I'm sorry this is happening I have a RTX 2060, not closely as powerful as your but it gets the work done. The texture issue is with my character and companions only, the room looks fine, and no, I don't have any mod that modifies Concord. It's not something game breaking. I can always play on first person mode in there and I'm not very fond of companions ?

I'm sorry this is happening no need to apologize at all. I have Depravity, which adds a Fallons to Concord, I *think* thats it. but then I need to lose about 100 mods to get under the mod "limit" so only the gods know what I have loaded up that may be interfering. given that, I would not look too hard since I am sure its likely something else causing it. unless its widely reported, I would call it... "unintentional feature". (at least thats what the devs where I work call things that do not entirely detract from the software, but add a little extra "ambiance" ^^)

That will be a part of the version 2.0 release. ❤️

I will be working on version 2.0, which will be a significant update with: -- Mod integrations -- New Areas to explore -- Many new books. -- New Perks -- and Madness... Please keep me abreast of any major bugs you encounter. I will release bug updates if warranted. But I will be spending the next 21 days working on 2.0. Survival Release. 2.0 will be fully compatible with Survival mode and encouraged to play it that way. I will also release a full list of mods I am using to assist with trouble shooting or potential conflicts. I use Vortex, so I have a different profile for Sanity Framework to avoid conflicts. But I will be honest, this time of year is awful for me, because it's coming up on the death of my father, my inspiration, my biggest fan. I am gobsmacked it's been almost 10 years since his death and I'm still a little girl waiting for him to come home. It's been so awful for me to deal with, because he was the one person I went to cinema for the new films, and he so would have wanted to see Dr. Strange 2 with me. How do we fill that void? I won't enjoy it as much with anyone else. I almost don't want to see it because it won't be the same. I miss him so much. So, when I am silent, it's because I still can't deal with him being gone. I can never call him or see him again. And that makes me terribly sad. So, BFF already scheduled us to see the film together, because she knows how terrible I feel. Eh. I work very hard on this mod. I really do. It's for him, not for me. Because he encouraged me. And all I see now is him dying and I can't do a damn thing to save him. This is the reason I am here. I miss him so much. He is the reason I write. He was always there for me. I miss him. And this time of year is the worst. I feel like a lost child. I just want you all to know why I'm so random. Because I fight the urge to disappear all the time. 3

Here is what I am planning thus far: -- [Quest] Whispers from the Deep: A small group of people live on the fringe of the commonwealth. They are Mirelurk worshippers. They believe the Mirelurks are emissaries of The Deep Ones (Very Lovecraft based). I am still working on the distinct experience for female vs male play through. But gender will be a deciding factor on how the quest progresses. -- Female things: I am adding a menstruation, menopause, and estrogen aspects to the mod to incorporate Family Planning functionality. I am choosing to write my own because it will be fairly simple, and I don't want to add mod requirements. -- Male things: Testosterone is a huge factor here. I want it to affect a variety of things, such as melee damage and bravado. I'm still sketching this out. -- Human things: Astronomical Signs are very fascinating to me. So, I am looking at how to assign a sign to a player and NPCS, which will have an associated perk. Also various other medical conditions that may result from indulging one's sanity. -- Rabbit Hole: Will be expanded with more rooms in a basement. I intend to make this a player home, but I doubt I will get it workshopped in this release. -- MCM Galore: Adding all pertinent sliders to some key variables that govern the Actor Values. For Instance, you will now manage the amount of Sanity you lose or gain. I am introducing a Mod level of High, medium, and low. I will have an MCM page that allows you to adjust those variables, but I won't let you know what they are tied to Lots of other additions coming. -- Splinters: I am adding the rest of the splinters in this release. You gain full access to all sanity effects once all 8 have been acquired. However, they provide benefits the more you invoke them. You will be able to choose between the 8. Other ideas, please drop them here. This will be a major overhaul, and unfortunately, will require a clean save, because I'm changing everything. Because, I'm mental. 4
