" the mod. Is it safe to update to the latest version as is or better not?

if you are using the debug version over the normal install uninstall the debug file first. Then play the game normally until a slap event occurs. Wait 15 seconds, save, then overwrite

newest update requires rerunning FNIS

 

also with this update I've resolved what was causing minor variations in actor rotational alignment - in other words the animation pretty much lines up to the parameters I've set correctly no matter the situation now

One thing is really needed for this funny mod is a conditional check if the Player is already into an animation (sex, I mean).

Too often it happens that a male slapps my butt while my char is having sex and from this point forward my char (and only my char, not the partner/s) is stuck in standing idle position.

Eventually, I found that using SexLab tools and making the animation return to the first stage solves the problem but it's still annoying.

it is prevented both in theory and in practice on my install

 

users who have this issue will need to provide more info or it's unlikely that it'll ever be "fixed"

The slapping works great, but should it show in the MCM? If I understood the instructions correctly,  I was to disable in the MCM , then update.

As I stated, sometimes WHILE my char is already involved into a sex action(*), a different male NPC (never the sex partner) arrives and slapps, causing my char to perform the SDB animation and then stay stuck in standing idle position. The only way to restore the sex animation that was running is to use SexLab Tools and restert from the 1st stage.

 

*) I have three mods able to start sex (not counting SexLab Matchmaker): 

1. SL Approach (JPP for LE - up16000) - Dialog sex that involves NPC-PC and also NPC-NPC.

2. Random Sex (random auto sex based on arousal) that involves NPC-PC and NPC-NPC.

3. SexLab Romance (Dialogue and willing by the Player only) that involves PC on NPC.

 

The issue happens no matter which mod starts the sex.

 

NOTE: maybe I'm wrong but I think that sometimes the "Slapper" NPC uses his action to replace the vanilla random dialogue used to start an SL Approach sex.
