i see... like you, I played with racemenu and SOS before AE and everything worked normally and I didn't even mess with the SOS settings, I left everything at default, but thanks anyway for the reply.

One thing you might try if you havent already, is reinstall any affected outfits, i did that before i installed the new racemenu, otherwise im at a loss. Sorry i wasnt more helpful!

I decided to uninstall and install everything again and noticed that the racemenu, on the genitalia part, after selecting to play female, it still has the sos settings for male, is yours like this too? i use bhunp and xp32 maximu skeleton.

 

EDIT: i manage to find the problem, it's bikini quest from bakafactory its bug, the normal tawoba it's working fine. Sorry for the trouble.

Were you planning on releasing the SKSE source code for this?

It would be unfortunate to see yet another iteration of SOS that has to be written somewhere down the road in the event you're not always able to maintain it.

 

I mainly ask this because it would be nice to have the source to back port to pre-AE, as the pre-AE version of SOS has a CTD and cosave corruption issue when it comes to light plugins.

Does the AVX512 version actually contain any AVX512 instructions? That would surprise me somewhat, and, if it does, it may be slower than the AVX2 version.

 

AVX512 isn't supported on any AMD processors, has very small, and sometimes negative performance gains over mostly equivalent AVX2 code, and I think can require quite a lot of execution state that needs to be saved/restored upon context switching.

 

Why even bother? It'll just result in people's games crashing if they install it for little gain. AVX2 I can see some benefit to though, it's pretty widespread.

I can't check my body armor as revealing. Whenever I check it then go to other tabs it becomes unchecked again. Any ideas?

let me guess, you are wanting to equip a set but part of it, which is probably top and the bottom cannot equip simultaneously, then you read that you had to mark the set top as revealing in order to use it. Get in line, you are already the third one to have this error, but there are some outfits that work for example, using the bikini quest armor you will have this problem I mentioned above but using the nexus tawoba will work normally without needing check the box in sos mcm.

I am literally throwing my hands up in defeat, for whatever reason each time I equip a schlong my armor unequips. I am not sure if this is an old bug from SOS SSE or a new one with the and quite frankly I am at my wits end.

I can equip but one of them (trousers) becomes invisible. The armor set that I tried was Spindrift Knight.

 so none of the armors that I use will work because I uninstalled all my armor set and the problem still persist when I equip vanilla armor

it's beautiful armor. Well, if you can equip it but you can't see it, it can be related to the DD (Devious Device) if you have it installed, then you have to go to the DD's mcm and disable slot 32 and 52. If you don't have DD installed and just the sos, so it's in the same boat as me, but you can still equip it in my case I can't even equip it because if I equip the top, the bottom part unequips itself.

vanilla armors or simple armor (head, body, hand and boots) work normally. However, more complex armor such as bikini armor or armor that has multiple parts of a single set can pose problems.

as I said above, you should have the racemenu ( 0.4.19.8 ) because it fixed some bugs in this version regarding armor.

Ah, I totally forgot about DD gonna try tomorrov thx. For your problem, didn't changing armor slots by manually fixed it? I have first version of RaceMenu for AE.

if you have the first version of racemenu, i recommend downloading and installing the newest one. About my problem, well the old SOS SE worked in the default and I didn't need to touch the mcm, besides the problem is that there are too many pieces and too many armors for me to go one by one to do this.

nevermind i am now confused. its working now after: deleting everything, uninstalling the game, reinstalling the game, reinstalling only a few mods and testing it out. Going to install other mods to  see if i can replicate the problem but until then it works. sort of

Can someone please give detailed installation instructions for Vortex? No matter what I try, it keeps telling me that the mod is redundant, and the game gives me a popup about a missing .dll
