Thank you for the clarification Odessa, and thank you for looking into my request. Having it in the option in MCM would be great! 

 

Also, I agree on the voice acting, bad voice acting is worse than none at all. 

 

And the meshes and textures for the kennel outfit isn't in Spectrums Toy Pack (unless I missed something), I had to follow the link on post #40 to download it separately. Its referenced in SCR but there are no meshes and textures with it.

I am now getting hit with bondage issue in the motel room. Afterwards it just locks up. I have see many heroes but can't interact with them. I tried enableplayercontrols on the player but nothing helped.

 

Edit:

Tweaked the load order a bit and now it seem to work flawlessly. Several "kicks in the head" and no issues. Many scenes some very strange and no frozen player.

Every time I try to fiddle something to fix that bondage dream it never works... Its an odd bug that usually doesn't happen and I can't so far find any correlation when it does.

 

(I assume you're using the current sexout extension from the 6th)

 

If you can remember, were controls enabled just before the dream ended?

 

(You should be able to move around in the room for 1 or 2 seconds before and after the sex)

Yes I am using the current extension.

 

No I didn't try to move around the room after the dream. However I entered with fist raised and left locked with fist raised. Hotel dream I will try that.

 

I changed and tweaked the load order a bit more and it seems to work correctly again. It could be that the issues you are now having is load order related.

I am currently just heavily play testing. (a play run through of the mods that I might want in combination later I will shrink those down to a full play through. ) So most of the mods are still removable testable etc.

I don't think it is load order related. I can't see any reason why it would be, my mod is almost entirely self contained and all names are prefixed 'Robar' (it stood for Rob and Rescue before I came up with a better title)- I add some xmarkers to vanilla cells but I can't think of anything that could conflict.

 

It is difficult to replicate which is the problem, whenever you try something and it works you think that was it, but it wasn't.

 

I believe it is just for that hotel bondage dream, but I'm struggling to find something special about it. It seems that 'EnablePlayerControls' gets broken, or at least thats what the effect implies and the command doesn't seem to work in my script or the in-game console.

 

In any case its a bug in NV engine (though that doesn't mean I can't work around it).

Okay, I got the bug on second or third attempt (for Novac), then I fiddled with the script again (I am kind of stabbing in the dark)... increased the post-sex delay, stopped the bondage outfit being unequippable and added some parameters to disable controls function... I tried about 8 times again and wasn't able to reproduce it...

 

Try this version.. it might be fixed.. again..

I didn't think it was the load order either. It is a random event. I tried about 5 times afterwards to replicate the issue and nothing went wrong. I just posted in case. Maybe another mod was interfering at the same time. Didn't know.

 

In any case it is enjoyable. Even if the random bug jumps up I can see myself using it. For the first time I can fully fight realistically without stopping and injecting myself with several Stimpacks and such. It just don't seem that realistic. This mod helps that and creates an interesting alternative. I find myself momentarily dazed at where I am at many times. I have to walk around to gain my bearings (I intentionally avoided using the map, hey my toon  almost died. There is bound to be some confusion!) . I admit that you have so far exceeded my wildest expectations in this mod.I really enjoy being dropped in the middle of nowhere where I cant be sure where I am. Also I have to avoid running head strong into a fight because I loose stuff.

 

 

@Odessa The following is just story from my use of your mod. Read if you want

 

I ended up in running through Fiend territory. After a rescue my stuff was mostly stolen. No stimpacks very little ammo and next to nothing in the way of armor.  I ran into a group of Fiends. In order to survive I ran to nearby NCR tropes Fiends following close behind. A bloodbath occurred with everyone dying except one individual . Stupid me jumped in the back of a truck trailer to try to protect myself from the bullets, lasers, and plasma flying by and crippled my head, leg and arm as a result of the truck exploding.  When I jumped out, blam. Shotgun to the head, dream state. Face in the carpet getting raped. Man my day just wasn't going well at all. :P

 

Oh I run with a hud mod. I couldn't tell anyone else was out there so I walked right into the shotgun, just in case you were wondering. Also the reason I have a difficult time telling where I am the compass is also removed. Strongly advised with this mod. Really makes the game more challenging. I don't get much in the way of game info through the hud. Soon I might just turn off the ammo part as well.

