If I'm not mistaken the mod can sometimes have 5 dialogue options at a time right? So XDI really should be required instead of optional. Otherwise I could split it into two parts in the same way TMR does, with a basic install guide and then an optional advanced guide for people who want some extra features.

@JB. Need Help game crash ! 

everything works perfectly until the “dolled up” mission at Fizztop, the meeting with Kali and Colter. When I get to the dancing part, the game crashes.
I downloaded version 6.9.1b, then d then e (I don't have c). Before asking you, I tried to reinstall version d, it still crashes. As a result, I left the mission “dolled up” by trying to go and see Peach after an 8h nap. And when I go to Peach, the game crashes again.
I tried to find the answer on this forum but couldn't find it.
I don't understand what's going on since everything was working perfectly until version b and the ESP you asked to overwrite a few days ago.

Have you a suggestion ? You know this problem ? Am I the only one ?

No. At the same time there are always four options. 

 

So it's compatible with vanilla dialogs, XDI and the other one I can't remember.

I have a first run batch file for settings tweaks, most of it is personal preferences, but yeah slot 61 for that mod is something to mention it comes up all the time.  Maybe a FAQ section and incompatibility section, going to need a brain dump from JB for that unless someone has been keeping notes.  Basically on a new game I do a console "bat firstrun" and it runs this script:

 

set CMkz_ArmorSlot to 3 ; sets to slot 61 for CM
set FPA_Setting_MorphEnabled to 0 ; Turns off belly morphs in Sex Attributes, aka cum belly.
set _NR_CodeName_Global to 1 ; I like to use SnowBunny in every run, it gets confusing when I am looking at my saves.

I've not been able to get the pubic hair to work while using X-Sensuous skin. No idea why. Moved PPH across my load order in both panes and never got it to work anywhere.

I tried that skin, its a lot of work and multiple mods required to use it.   I went back to Fair Skin which has 2k Face and 4k Body and works out of the box with everything this mod and others throw at it.   Was my favorite in Skyrim also so glad it got ported here and works perfect with Fusion Girl and the Tattoo packs as well as the Pubic Hair mods used here.

It only requires LooksMenu and a working 2K face setup which I already had. I chose it because it had the least noticeable neck seam from any skin/face combo.

Yeah agree DFS is not required for BodyTalk + Fusion Girl, if the guide is centric around that.  DFS only comes into play if you have a male or female body replacer with incompatible skeleton requirements (basically CBBE Knee Fix which is a req of TWB/3BBB, that skeleton doesn't have the bones for the tail or penis like ZeX and the breast bones are named differently).

 

TFM says it's only required if your using Knee Fix/3BBB, because those want that incompatible skeleton and can screw up BodyTalk.

Not a "major" issue, but in Killing Me Softly the clone has the PC's name instead of the name chosen for the clone. The clone in Golden Globes has the proper name, Crystal in my case.

 Are you doing an MO2 installation guide because you are an MO2 user?  Or are you saying that MO2 users are all FG users, while vortex users are all in the CBBE camp? <jk>:)  I just did a quick glance and noticed that all the clothing mods were in black meaning required, but the Overqueen Armor is optional.   

 

Speaking of which, how would you prefer edits/additions?  I would be in favor of you stating the message board to have our first round of edits additions  by X date, or are you just looking for a select few to contribute?

Which version are you running?  My last play through (NR 6.9.0k) didn't have that error.  Just wondering if it is a spurious fault or a result of coding change.

Here is a curious fact.

 

Fallout cannot remember any name changes. My mod, every time you load a save, has to be renaming the clone. Every time. Or else the clone will have the same name as the player.

 

If the clone has the same name as the player, that means the main script could not finish executing its scripts. AKA: Many mods, many scripts running.

@JB. I have a strange issue. I just came out the bathroom and talk to Cherry to finish the quest. So I was about to follow them to prevent them breaking later on like that other guy did. Peach immediately lost all her clothes and something else wink wink as soon as the dialogue and the quest completed.

 

Edit: ok she got her clothes back when she entered the apartment. But she keeps on loosing her clothes is that normal ?

Yeah, this is new and it happens to me too. If you reload a previous save (I did this to try to reproduce it), it didn't happen again. I forgot about it until you mentioned it again.

So, playing through on the Nora route, up to Fly me to the Moon on a non-Bitch playthrough (Flipped a coin at the choice, blame the currency!). Is the ditzy airhead dialogue hard coded into choices throughout or is only populated via stats, either hidden or not? Because I swear on reloads after crashes I've seen different choices in some places. But that could just be me hallucinating as I'm running an actual fever.

You crashed in f4ee, which is LooksMenu.  And it looks like LooksMenu called by a Papyrus script because I see runtime type information for the PapyrusVM, and as JB mentioned AAF_API and another mention of Overlays.  Which Overlays.Add/Remove/etc is going to be a native call into f4ee.dll.  And NAF has a timer task at scene end to apply overlays.

 

My assumption the problem is in LooksMenu (wrong version).  With NAF Bridge you have to use exactly LooksMenu 1.6.20, if your not then that's could be the cause of the crash and I believe they are hooking Overlays.Remove to apply nopse's f4ee-patched fix.

 

Edit:

By the way, through the AAF API you can apply an overlay that is removed after N seconds.  Nuka Ride makes use of this with the butt slaps on the Nora route.  There is a timer task created in Papyrus that will called Overlays.Remove.  I know about it because it wasn't working with NR and provided a fix to Panda for NAF Bridge.

Hello all im very new to all this so forgive me. During the sex some of the sex scenes my character seems to be misaligned with the male. sometimes on the other side of a couch or even not moving at all. any ideas?

I'm making the guide for MO2 because I've never used Vortex before. The way MO2 works means you can install it without interfering with any Vortex installation. I picked FG over CBBE partly because I already have FG and its prerequisites installed. But it has just a couple of extra features over CBBE.

 

I'll change the OQ Armour back to optional.

 

Everyone is welcome to make edits/additions. Just tag me and I'll have a look at whatever contributions you've made. It's more up to JB what mods are on it, so I'll likely end up doing a post-install "advanced" guide with mods that aren't listed in the OP. Might even add things like 2K face to it.

 

There's no date or time limit really. But I'd like to have it done in time for the next major NR update, so I've got roughly 3 months to get it done.

This is explicitly an unsupported mod: trust me on this. Both NR and CS have significant issues with dialogue interrupts, and SH is an abject PITA when it comes to stealing priority and breaking things. That taken as read, JB has added fan approaches and buttslap events, so you don't exactly miss out on much...but I've got a tenner says SH breaks those scripts based on my observations.

It's probably best practice to avoid adding any AAF mods other than what is required. There are mods that can add some more gameplay or challenge to NR that actually work, and I've tried recommending them in the thread.

 

Plus the story has excuses for not having mechanics from SH being plausible.
