The Will of Atom v1.2.6 (Bug Fixes & Improvements) is now available.

- Added a custom ground object model to the Projection of Lust when it's dropped from inventory.
- Added a legendary description to the Projection of Lust. (On existing saves, you can throw it on the ground and pick it back up to refresh its description.)
- Fixed instances of the Projection of Lust unequipping itself while feeding & when its stats decay.
- Improved the overall stability of the Projection of Lust's script.

- Fixed CBBE outfit bone weights.

Personal opinion is she's getting jealous of you. And maybe a bit afraid she might wind up losing her mind controlled little sextoy. I'm curious as to the exact nature of our lovely benefactor (something tells me it's an eldritch being).

To the author: any news on when we get to find out Atom's true name?

Act 3, which will be the next big update. It may take a while, as it will have 3 branching paths with very different endings. (Anastasia's voice actor is also unavailable at the moment, so that's a bit of an issue.)

Regarding bodyslide, I have a Cbbe body, respectively, and adjusted it to Cbbe and not Twb, it seems not the first time I've been doing this, But it doesn't fit on the body and that's it, I ticked build morphs, too. Anyway. As if the body is separate-the armor is separate. When moving, the armor does not keep up with the body)) it's in a standing position. In a sitting position, exactly the same picture as above in the screenshot. It feels like the armor for some reason does not adjust to the presets

Hm, perhaps I accidentally copied the bone weights from the TWB version to the CBBE version. I'll look into it.

EDIT: I've uploaded a new version with the fixed BodySlide files.

I was actually talking to our writer today.  They already have the entire outline of the mod written out.  This includes three possible planned endings.  Keep in mind this is all subject to change as Dragon and the writer see fit.  From what our writer tells me the biggest bottle neck is the VA.  Add onto this the fact that Dragon and the writer have been talking about maybe, possibly, get on your knees and pray to God for a miracle, getting a second voice actress for another voiced NPC you could encounter later, you can already see that answering this question is rather difficult.  Getting in touch with our current VA is already a bit of a chore as she is the VA for Fortune in Subverse, and Studio FOW already have her locked down harder than a nun's chastity belt to ensure they get access to her voice whenever they need it.

a similar situation, an active armor appeared. Rolled back to an earlier save, conducted an experiment. If you force the armor to be powered by a hotkey, then after the process, the active armor remains in the inventory. If the armor is powered by itself, then everything is OK, I haven't found a duplicate yet. By the way, if we assume that the armor is a kind of living parasite, it would seem to me quite logical if, as it grows, it would acquire new properties of lust. For example, at the initial stage, she is quite enough to feed the player, but with increasing strength, she could automatically involve the closest people in the process. Well, accordingly, it is difficult to make this parasite removable, or it would be removed by itself for a while, like it went into hibernation) But it is, suggestions.

While that sounds good, that armor was an absolute pain in the ass to bug fix and get working.  The current iteration is very likely the permanent one we are going with.

after the update, the problem with the armor meshes disappeared, the problem with the active armor, I still observe. As I wrote above, this happens only when you start force-feeding on the active button.

I don't know if this has been answered yet, does the new update require a new save?

All updates are tested using old saves from an existing character, so no you don't need a new save.

Awesome much appreciated! I've definitely enjoyed playing the mod.

Is there a console command to re-add Atom's mark? Something, probably some quest or other, removed it from my character and I feel kind of naked without it.

It's just a LooksMenu overlay, so you can re-add it (or remove it) by doing

slm 14

to open LooksMenu, then in extras, add one of the overlays named TWOA Atom Crest Min [01-05]. 01 being the dimmest, and 05 being the brightest.

I feel rather dumb but a couple questions. One, does it matter that I never unzipped the archive? Two, do you have a screenshot of it in slm because I can't seem to find it anywhere. I even removed the Looks Menu compendium and couldn't find it. I should clarify I'm using Vortex to install the files.

Dragon and the write have talked about this in the past, and the writer has even downloaded XVASynth to get ready for creating dialogue lines for followers.  It was decided, however, that followers would not likely be included in the mod due to the difficulty of working with quest assets and game stability.  The closest they ever got was discussing a post story quest the PC could get that would send them to trick, trap, and assist in brainwashing Piper.  Piper, now a slave, would then go on to publish one or two articles encouraging people to join the church.

Seems like an easy workaround is to make a CoA base (whether the crater or a custom location) which you could assign workers/companions to. Then you could add idle markers for all kinds of fun stuff, and if NPC == X, do a certain something. Like if NPC==Piper, add CoA propaganda letters to Nat's inventory.

It would require a certain suspension of disbelief, but you could add some Anastasia/Atom line saying that people you awaken to Atom's light will only remember it while at the base. Sleeper agent type stuff. There could be a special Atom beacon you could build that broadcasts fun mind-controlly messages.

Vortex automatically unzips the archive upon installation. And screenshots:

I found that there is a conflict between The Will of Atom and the Creation Club X-02 mod. Both make changes to the Relay Tower Terminals. Most likely X-02 will be the loser, but that will prevent Speak of the Devil from progressing.

I made a slapdash patch with fo4edit that appears to resolve the conflict. However, it does lose the ability to display 'Connected to Children of Atom Radio Network,' it is very likely possible to get that as well, but I am lazy.

Noticed that the crest you get in bunker is faded during the vision but when you go back to the bunker after the vision it is bright green.

I noticed by comparing the before and after it does get brighter but you don't really notice it. What would look good is if only parts of the crest appear after each praying session with atom.

Do you have a mod setup that allows for females to be in the giver position in MF animations, or is Anastasia just humping the air?

Edit: Also, the next update has a few custom animations made specifically for a female PC. I just tested one on a male PC, and...

Thanks for the fix. I figured editing those terminals might cause some conflicts, but there was unfortunately no way around it. They don't even accept holotapes by default.

I always wanted to try this mod but the little Note kept me from doing so. FO4 really lacks female companions so i will play it as a Male character anyway.

Hope it doesn't get too weird ?.

Currently been stuck at the "Wait for Atom to call upon you again." part of the questline. I've been there for a while, and have been increasing devotion a lot. Am I missing something or is the quest bugged?
