I installed the latest full mod, and started a new game.

When I came to Concord Bait do not talk to me.

There was nothing to start a conversation when targeting him.

 

To check if I had done something wrong, I headed over to the super mutants, and they were as chatty as always.

 

Is it something I must do to get Bait to talk to me in this release of the mod?

Another problem I encountered was that the slave in Olivia seem to be considered a raider by Sim Settlements 2, so I had to put a bullet in his brain to finish the mission there.

Same here... and the slave at Zimora is starving for days now ;)

Try to put this mod to the bottom of your modlist in a mod manager.

Oh, because of their faction, so that the raiders do not attack them? Although I should have given the slaves the captives fraction.

Forcing the mod to bottom fixed that and broke another mod, but that might just be that I changed things during a play through.

Guess I will do a restart to check if that fixes the other problem.

 

But most importantly is that bait is back to his usual bad behavior. ? ?

Bug was occuring during the Becoming Hearty Again quest, on the Gadget? stage after the 3rd robot. She spawns at the corner of a building right off CIT Ruins by the road sign but does not respond when i try to talk. Tried reinstalling and trying older versions of the mod other NPC's in the modpack work fine

Yes, this is a simple NPC with a recreated appearance. To think: with the sound files for the mod, it is possible to make the synth spouses completely copy the appearance that we make for the real spouses.

Whats the location of teh npc in previous updates if the mod, i can try and go there with an earlier version installed and see if it fixes.

Don't know. If this is a problem with Aliases, then a new game should help. And you can try to spawn the mod's NPCs using the console.

Edit: Fake Doc doesn't take all clothers and pipboy, but when going through Idiot Slut route, PC is fully undressing, including pipboy (it becomes invisible)
only way to return it is to go to console. 
Could you look into this and probably fix?

I'm having some issues installing this mod, Part 2 appears to be corrupted? at least it's been corrupted every time I've tried to download it.

Unless I'm missing something and it's not necessary? It seems to contain the same stuff as Part 1?

While I'm on the subject, what is the Voices one? Is it necessary?

What exactly do I need to download?

It's an archive, you need to unzip part 1 and part 2 simultaneously. The files will not be complete unless you do so.

Is it possible to add the bell from Minitewoman quest to workshop so that one could build their own randezvous points? 

I wanna biuld a special location in the Castle tunnels.

Probably I can add, but I have never tried to add furniture to the workshop mode.
