SLU+ is good and bad at the same time, but definatly better than SL base (which is just unbearable at this point). Other than that I m quite minimalistic. Cum Overlays Extended is a must have IMO. also Cumshot. I dropped all the rest. Thanks! No need for grass patches or any of that stuff I guess. 13 hours ago, Nymra said: may I ask why you switch back? I had no time to test SLP+ yet. But every time I hit a new limit that sexlab imposes on me I think about switching. The primary reason is that I've used SL for years and years and gotten used to it. I've been rebuilding my modlist for a new PC and I thought I'd give SLP+ a go and try it out. There are enough small differences in interface and functionality that there's a learning curve with SLP+ (for me at least) and I'm not confident that the investment in time is worth the payout for my use case. Whenever there's a little annoyance I have to figure out whether 1) Is there a setting to fix it that I just don't know about? 2) Is there some sort of patch somewhere I need to find (and which is the right one)? 3) Is this just how things are and I'll have to live with it? With standard SL, I've basically finished that journey (even if I've forgotten the exact mix of patches/ add-ons that worked for me last time ). That is compounded by the fact that the SLP+ community and support primarily lives in discord, which I find a sub-optimal experience. SLP+ seems performant and a fine implementation, and the folks involved seem nice enough too, so I don't have any kind of "avoid SLP+" stance or anything. If SLP+ got some kind of key differentiator I really wanted (say an SLSO-like implementation that provided sex gameplay mechanics that make sense to me), I'd absolutely give it a go again, but as it stands the QoL improvements that SLP+ offers don't stand out sufficiently for me to justify the troubleshooting. Alot of stuff makes no sense with too much customization. But well, one step after the other.
Nymra Posted January 25 Author Posted January 25 2 hours ago, Anunya said: Thanks! No need for grass patches or any of that stuff I guess. I intentionally ran Naked Defeat on Sexlab 1.66b AE baseline to see if issues arise. But there are none. Apart from the fact, that the Animation Selection is abysmal in Base SL and 50% of times you get the standard starting animations no matter what In SLU+ currently there is just the issue that I cannot disable player voice and face expressions (for unconcious/death immersion). But I now worked out a kind of... simple fix for it too, so I m staying on SLU+ a bit longer. 2 hours ago, Anunya said: The primary reason is that I've used SL for years and years and gotten used to it. I intentionally dropped ALOT of my Sexlab mods when I switched from LE to AE to start basic and see if I miss anything. Sexlab Extra Voices Expanded (modified by me) was one of them. The rest I already forgot, so maybe not so much to miss. But I also can do a lot now via naked defeat. I run my PCs expressions and voice via my own scripts and let sexlab no longer touch it. Same with orgasms (that even has a toggle in Naked Defeat MCM). As for speed, I have to say I dont see an issue with some seconds starting time. at least not when I can blur it out hehe. 2 hours ago, Anunya said: Whenever there's a little annoyance I have to figure out whether 1) Is there a setting to fix it that I just don't know about? 2) Is there some sort of patch somewhere I need to find (and which is the right one)? 3) Is this just how things are and I'll have to live with it? I m currently thinking about just making a second profile and built up SLP+ parallelly. I m quite curious what it brings as API stuff for Modders. Naked Defeats Local Slavery (and Cage Game) also brings my first attempt to make Sex matter more. I added a minimal time for sex, so you cannot just tap out with "End Scene" anymore. I will expand that further, I have plans on adding sound and effect based "signals" that the player has to listen to and react to and add a system that makes player choices matter (advance stage -> NPC dislike, go back stage -> NPC like (SLSO is other way round I think which I never understood really). If you have any ideas, always curious.

But every time I hit a new limit that sexlab imposes on me I think about switching. Oh... and another reason. I spent a bunch of time rewriting Apropos2 messages to suit my own preferences and favoured PC type. It turns out that apparently SLP+ changes something so Apropos2 can't differentiate between NPCs and the PC, which made the whole thing kind of pointless. Switching back to regular SL means I can apply my Apropos2 rewrite and actually use it (because it doesn't suit NPC on NPC use).
Black Heaven Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Nymra! I found an issue with crawling - bow rule even if my character crawling , guards still sees it as rule violation i made a screenshot to proof my words Spoiler also, sometimes when my character trying to work in inn, nothing happens. She can play lute or drums, but sometimes she don't to anything. But it maybe my issue and i missed something that i should install? Even with those issues latest version is very stable, for example my bugs when i wasn't able to talk with guard are gone Many thanks for your work

I found an issue with crawling - bow rule even if my character crawling , guards still sees it as rule violation i made a screenshot to proof my words as you see, the script checks if you are overuncumbered. Are you? when you start bowing or crawling, you should get an item in your inventory that ways a ton, causing you to be overencumbered and therefor slow. when you remove the item or your carryweight is so high that the item does not slow you, its detected as a cheat. please check those things on your game. basially if you can run or sprint you are not overencumbered. 14 minutes ago, Black Heaven said: Hide contents also, sometimes when my character trying to work in inn, nothing happens. haman4545 Posted January 26 Posted January 26 I apologize for my lack of knowledge. I've only been playing Skyrim for about two months, so there's a lot of necessary information I haven't caught up on yet. You mentioned in a previous comment that it might be internally set to TRUE sometimes. Is that still a possibility? I think I have everything needed, but I have no idea what's missing or if I'm doing something wrong. I'd appreciate an answer whenever you have time. Sorry for cluttering the thread. I'll be cheering you on quietly from now on. SLATE_SS.zip