Get rescued by the PGs without having a high reputation with them

 

Its just a minor quest.. they expect to be compensated and until you do you can't be rescued by them again, and if you don't after about a week you gain some minor infamy with them (only a little, nothing to panic over)

 

There is a similar thing with the Legion, I would like to add some more for other factions if you don't have high rep; NCR might expect you to pay a fee and send a debt collector after you if you didnt, and Khans etc might want you to run some errand for them.

 

There has actually been a little easter egg quest for one of the other heroes since I think the first release... I wonder if anyone found it

I never dreamed it was as complex as it apparently is. Perhaps a request of people posting to use spoilers to help prevent any pre-knowlege of what might happen. It can help enhance the enjoyment. I know now that I will be going ..falalalalalal and skipping anything that is revealing. What I liked very much so far is the surprise.

I have added quite a lot of checks/protections to prevent other mods from breaking my scripting (mainly Stalkers, Tryouts and hookups) and I have tested it with all of these and am not aware of them ever breaking things in the current version (please let me know if they can.. its definitely possible). However, they can sometimes break the immersion a bit and I wouldn't recommend setting their rates to very high levels.

 

 

I think I experienced one bad break. I was able to engage into dialogue sunny smiles who was a naked guy in a hat that had just raped my character inside some seedy motel room after getting knocked out unconscious in battle with a gecko exploring some cave. I have the sexualHookups mod going and I think it was the dialogue from this that initiated the break. After the rape, I ended up a doc mitchels place and so did sunny smiles dude apparently following me to that place for the sexual hookup. I instead punched him and the game crashed.

 

FYI.

 

Ok, so here's the problem I am having with this mod. Help me to tweak it or make it batter please. I find that my character each time I get raped in a motel room somewhere, has no body texture. I can see my face and hands and the bondage equipped to them, but my body is invisible. I am running Lings Couiffure and Lings Playable Races. I did the BOG hi-rez install, but did I mess it up installing lings or is there a sub directory I missed? Im very unfamiliar with the file structure of lings and if I do or do not have a proper body texture. Please help.

 

Other thing is that I do not want to be raped by a human when there are no humans around after falling unconscious. Is there a way to tweak the settings so when in a creature filled dungeon I get eaten and die instead of being found, raped and rescued? Just wondering. I understand if its outside the scope of the mod to not be able to differentiate between who your assailant is, but if there are settings I can tweak, Id like to do that. Otherwise Ill have to think the creatures found me to their distaste and dragged my stinking unconscious body outside their lair where I happened to be found by some fiends who stole my stuff and had their way with me.

You are likely missing other files for SCR. Go back and double check to be sure you downloaded all the files and installed them correctly.

I'll see if I can make a minor update to that mod to fix that, or at least use a scripting caution NX.

So the GSB kennel slut is what I missed? I got all the SCR. Everything works except for that. Well, I am missing a few outfits. Ill dl this and sort it out. Id love to see sexout move in the direction of an installer for all the sexoutNG and SCR stuff. One stop shop dleds an installer that takes care of all the mandatory resources without any chance of user error. Then its up tot he user to decide what mods he wants. The sexout really should have an installer.

It would be great, yeah.

 

However, SCR and NG already do have lots of resources included in their data packs. I believe the reason they don't have everything and there is a long list of extra requirements is rights issues. So the creators would have to consent to their inclusion and unfortunately (though fairly) they haven't. From their point of view they deserve credit and having to download 1 file from some other place isn't a big deal. But for the end user when its 10 files from 10 places it becomes annoying.

Yes and likely the rest of the downloads on that page as well. Download them and install them anyway. No harm will come. They will just overwrite the files if you have them already.

 

 

Id love to see sexout move in the direction of an installer for all the sexoutNG and SCR stuff.

Not going to happen any time soon. Besides there are almost 4 gigs of files just for the resources of SCR alone. Also permissions even for requirements for Sexout (BnB compatible skeleton ) aren't allowed to be combined. It is an learning experience. Read the instructions and for the most part it is possible thing to get working with little effort, even if it does take a lot of time.

 

Besides you want to download 4 gigs of data again for one texture or animation  fix? :blink::wacko:

 

 

The sexout really should have an installer.

:blink: Sexout does have an installer a FOMM installer. Click and install and you can choose the various mods ( options) from the prompts  that you want.

