If an NPC says different phrases for an option, you must press that option. Also in this quest you need to wait. The button in the neighborhood should be pressed several times 3-5 until it works. I understand this is a reference (are you sure? Are you absolutely sure? or maybe you don't need it? well, if you are sure you will get it!)

is there supposed to be an actual quest indicator? I'm in the dog kennel and there's no quest indicator and i just keep asking alpha to let me please him.

Thank you very much!  I've tried my best to get them to touch, but I'll keep working on it.  With Severina, Strong, and Dogmeat following along there's probably a pathing issue due to having unsupported follower amounts.  I'll dismiss everyone next if I can't get them to touch.

If I find solution I'll update you.  Thanks so much for the reply and all your amazing mods.

It's like a 5-6 loop event.  Once Alpha barks three times you wake up outside.

So the mod is installed incorrectly. Try installing POSScript or/and reinstalling the mod.

The safe is on the second floor of the destroyed building nearby (where the gun on the monument is pointing).

got it to work! turns out i only had the xdi patch installed, not the main mod. thanks for your help!
still can't find the safe tho, there is only a small wooden box in the building (one of the cosmetic ones)

So on Di-Dinki, I tried warping to me while standing at Transformo.  Couldn't get them any closer than this, but no additional dialogue.  I'll dig for the quest id and skip this stage.

There should be a quest marker pointing to it (or rather to the NPC Johnny). Feral ghouls should be falling from this building.

Where did you FIND the Revolver named Judith?  Did he assign you a quest for it?  Mile Dom and Shrike both seem to not be advancing at all, Shrike still tells me I don't owe him and Mile Dom has never added dialogue. 

I wonder, are they tied to the Dignity system?

in Slocum Joe (unmarked location) near postal square, and yes he assign quest for it.

Don't forget if you can't talk to the animals, their race record is likely being overriden and now missing "Can dialogue" entry. Check in FO4Edit.
