It's a classic Heisenbug. With your modified script the scene completes just fine for me. There's still a fade to black, but it's after the cross appears in front of the window and it returns to visibility after a couple of seconds, then I get on the cross, then I get off the cross and turn into a ghost (because I have the fadeout in AAF disabled so I can see what's going on), then my clone appears, gets naked as does the mayor, clone gets on the cross, they have sex, scene completes, control is returned, everything's fine.

 

Could there have been more than one fade happening for some reason, and only one of them clearing?

It may be a bug due to your AAF fade to black setting disabled. I'll test it later.

That was precisely it! I unloaded your script change, switched fadeout_during_lock to true for AAF, and the scene also completed normally. I considered yesterday that might be a contributing factor, but forgot to test it. Thanks so much!

Welp, guess no one help me with the invisible outfits. I used Sephrajin's sets mod as a replacement and the piercings, Jewelry are all built properly. It's not ideal but it'll do.

I can see with Better Console that Depravity, Diamond City Expansion and Raider Children (at least) are changing some of the furniture, walls and navmeshing in the mayoral office, but the location of the cross seems to be clear. To be sure, I disabled some of the furniture in the vicinity of the window, but it still never returns from the black fade. Is there any way to clear the screen to see what's going on? A console command maybe? I also tried turning on the AAF interface and forcefully ending any running animation with the END key, but to no avail.

I suspect of Raider Children, cause i have the other 2 and it "just works" with my game, the only thing i have is that Mcdeepshit repeats his dialogue when i step down the cross, but if i just leave everything is fine

This is a repetitive issue, as many, we should set shop on discord to support this and face it as a community, maybe sharing my screen there could clear or increase some doubts.

Apparently none of the above, it was having fadeout_during_lock set to false in AAF's config which broke the scene, setting it to true (the default value) got it to work.

I haven't gotten to it because I don't think I'm ready for that but don't worry, a lot of people love the mod as is.

¿Y qué me dices de los perros? No creo que sea problema tampoco. Puedo fijar los personajes y llamar a un mongrel en lugar de dogmeat.

Otra cosa, siempre que alguien te pide tu preset mandas el enlace a tu mod de tatuajes pero no encuentro ningún preset en el zip (archivo .json)

Acabo de revisarlo y el json está allí. Te lo dejo aquí.

En cuanto a los perros. Si lo preguntas por la imagen que subí, ese no es dogmeat. Se llama Lyons y es el perro de Maxson. Personalmente no encuentro problemas con los modelados de los perros.

I've done that. I have built and can see every outfit (Easygirl, TRS, Sephrajin) except Nukaride specific one's. Maybe it could be a conflicting mod or something.

I don't use TRS or Easy Girl clothes... I just use their textures. So there is no conflict.

Do you really have the "NukaRide_CBBE_Bodyslide_V2.zip" file installed? And in Bodyslide, did you go to "Group Filter" and select the Group "Nuka Ride CBBE", before building the outfits?

OKAY. I fixed it. bodyslide had the game path set to the main folder when it needed to be set to the data file. thanks for the help guys.

Recuerda que hay otros personajes en Nuka world, acabo de ver un gorila en el zoo por ejemplo...

A LOT of the times, it tripped me up and I have been modding......well longer than I care to admit, especially when making that mistake.

Looking back it has been reported before, so I'm just confirming that I'm getting the same bug in the Golden Globe mission with Chip running away. Waiting in Cappy's for an hour or two gets him in place

I ran with him, as he goes outside Nuka world and runs afoul of the bloatflies, so it would be helpful to take a sniper rifle and clear a path for him.   So we both "arrived" at the same time.

I tried following him and by the time I caught up with him he was back in the area near Fizztop. At a guess he's being sent by a circuitous route to Cappy's. Not sure if anything can be done about that or whether it's Bethesda crappy AI pathing.

 

EDIT: I wonder if adding in an hour delay (or 2 hour delay) to the player before leaving for Cappy's would fix it as that would give him time to get there. In effect automating the wait at Cappy's

@JB.: I've found another non-default AAF configuration which causes issues... In order to avoid mods setting random animations on furniture three stories up an adjacent building I normally play with furniture_search_area dialed down to 250. I was seeing some animations in this mod get skipped with no indication why, but once I saw that the motorcycle animation with Kells and the flagpole dance in the studio do it, I realized that AAF was being called to set up the scene while I was farther than that from the "furniture" it used. Once I reverted furniture_search_area to its default value, things played fine.

 

I wonder whether it would make sense to path the characters to the furniture before calling into AAF, or if it's got some other way of explicitly selecting furniture outside the search radius.

What is the file you changed? im stock in the loading screen in the second visit of the inversionist, right when Anderson puts me on the cross.

Nevermind reloaded and it works

The defaults are in AAF\AAF_settings.ini though I override them in another AAF\*.ini file.

some personal advise:

1.the overboss task (repeatable) seems too long for a repeatable task and it seems have little relations to a porn star. maybe we can add a MCM control to change the number and the sort of tasks. Such as a gang-fuck or more furniture sex.

2.(it might be a naughty taste) In the 'A new name', we can just add a 'Nora White'. And if you use this one, there will be some (or a lot?) small variations of dialogue(especially William)。

3.(bad taste) The studio has a 'mommy plan', which demands a Pregnant porn star. (its even more bad when choosing 'Nora Whtie' as the new name.)?

 then some in-life advise:

1.many sentences can not skip, is this a technical problem?

2.after being a porn star, I still can't travel to nuka world from sanctuary for free.

Corsican, right? Tentacus and I have gone through it, redone, and redone it, and I concluded that Corsican is probably cursed.