No idea! 1. make sure you have the latest "SLATE_ActionLog - Nymra.json file" and nothing overwrites it (comes with all FULL Versions) 2. load save, go MCM -> SLATE -> SETTINGS -> Import Action Log Files, Select File (the one with "nymra" in it) - tab(exit) 3. In SLATE MCM - Settings click "Import Actions From file" (press ok for all) 4. in SLATE MCM - Settings click "Re-apply recorded actions" (press ok for all if asked) 5. close MCM 6. Important step: SAVE GAME AND RELOAD THE SAVE. 7. Check Naked Defeats MCM -> should show TRUE. ReBuilding Sexlab Animation Registry or Re-Registering Sexlab Animations will require you to do STEP 4 AGAIN each time! Edited January 26 by Nymra

Black Heaven Posted January 26 Posted January 26 (edited) 8 hours ago, Nymra said: as you see, the script checks if you are overuncumbered. Are you? when you start bowing or crawling, you should get an item in your inventory that ways a ton, causing you to be overencumbered and therefor slow. when you remove the item or your carryweight is so high that the item does not slow you, its detected as a cheat. please check those things on your game. basially if you can run or sprint you are not overencumbered. I had that too, should be fixed in 6.41 patch (previous page) is this thing should spawn in inventory or not? because nothing spawns in my character inventory when she start crawling i found that item in additem menu, nade slowdownitem with this thing - everything working as intended Edited January 26 by Black Heaven

prime19 Posted January 26 Posted January 26 I’m currently setting up my load order (using Pandora and OAR) and I had a quick question about the Zaz Animation Pack installation requirements. I followed the installation guide which just said to "install Zaz Animation Pack," but when I went to the download section, I saw multiple versions (Standard, UNP, CBBE, 3BA, etc.). Since I use a CBBE/3BA body, I wasn't 100% sure if the others were required as "base" files or if they were mutually exclusive. To be safe, I ended up downloading and installing all of them (CBBE, UUNP, 3BA). Everything actually seems to be working fine in-game so far, but I just wanted to ask for future reference: Was this necessary? If I'm on 3BA, should I have only installed the 3BA specific pack, or does the mod actually require the other folders (like the UNP one) to function correctly? Just trying to keep my load order clean if I have redundant files installed.
prime19 Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Additionally, SLP+ doesn't seem to be triggering necro animations and is throwing error code -13. Is anyone familiar with this issue or how to solve it? I’ve seen some users mention that the problem was resolved only after they stopped using SLP+ entirely.

Just trying to keep my load order clean if I have redundant files installed. you only need one body version always. 3BA is 3BA, it does not need other stuff unless specifically instructed (for some special armor mods you need some requirements etc. etc.) For ZAZ Framework its kinda dated anway. There are like 3 items requiring bodylide and they will soon be very optional (well, they already are). You now have just 3 identical mods overwriting each other. Not harmfull, but not necessary either. On the upside: with ZAZ framework for Naked Defeat you can virtually do nothing wrong. Just have a look at my Extra Files for ZAZ, they are worth having. 1

Nymra Posted January 26 Author Posted January 26 6.42 Hotfix Requires 6.40 FULL Install/Update Routine: Just Load your save and Play. Local Slavery - fixed some situational bugs that could lead to Local Slavery not ending correctly - added new checks at the Slavery Start. ---> you can do those checks manually on a running save with Local Slavery. Just go Outside and doe "Reset Slave Tasks" in Action Wheel. It will apply the new location scan and safety measures. - fixed a Bug that caused the slow down effect to miss on Bowing and Crawling (and the guards calling you a cheat!) thx @Black Heaven for pointing that out (I had a +/- error in it...) - fixed some issues with mining and other workplace troubles Also has like 75% ready new Furniture Selection System that now RESPECTS DD Devices. Meaning I built a library with half the ZAZ Furnitures available and tagged them all for compatibility with yokes,, armbinders etc... Will do more on the more extreme stuff maybe (dresses etc.) but for now, thx to the awesome DD NG, you can have the best of both ZAP Framework and DD all in one nasty wiggle game. First, I found this thread: where a user had the exact same problem (Error Code -13). Everything worked fine for them as soon as they went back to the normal SexLab installation. Second, I found this thread: describing the same error code and situation. It links to a GitHub page that explains the code behind the error. Just to be clear: you can still perform animations on alive NPCs without issue. The problem is specifically that you cannot initiate an animation if the NPC is dead or if you are using m SexLab Matchmaking or SexLab Defeat; it simply fails to load in those instances.
