Each vial of cum has varying alchemical effects respective to their species. For example, argonian cum has a waterbreathing effect while khajiit essence has a night eye effect. This alchemy mod is derived from the works of ffabris and RufusTVoltaire. This mod does not add new alchemical effects. It is simply an add-on to vanilla alchemy. Other than changing the names, all the mechanics should work conceptually and in-game. I wonder if anyone has done a different-colored-milk-bottles resource? Rochndil, always a lactophile...

If this than that. I tried adding SLS keywords and effects to a few of the foods and it seems to work fine. Only problem is that even solid food is treated as a potion if you use those keywords and it adds some descriptors to the items which don't make sense in context. I might have a go at changing things around to get it to work better tomorrow.
RangerEdas Posted February 7, 2022 Author Posted February 7, 2022 I exclusively play as a male character so I'm not all that interested and can't test integration into exclusively female-oriented mods. I meant this mod to be lightweight and have no hard dependencies to mods that will pigeonhole the player into a certain playstyle or character (soft dependencies/optional add-ons should be fine). My modding experience is limited to basic SSEEdit and Nifskope so I don't know how to integrate into other mods and I'm not confident enough to go into SL Triggers just yet. If willing, I will be relying on other people to share their patches for other mods like SL Survival. I'm currently working on getting unique meshes and textures for food and trying to think up names and effects for new items. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

A bandit, a ghost, even a spider, all had 10 to 15 ingredients placed on them. I'm rebuilding my bashed patch to see if that changes anything.

Rochndil Posted February 10, 2022 Posted February 10, 2022 I totally hacked up this mod (I don't create mods, but I can sure mess around with 'em!) - this is in NO WAY any commentary on your skill as a modder, just a matter of personal preference. As I mentioned previously, I changed the cum ingredients to milk, and then worked on the distribution. After a couple of tests and a lot of noodling around, I finally decided to nuke all the foods (there were some weird SkyUi display issues I just didn't feel like struggling with) and recipes, and along with that most of the leveled lists (for compatibility). I also replaced the bottle with the milk bottle from milkdrinker. SO, two things. First, I think (I could easily be wrong) that you have a wild edit in the Sleeping Giant since it was the only cell edit. Second. I've found that SPID (which is great, don't get me wrong) is REALLY aggressive in distributing stuff. I've got a healing/stamina potion mod that uses SPID, and until I nerfed it every NPC was getting close to a dozen potions! Yes, it made for interesting fights, but it wasn't what was desired or intended. Here's what I left IN as far as distribution goes, and so far I'm pretty satisfied with it. In the DISTR file, I reduced the 40% down to 7 (and proportionally altered the other rates), and left ONLY the alchemy lists (nuked all the other LEVIs). That generated (in a couple hours' play) ONE item drop per four wolf corpses, and two or three alchemy ingredients at Grave Concoctions. To me that's about how common I'd like to see this, so I'm pretty happy so far. Rochndil, who hasn't even made it to Helgen yet... 1