 

 

. Then its up tot he user to decide what mods he wants.

As far as installing what mods you want you can already do that however you need to understand what mods are used. Most mods here use the Toy pack,ZAZ GSB mods (which have your Kennel Slut). Add tryout installation for the armors and you will cover most every mod that don't require pregnancy, SexoutStore or Breeder. If you don't want tryouts just delete those mods from the load order. :cool:

 

The other armor and requirements are for Pregnancy, Sexout Store and Breeder. If you aren't running those mods you should be fine with the above 4 mods for the most part. The worst that happens is pink skin or red !. Most people assume for some reason that you have to have each and every one of those requirements installed to get SCR to work. You only need the mod resources downloaded that are required for the mods that you are using. You find pink skin or red ! just post the armor in question and someone can help point the missing texture or mesh. Done, done and done. ;)

Been playing around and building my new FONV install after a very frustaring 3 months trying to get skyrim to work (New Vegas seems stable as a  fucking roman wall compared to the crashfest that is skyrim)...this is pretty cool work right here, without requiring a whole bunch of game altering requirements that made me stay away from arwen's one life mod, pretty sure this will be a keeper for me.

I'm having an issue whenever I use this mod. Blacking out, and getting knocked out work just fine. The problem comes after being knocked out. I don't get a dream sequence, and it jumps to where the mod places me to wake up. Unfortunately, I'm dead because all of my needs levels from Imps complex needs have hit the lethal levels.

 

I think that whatever time skip is being used to advance the world between knockout and wakeup isn't meshing well IMCNNV. I don't know if the mod's timescale setting has anything to do with it(i have dynamic turned on, so travelling outdoors advances time faster than indoors). I wouldn't think it would have an effect if the time advancement is hard-coded, but then again, I'm not familiar with the scripting running either.

 

Anyhow, i really like Imps, but love the idea of this mod. It'd be great to be able to use them both at the same time.

Not getting a dream sequence is odd, there should always be on, it would means the KO script sets the main quest's 'paused variable' but then doesn't stop it (its meant to be restarted at end of a dream) and falls over

 

Where did you wake up after the KO, perhaps you died inside a dream?

I have never used IMCNNV, but each KO advances the gametime by 0.3 Days (7 hours) before the dream, and by another 0-0.7 (0-16 hours) at the end, this is hardcoded. I make sure vanilla hardcore needs (H20/hunger/sleep/poison) aren't a problem, but using IMCNNV is a potential issue- though 7 hours seems like too short a time unless that mod has some confusing way of working.

 

Could you try disabling IMCNNV and seeing if this mod then works, so we can know for sure if thats the problem (If so I should be able to figure out a workaround)?

 

The quickest way to test if this mod is working is:

 

 

Load you game, set this mod's KO chance to 100%, health threshold to 30% and debug enabled,  then using the console type:

 

Player.GetAV Health

(this tells you your total Hitpoints, then type)

Player.DamageAV Health X

 

to bring you down to ~10 health, resume game for a few seconds and you should see a 'blacking out message'. Then use the same command to do 1 damage to yourself, again wait a few seconds and you should get KO'd... if for some reason you don't try doing another 1 damage.

It's possible, but I can't say I'm certain. It's been a few different areas. Once on the King's stage, another in a shack. Another in a place I didn't recognize from the brief moment. 7 hours shouldn't move any of the needs into lethal levels...

 

Anyhow, I'll try disabling it and seeing what happens. I'll reply with what happens.

Okay, well... I just tried again with everything active. It seems to be working fine now. I'm not sure what happened. Perhaps my character was just that close to dying from mal-management or whatever.

 

 

 

Edit: Okay, it happened to me again, so I did a few more tests. It does seem to be effected by the Dynamic Timescale mode of IMCNNV. When I have the time scale set to not change depending on interiors, exteriors, and combat, it works fine. So, from looking just at the effects, it appears like something happens when Imps switches the time scale from the combat speed(slow) to non-combat(which im not sure if it's changing to interior to match the dream(slow), or exterior to match where I was knocked out at(fast)). But something must be adding a multiplier to how much time is advancing. Or possibly, it's trying to use two scales at once. It's hard to say as I don't think there's a debug mode on Imps.
