Not really. The only way, to me at least, it would feel any good, would be during summer. Otherwise, it gets kinda dry, ya know. The most pleasure there comes from not being dry...

It usually isn't sexual, for most people. During summer or when hot, in general, it can be very pleasant to cool down.
