Thanks JB, the only mod I can think of that might interfere with NR would be SAC just fuck, but I normally leave it off during any quests as it will screw up the dialog

I'm glad to read that. While my progress is going from strength to strength, I am still a single soldier dealing with navmeshes, packages, interiors, exteriors, voices, characters backgrounds, story, scripting, dialogues, music, asking permissions for props and outfits. I am in the process of creating the last three quests... but I can't do it until I create all the assets I need first.

 

When I get the date I'll put it in the pinned post. ☝️

 

 

These days I have been dealing with the new prewar worldspace whose permissions were kindly provided by Konata.  I put some npcs with simple routines, soldiers patroling, mr. handys to maintain some plants, etc, to make it look more alive.

@izzyknows  I forgot I had your personal Billy preset saved. I actually  like to use the original drummer boy, but I injected your preset into the young pre-war mechanic. I put the Gage top on him, but I had to make a black texture because I liked the tanktop in the @reflum001 image. I'll probably take his glasses off. I wanted him to look kind of nerdy, like he used to be a fat nerd kid, so Isabella asks Norita to go with him to get the bikes. But of course Norita discovers that he's no longer the pimply fat kid she knew.

Hello, long time fan. Took a long break from fallout 4. Recently returned with new update of Nuka Ride. However I can’t seem to get larsens outfit that is pinkish and white. I managed to get it last play through but that was when I still had my V card as nortita and it was an old version of Nuka ride. This playthrough I defined norita as not a virgin and already completed Maid of steel and poker night but still haven’t obtained the outfit. I really loved that outfit I only managed to get the gold earrings did I mess up a dialogue somewhere or is it only available if norita still has her V card?

I found it pretty anti-climactic to try to do the vanilla MQ after NR. Going back to the places you visit during NR without the game having any awareness that you've already been there and done a bunch of stuff makes for pretty boring play (that's nothing to do with NR; it would be a monumental undertaking to make the entire rest of the game NR-aware). There's nothing to stop you from doing it, but it's pretty much like playing two entirely different playthroughs that have no connection to each other (like playing Tale of Two Wastelands, if you're familiar with that).

 

This is unlike with Commonwealth Slavers (again, my opinion). CS works well as kind of a prologue to the vanilla MQ.

When you finish working for Larsen during "Maid of Steel", before you have to go get Sophie to join you on Poker Night, he should ask that you join him upstairs etc, but you may have declined without realizing it. If you haven't, let me know and I'll check.

 

Edit: I always refuse to exercise, so he jumps right in and offers you his outfit.

Yeah I tried every dialogue and the option never came up to head to his bedroom which I definitely remember is where you get it from my last play through. Is it because I became part of the overboss harem before I finished poker night? Because my I never wanted to be part of the overboss harem just yet but the story progresses where your automatically become his. I made sure I was innocent through dialogue choices when I completed maid of steel.

There are no special conditions, Larsen offers it to her no matter what. Harem, no harem, virgin, no virgin.  However, I'm looking at the dialogues. Larsen offers the outfit only the first time you work during “Maid of Steel”. The second time onwards he doesn't offer it anymore. 

 

You're not getting confused with the “Crush of Steel” story quest, are you? You also work as a maid, but then the kidnapping and final fight happens.

This is probably a dumb, already answered question, but scrolling through almost 800 ll pages sounds like a nightmare.

 

How do I put this at the bottom of the load order? I am using mo2 and when I try to move it to the lowest priority in the plug-in list it won't go any lower that #63 out of 200 plug-ins (mostly clothes and Aaf staples). I can move it higher to about 20 to 30 something in the plug-in priority. 

I'm 99% sure I don't have anything overwriting nuka ride. I was trying out the Norita quest line and there was a lot of stuff not loaded in properly and I was trying to fine tune my plug-ins to resolve that.

Okay yeah then I probably refused or missed it during the 1st time, I completed most of the quests right now. So I guess I gotta start a new save to get the outfit again, thank you for clarifying there’s no strict requirements to obtain it. That’s what I was mostly wondering.

200 plugins is a lot, perhaps that's the issue.   But more than likely the plugin it won't move past needs to be moved down because it has Nuka Ride.esp as a master.  i.e. Nuka Ride.esp, then Nuka Ride World Patch.esp, then Nuka Ride High Heels Sound Patch.esp because the last two have Nuka Ride.esp as a master.  If you mouse over the plugin after where Nuka Ride.esp stopped you should see in the tool tip the reported masters to confirm if that is the reason why you can't move it lower.

 

If that doesn't help maybe post screenshots of what your seeing and someone can confirm if that is indeed the cause off your problem.

The nuka dependants were infact the why it wouldn't allow me to move nuka ride to the bottom. Thanks!

Hello JB, just a suggestion, maybe for the next part you could add the option to directly skip to the new part of the Nuka-Ride? I have a habit of installing and uninstalling my game and sometimes the saves are lost so it's really a pain to re-do the entire mod's storyline, anyways, Keep up the great work!

I've considered it, I really have, but it's too many variables and too many things for the player to decide. From important things like virgin, harem, to trivial things like if you met Billy, if you were nice to him, if your character had a sex scene with him at Oswald place, if you lose the v card with Keyshawn/Brett/Larsen,/Nobody if you told Sophie about the clone, if you made out with Sophie in the Safari treehouse. Whether you call Brett and Monique grandpa and grandma, or Mr. Brett and Mrs. Monique, whether you hunted your first yaoguai, whether you kept quiet about the murder of the first tenant or decided to get on badly with him, whether you managed to trick Ann Codman into a fight with her husband, whether you rescued the Overboss or the Overboss rescued you in the Commonwealth, whether you saved Ryder or killed him. It's ALL tracked. That on the one hand, then on the other hand we have all those unlockable places like the tattoo store, the seven bar, the kiddie kingdome. Things like that that I don't remember right now and I probably only remember it when someone reports me a bug like: “Hey the marker points me to this place/ this person and there's nothing here" "This NPC doen't say anything and I'm blocked". This includes a bunch of actors that are disabled and I need to enable.

 

Basically, I can't. The level of complexity of the mod is so big now. Nora's route is relatively easier because basically I was a noob and I was doing very basic stuff.
